FLOORS TO GO

Description of Work: I bought carpet for 2 bedrooms . THey took up old carpet, moved the furniture and laid the new pad and carpet. They were very professional and clean with their work.

Description of Work: WE SPOKE TO PHIL FRIDAY . HIS MEASURER CAME TO MEASURE SATURDAY AND TOLD US PHIL WOULD CALL TO GIVE US A PRICE. AND WE NEVER HEARD FROM PHIL. AFTER MEASURER CAME TO OUR HOUSE, WHO HAD SHOWED UP THE FOLLOWING DAY, WE NEVER HEARD FROM THEM AGAIN. THE MEASURER HAD TAKEN PICTURES ETC OF WHAT NEEDED TO BE DONE. IT HAS BEEN A MONTH AND NEVER HEARD FROM THEM

Description of Work: Philip is the manager at Floors to Go, and he was wonderful to work with. For our initial estimate, he was on time and very professional. We had initially planned our floor tear out and retiling after the new year, but they had a cancellation, and we started the process the day after Christmas. We had been through water damage and mold remediation, so the timing was a bit strenous right around Christmas, but the whole process was fairly painless. It took them a couple of days to tear out our hardwoods, and then a few days to lay the tile. Pablo was in charge of the work being done on site. The workers left everything completely clean each day they left the house. Our new tile is a 23 inch porcelain, rectified, and Pablo did a superb job on the installation, leaving very little grout lines. We were very impressed by his work. The baseboard installers were also excellent. They did an amazing job and finished very quickly. We would absolutely call Floors To Go again for their services.
