We have used Dunstan & Son Plumbing Co Inc before and they have always done good work. The last time we used them they had to come in the middle of the night and fix a pipe. The mainline coming into the house to the hot water tank had burst two years ago and there was water running into the house when we came back from work. They did a great job fixing the problem. They came out right away when we called them in the midnight. The plumber that came out was nice. He did the job in a timely manner. I remember that their price was high considering the emergency call but most plumbers are like that.

Their follow up regarding any complaints was poor, so we’ve stopped working with them.

I called, Ray, the serviceman, came in a timely manner and within minutes the problem was fixed. Ray was polite, mannerly and informative answering all of my questions. I will call this company again and recommend them highly.

The pipe would go out 5 feet and turn and go under the foundation in a 7 shape. He dug it out just under the elbow of the turn of the pipe and the pipes were dry. He stated it was probably the foundation. Just 2 inches from where he was digging there was another pipe headed out the back of the yard. He stated he had no idea what the other pipe was for. I had him cut it and cap it (this other pipe I had found) and the pump had been cycling on and off for for or five days every 60-90 seconds. When he capped it, it immediately stopped cycling on and off. It seemed to me he was trying to talk me into completely redoing the plumbing in the entire house, and stated it could be in walls, or foundation. I just felt I was trying to be scammed.

Their price was a little high. They weren’t cheap. The guy came on a Sunday morning. I have good things to say about them. He came on a Sunday. He called me late Saturday night. He was helpful and courteous. He was right there on time. I would give them a very good rating. I would use them in the future.

He came in and surveyed my wall and was able to help me right away. He had to take my wall apart to fix the pipe. When he fixed the pipe and put the wall back together, it look like a brand new wall. He is reliable and did great work. The tile people that he used did amazing work as well.

They have been reliable. They never have to come back once the repair something.

From the time the workers, Ray and Casey, started on Wednesday, 6 Oct until they finished on the11th, these guys were pros. They showed up before 8am and had tools in hand by 8. They worked hard and did not goof off. Every thing was clean at the end of the day. Not only would we hire the company again, we would ask for these guys. Because it was a bath remodel, and we only had one bathroom, they made sure that we had a working toilet every night. We didn't have to go to a hotel like we thought we might have to. The finished bathroom was beyond what we thought could be accomplished. The guys that did the work not only did great work and were polite, but their work ethic was one more companies need to inspire in their employees. We really only have good feelings about the job they did.

Arrived promptly, did the work and left. Very polite. Have used them many times.

The plumber arrived the same day I called, surveyed the problem, (water ran all the time) and suggested replacing all the pieces in the tank and I agreed. He was finished within an hour. I have used them before and always found them to be prompt and every efficient.

They are very good. Everyone they send out is always very friendly and I would highly recommend them.

The supervisor who came and estimated the job came on time and was very easy to deal with. He was fair, courteous and honest. Even though he knew that the manufacturer of the defective tub was paying the bill, he gave me a very fair estimate. (The lowest of the 4 I got). The 2 young men who did the work arrived on time, were neat, clean, efficient, polite and so careful. The wallpaper came right up to the edge of the wall tiles that had to be removed and it wasn't until the day they arrived that I realized I hadn't thought about the wallpaper getting damaged and having to be replaced (as expected). When they finished the job you would never know they had replaced the tub. There was no damage to the wallpaper and the new wall tile was a perfect match. They were so good that I don't hesitate to recommend them to everyone. I even sent a letter to the owner because I was so impressed with them (something I've never felt moved to do before).

THEY COME ALMOST RIGHT AWAY. THEY ARE JUST WONDERFUL. THEY ARE ON A PHONE SYSTEM WITH EACH OTHER. THEY CAN BE HERE WITHIN 3 HOURS. THE PRICE WAS VERY FAIR, AND THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THEY KNEW WHAT THEY WERE DOING. THEY WERE IN AND OUT AND CALLED BEFORE THEY CAME SO I KNEW THEY WERE ON THE WAY WHICH I LIKE.

THEY DID ALL OF THE WORK THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO DO. WE DID NOT HAVE ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM AT ALL. THE WORKERS WERE GOOD AND FINE. THEY WERE ALL VERY POLITE.

THEY ARE VERY HELPFUL. THEY ARE EXTREMELY RESPONSIVE TO EMERGENCY PLUMBING PROBLEMS. THEY ARE EXPERIENCED, NICE, PROFESSIONAL PLUMBERS. ONE THING I ESPECIALLY LIKE ABOUT THEM IS THAT THEY PUT LITTLE BOOTIES ON SO THEY DON'T TRACK DIRT AND THINGS IN THE HOUSE. THEY DON'T EVEN PARK IN OUR DRIVEWAY SO THEY DON'T TRACK DIRT ON OUR DRIVEWAY. THEY ARE VERY RESPECTFUL WITH OUR PREMISES.

THEY WERE FINE. WE WOULD HAVE THEM AGAIN. THEY WERE PROFESSIONAL, WHEN THEY CAME OUT. WE WOULD HAVE THEM AGAIN. THE QUALITY OF THEIR WORK WAS GOOD. MY SISTER IS QUITE HEAVY, AND SHE HAD NO TROUBLE AT ALL WITH THE HANDGRIPS.
