FLOORS TO GO

I love my new flooring. It looks and feels like hardwood to me, but it is much more resilient. Floors to Go did a wonderful job removing the old flooring and installing the new. They moved my wall unit, China cabinet, sofa, love seat, etc. and put it all back together nicely, reconnecting my water line for the ice maker and the cable hook up for the television. They put the sliders that I purchased on all my furniture so it is easy to move. They dusted and cleaned up when they were finished. They did all of this in about 8 hours.

I submitted an online inquiry for an estimate, and Phillip notified me that their minimum installation charge would apply to my kitchen because of the small area - I was certainly OK with that and understood where they are coming from. I visited the showroom and Barbara was very helpful in helping me pick out attractive flooring that did not break the budget. I explained to her what I was looking for, and she allowed me to take home a sample to see how it looked in my kitchen. The free measurements were completed shortly thereafter (may have been next day?). From the date I gave them the go-ahead, they were booked solid for a week, but came out first-thing the next Monday to install. My home was recently put on the market, and during a Broker's Open House, the most commented item was on the kitchen floor - everyone loved it! Overall, a very nice experience with Floors To Go.

The store employees were fantastic and very helpful. The product is beautiful. The pricing was good as well. The installer couldn't have been any better. He also repaired our sub flooring. He did all of the work in one day. The floor had been bad for so long and others had tried to fix it. He was able to do an excellent job!

Read all of the reviews on Angie's list, and was so impressed with customer reviews that we selected Floors to go. The people in the store were most helpful in aiding our selection of flooring, showing us all grades of flooring, and various patterns. We were allowed to take home two selections, as we did the master bed room in a different pattern, and we wanted to see how they looked. We had two samples of each job. The next day we took the samples back, and made our choices. The date of installation was at our convenience. The installers came on time, and there were so many men that the entire job was done in one day. The crew chief was especially good and helpful. The old carpet was removed, and the new floors laid, and all the furniture was put back at our direction. A good cleanup was done at the end. One major reason we picked this company was because the installers are not contractors, but work in the business. We had heard too many stories about poor installations by contractors.

Philip and Barbara were 100% professional and terrific to work with from beginning to end. The installing team was experienced and did a great job. Floors look beautiful and all our friends are impressed with the quality, look and feel of the floors. The overall price was good and within very close approximation of the original estimate. I would definitely use this vendor again and recommend them to friends and customers.

shFrom the day we met Philip and Barbara at the store we were happy with the way we were treated. When the actual work began things were even better than expected. The work was completed in on day and it is great. We love our floors! the men were great and the cleanup was very good ! the laundry room also was the same story, great. We had a great experience and recommend them to anyone who wants a great job.

The owner, Philip, is very professional, he nows about floors, installation and he was so diligent in going to extra mile to ensure we were satisfied. AND WE ARE. The crew is AMAZING. On time, professional, diligent, and they pay attention to details. They are masters at what they do. They came on time, ripped out the old carpet, disposed of it, moved the furniture around, installed the new floors, and did an AMAZING, beautiful job. It was a team of 3 gentlemen and they didn't waste anytime getting started once they found out what direction we wanted the floor to run. This is our first laminate flooring. We always had carpet throughout the house and, if this works out well, we will be doing more in the future. The only reason I gave the price a 'B' rating is the room is 11 x 16 and the labor cost was almost as much as the cost of the flooring. I would pick them again, especially if they were to send the same team of efficient workers!

The service started well but shortly after the order was placed they had to substitute the bamboo. We had to get an alternate bamboo product which delayed the installation date. A year later the baseboards are coming off the cocking and I had to get a handyman to re-do the baseboards.

Excellent, everything went flawless, delivered exactly what was promised plus more . Highly recommend.

They were great to deal with, very nice and honest. The pricing was very good. Follow up was great and the work of the installation was very good. They were very quick to install wood which was great. I would highly recommend to anyone getting flooring!

