It was excellent. It was actually only an hour. They were interested in helping me. The workers were very nice.

Moved couches on time and they were careful and professional.

It went very well. K-Ron and Romeo were awesome; we would absolutely hire them again.

The morning started good. Had a 30 minute warning call and the move started in the time slot given. The two movers argued amongst each often throughout the day even pulling one another away from me to have a "talk" that I could clearly hear. Our book case was damaged and is no longer sitting upright as desired and also has a severe chip taken from it. One of the movers who caused the unprofessionalism rating haphazardly swung a nightstand coming up the stairs of the new apartment and heavily scuffed the wall. Toward the end of the moving day they had a shouting match and asked for my participation in front of my wife and mother-in-law. Just awkward. May use them again but I would absolutely want different movers.

They were on time and were highly professional. The only thing that bothered me was a $47.00 fuel charge because they were located in Broward County and I was in (Southern) Palm Beach County. I didn't know about this and felt "cornered."

Very well. I hired 3 men for one hour and they stayed busy, While 2 were carrying furniture, the 3rd placed pads and slid the furniture to the doorway to work efficiently. They worked very hard trying to maneuver the treadmill out the door and knowledgeably directed my husband on dissembling it enough to get it downstairs. While waiting for the treadmill to be ready to move, they did a human chain passing boxes down the stairs. They were early and called to confirm that was OK. This was a great tryout for a future move.

Jochas was extremely professional and worked quickly. They were extremely careful with my belongings. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

It was a NIGHTMARE!!!! This guys were completely nonprofessionals. They were supposed to arrive at 4pm and keep calling to postpone until they call with an estimated time of arrival of 10:30 PM. I let them know that was unacceptable and they re-schedule for 2 days later. At the re scheduled date they were late again. They basically DESTROYED the Furniture they handle and damage the Drywalls of both Houses. I won't used this crappy company even if they offer me their services for free.

The arrived within the window that they said they would, were pleasant and professional. They worked efficiently.

My only complaint is that my dining chairs should have been wrapped since they're a little scratched.

Perfectly. Barbara and her husband were awesome, helped me in a difficult situation where another trucking company couldn't deliver to me on time. I couldn't be happier with the service provided. Would definitely recommend/hire again.

Great! I had paid for a 4 hour service and they finished before time.

The two gentlemen were very professional and punctual. They arrived early and worked thoroughly the 4 hours to complete everything I had asked of them. They squeaked by just under 4 hours to avoid having to charge me additional, which I very much appreciate. I would definitely recommend to others, including family and friends (which should say something as I would only reserve the best for them).

The movers were scheduled to arrive between 8-9 am. They called at 7:45 to give me their exact time of arrival. We had 3 movers for 3 hours. Their names were Courtney, Roosevelt and Nijah and they were excellent. We could not have asked for a more seamless move. They were careful with all our belonging and reassembled everything when we got to the new condo.

From the phone call to the move, it went exceptionally well. Everything was explained in detail upfront They did a great job and handled items with care. This was a short distance move.

It went very well. Comparatively speaking JoChas is a little more expensive than the others we talked to, but their quality and attention to detail was worth it to me. Melvin, Sean and KRon (please excuse any mis-spellings) showed up early, called before they came, and worked really hard the entire time. They were very careful with our belongings and both houses. They really hustled to get us finished under our quoted time, and were a pleasure to deal with. I'd absolutely hire JoChas again, and request the same crew!

The movers were very professional. They all addressed us as ma'am and sir... they were on time. And they continuously worked fast to get the job done. I would definitely recommend them and i will definitely use them again!!!

He broke my desk and if I had the man power I would have sent in a complaint. It took my dad about 4 hours to reassemble the desk he broke. He broke it because he didn't take the time to take it apart. It was not a good job. They did the job of moving my stuff from point A to point B. We had a limited amount of time and we were trying to not exceed it.

They were professional and didn't even converse during the move to stay focused.

Left grass and debris on tile , Left scuffs on wall in stairwell, and did not nor did they offer to take off shoes in carpeted areas. They met expectation, the crew was very personable and polite.

Went very well- movers were on time and ready to go. used them again a few days later to move a couch from one condo to another across stree to another condo. I would use them again and highly recommend this company.

Excellent!!! I have never hired a moving company before because I have heard horror stories from people. I couldn't be happier. Everyone I dealt with at the company was super nice and extremely helpful. I even had to change my moving time last minute because my new place wasn't going to be available and the office handled it quickly. The men that came to do the move were extremely professional and hard working. They never even took a break or slowed down. Amazing company!

JoChas Movers were on time and were very efficient. They wrapped everything to protect the furniture before moving. Once in Hollywood Beach, the furniture was delivered, reassembled, and put in place as directed. Both employees were friendly and professional, I would hire them again.
