Description of Work: Most recently, they hooked up gas lines to my gas stove and gas dryer. They have been excellent, the best plumbers I’ve ever worked with. I’ve referred them to a lot of people.

Description of Work: Installed a dual tub sink in the garage where there was absolutely no plumbing at all, before they came. Also installed a hot water recirculation system that gives us "instant hot" water now where it used to take as long as 1-2 minutes for hot water to appear at the far end of the house. They were VERY professional, nice staff to work with, and did everything they promised on time. We loved these guys.

Description of Work: Dunstan re-did an ice maker water line that had been botched by another plumbing company. The Dunstan guys knew exactly how it should have been done the first time, and did the work quickly and professionally at a fair price using high quality parts as specified in the ice maker installation instructions. We intend to call Dunstan from now on with all our plumbing needs.

Description of Work: Dunstan Plumbing came out and replaced my pump to my lift station twice. They charged me both times. When another plumbing company came to look at a job, they identified an extension cord that Dunstan Plumbing had run to my pump. The cord was left lying out in the elements. The other plumbing company did not do the kind of work necessary to repair what Dunstan had done but did offer to write a statement on my behalf. I called Dunstan and spoke with John Snyder. I told him about my discovery of the extension cord. Hi reply was that he had called several times and could not ever get in touch with me to tell me that I needed an electrician to come and put in an electrical connection for the pump. I assured John that they only two times I had spoken with him was last December 2013 when he called me regarding an unpaid balance that I wasn't aware of. John insisted that he is not responsible and refuses to do the job correctly. I now am working with a 3rd plumbing company who informed me today that Dunstan Plumbing didn't even bother to fill the area in so now it is full of dirt and debris. We may very well end up having to take legal action.

Description of Work: repaired leaking shower. Price a little high but glad to pay because all other ratings were excellent. Told my brother about them & he had them come out on a late night call sprinkler pipe broken. He said there was not an extra after hr charger. He said service was excellent.

Description of Work: They replaced all of the insides of 3 toilets. Was very happy with their service. One toilet was leaking water after the workman left so I called and they responded immediately. I have referred them to my mother's house as she has a toilet that runs all the time. She also was very satisfied.