I called Floors to Go for pricing on a specific type of engineered wood floor. I spoke to Phillip, who was great. He got back to me with pricing within a couple hours, on a Saturday. All the other places I called said they would get back to me in a few days. Phillip and Floors to Go beat out all the other prices. I ended up going through my contractor who used "his guy", but I wanted to write a review on Phillip and Floors to Go because I was very impressed by both their customer service and pricing. I will definitely use them in the future for any new flooring projects.

We found Philip L'Elie and his entire team at Floors to Go to be extremely responsive, prompt and professional. They worked with our schedule and truly cared about the quality of their work from the measuring process to the final clean up after the floor was installed. The floors came out beautiful and we would definitely use Floors to Go again and would recommend them to others!

Overall it was good. We made 1 trip to floors to go to pick out the materials- worked with Philip. Next day we had someone out to do the measurements and the following Saturday we had a team of 5 guys out to do the installation. Started ~8:30am and were out by 5pm. Did great work, very clean, and professional. Great Experience with both floors to go and the installation team.

Overall, working with Phil was a great experience. He worked hard to make us happy. The work was done timely and as represented. Most importantly, the finished product looks amazing.

There was nothing I didn't like, they were really nice and any problems were taken care of.

We went to the Floors to Go showroom in Pompano Beach where we met Barbara who was imensely helpful to us. This was our first time choosing a laminate floor so we needed lots of help. Barbara explained the different types of flooring and their upkeep. She even helped with decorating questions, such as what shades of wood to match with existing furniture in the rooms. Then we met Paul who explained how the floor was installed, what type of padding would be best in our situation, and what patterns were posible. Since we were doing a lot of remodeling, we later called to ask if we could borrow a sample to use until the flooring arrived. Barbara and Paul were very gracious and generous in their time and expertise.Because of the other remodeling we were doing, we couldn't give them an exact date for installation. Our tentative date had to be delayed because the painters were not finished. If that caused a headache for Floors to Go, they never let us feel as if we had caused them a problem.The day before the floors were to be installed, the installers brought the boxes of laminate to our house and checked the rooms to be sure that we secured any valuables to protect them when moving furniture. The next day they arrived on time, got right to work and worked very hard all day. The only time they stopped was to answer any question we had and to check with us to be sure they were doing what we wanted. They moved a lot of heavy furniture and put felt pads, that Paul suggested we purchase, on the bottom of all the furniture pieces. What a marvelous idea! Now all the furniture slides with very little effort and doesn't scratch the floor.We would definitely use Floors to Go again. Our floors are gorgeous, and everyone associated with the company was extremely courteous and supportive.

We had a storm flood our home and our carpet was destroyed. Philip arranged for us to get demolition within a day. He was prompt, courteous, and reasonably priced. Two English-proficient, very capable and industrious individuals showed up to do the demolition on the promised day. We will definitely use him again.

The installation of hardwood floors (three bedrooms) by Floors-to-Go, under the management of Philip L’Elie was very well executed. From the very beginning, the company was prompt, accommodating and highly professional in their contracting procedures. Their estimate was reasonable and fair. Anderson led the actual construction with an expert team that came in, installed the floors, cleaned up and were finished in two days. They even threw in free carpet removal. Once installed, they were good about checking for hollow spots throughout and securing them with added glue. We were quite pleased and would hire them to do other flooring projects in the future.

The workman showed up ontime. They were clean and did an amazing job. My whole floor, with moving the furniture was done in one day. My stairs took a second day. The crew never stopped. Great bunch of men to work with.

We had a leak in our bathroom shower that went through the dining room wall and under our bamboo hardwood floor.I called several flooring companies and they were not responsive. No one wanted to take on my small job during such a busy time of year. Despite how busy they were, Barbara (in the Floors to Go office) was very responsive and Anderson (the installer) showed up, brought samples to match to our existing floor and showed up on Christmas eve with his crew to get the job completed for us by Christmas. They floor looks beautiful and matches the rest of the wood. I will definitely use Floors to Go for any flooring needs that arise and recommend them to all my friends and neighbors!
