They were awesome. Got all of the work done in 4 hours. They treated our stuff with care, and were very professional and polite. I highly recommend them.

The company was very responsive, pickup/delivery was late but they kept you updated on the status of your movers, which was awesome. The move process went very smooth, Kevin and Quaron were complete professionals,respectful, and courteous. They treated our belongings as if they were their own. They were knowledgeable and maneuvered huge furniture in confine places with ease, and WITHOUT a scratch. Moving can be very stressful , however thanks to JoChas Moving (the entire team) I was STRESS-FREE. I will definitely recommend JoChas Moving to friends and family. I Highly recommend them.

SCAM!! Bought a Groupon and when I called they were already adding a $55 fee for gas and travel; they didn't even know my exact location. Then they mentioned there may be other fees. Stay far away.

Excellent. Bedson and Darrius were amazing. They were punctual, thorough, and systematic. Our belongings were carefully moved and unloaded. In addition, we found them to be personable and kind. They made our day. We would highly recommend them.

The move went HORRIBLE!!! We hired 3 movers in hopes to help speed things along. However only 2 movers did work. The third mover stood around and talked while my husband helped and performed as the third mover. Because of this, they went 2 hours over time which cost an arm and a leg in extra fees!! They ripped my master bedroom door off the door frame, leaving it leaning against the wall as if nothing was wrong. They damaged the walls in my stair way and the post on the landing. Upon filing a complaint with the company they took 2 weeks to respond only to deny fixing any damages. We are completely at fault for paying, signing the paper when work was completed, and for not walking through to make sure there were no damages. However... as a professional company you would think they would take responsibility when they're workers did wrong in a customer's home...especially a new construction home. Even when on the phone with company to try to get damages taken care of, I was hung up on after sarcastically being told to have a nice day. This moving company is Grade A "CRAP". Don't waste your money and don't trust this company. They will over charge on services and then kill you in extra fees because they're guys don't do the work properly making you pay extra hours. Then they'll treat you like you're nothing. When talking to the company's representative trying to get my damages fixed, the worst part of it all was how they spoke to me as if I was stupid!! Since my job was already completed, I was spoken to like I didn't matter. Obviously I didn't matter... it was so easy for them to hang up on me!!!

This was the first time I have had to request a moving company, and required guidance on what services could be provided with pricing. I initially found Jochas Moving and Delivery on Groupon and called to see if the Groupon could be used for my move. I could not use the Groupon due to my rapidly approaching moving date; however, Charles was able to provide me with moving guidance, tips and affordable pricing that worked out better than the Groupon. The movers that moved my items were the absolute best! Not only did they move my items with care, they worked with a sense of urgency to try to not go over time. The moving team of Mr. Melvin, Kevin, King & Terrell are to be commended for their professionalism, respect and work ethic. The only feedback I would provide is a more timely phone call that they would be arriving after the scheduled arrival time.

EXCELLENT!!!!! The first time I called I spoke with Miss Sharon who explained everything in detail. Called back and spoke with Charles to move our date up Our movers were Shawn and Charles. I used these guys before and it went well the first time. This time was a horrible experience. First off, the guy stated that we didn't have much stuff and then didn't even finish moving all of our stuff. We had to go back and get a truck load of stuff they left behind after. We had them move two tv stands and they broke both of them. Neither one can withstand the weight of the tv and if I had known before they left, I would not have paid for their service. They never questioned where things went, they just placed stuff in the easiest place they could find.

Other than being a few hours late from the agreed time the move went very well.

It was perfect!!! The movers were excellent everything was done in a timely manner and they were very professional. I would definitely hire them again.

BE WARNED - this company is a threat to your TIME, MONEY, PROPERTY, and SAFETY. Do. Not. Hire. Them. I purchased 4 hours of moving services to move from a studio to a 2 bedroom, no couch, no entertainment center, no dining room table with elevators at both apartments. I ended up having to pay almost double what they quoted me. They took 4 hours just to pack the truck. They took 50 minutes to drive 20 minutes but were miraculously able to unload 4 hours of packing in less than 1 hour in order to make their next appointment. The reason the move took so long is because one of the movers spent much of my time hitting on me, asking me increasingly personal and inappropriate questions, asking me to meet up with him later, and hanging out on my balcony. After the move was complete I walked out of my apartment and walked back in to find one of the movers digging through my purse where my credit cards, license, passport, and checkbook were located. I then had to confront a grown man and criminal in my home, by myself while he tried to steal from me. The company issued me a laughably small refund - not even covering the unexpected extra money that they forced me to pay for going over my time and then refused to speak with me. To this day they refuse to give me the employees name so that I can file a police report to protect myself and my personal information. They say on their website they hire "family and friends of family." They have no interest in protecting you or your property only their employees. This company will send CRIMINALS into your home with your personal belongings and your family members – DO NOT HIRE THEM. Whatever you receive as a quote – double that to account for the time their employees will waste hanging out in your house and making you feel uncomfortable. I cannot imagine the time and money you would spend if you were moving more than one person’s belongs. If you value your time, money, and safety STAY AWAY.

Couldn't have asked for a better moving experience. They showed up on time (3 guys), walked through house to check everything out and started getting to work immediately. David and his crew worked really well together. All the guys had a great attitude for what is a really tough job. They dismantled all of our bed frames and re-assembled them at the house. We had to add one hour, but it wasn't because they were slow. We just didn't realize how much we had. We had one piece of glass break on our china cabinet even though they had wrapped it well and they sent someone over the following week to come look at it and get it repaired. Very professional company. Would definitely use them again and highly recommend them.

UNRESOLVED!! Crew was polite and hardworking on day of the move. However, we ended up with several pieces damaged - and THEFT. It took over two months for any repairs to be done (after multiple emails and calls) and then some repairs still undone and theft not addressed. After several more emails and calls, I was told to resubmit claim for unresolved damages and theft through website and provide PROOF of theft (?), which I did. RADIO SILENCE. More time passed, more emails, more calls. It has now been 6 months and NO RESOLVE. Last call, I was assured that someone would call me back - that was a week ago.

They were on time and fantastic. They are very hard workers and the owner of the company works side by side with his men. They were able to move us in 6 hours and that included two hours of driving time. This is a great company and they have professional employees. My wife and I can't say enough about them.

Two friendly gentleman showed up and did the job efficiently,moving large shelving and many boxes of household goods to a smaller storage unit. After the job was completed in the unit they drove to my apartment and unloaded a few bulky items I needed for personal use,

Did the 2 hrs 2 people. They said they would be there between 8-9, showed up at 945. One of the movers was very good, the other had no clue what he was doing (they said he was training) and was slower then can be. I needed a bed moved, they worked on it for 30 minutes and then realized they didn't have the right tools (a basic wrench) with them so they couldn't move it which was the whole point of the move- a disaster. Overall extremely disappointed, felt like I hired a moving company that didn't really know how to "move".

The first was exactly as proposed and good quality. Good group of guys. The second was a nightmare - proposal, time actually taken, quality of move, significant things missing, other items damaged, etc. OVer 2 0 pairs of sneakers and shoes were "missing", furniture was damaged and scratch, walls were damaged, there were actually empty beer cans found in some of our boxes which also damaged paperwork and items in those boxes, nightmare. I tried to refute on my master card but they said the service was rendered which is was but items stolen and not replaced or provided any monetary compensation, they wanted to send someone out to try to repair the furniture and floors and walls damaged but frankly I didn't want them ever back in my home again and refused and paid someone else to repair. After the first move went so well, I had high hopes for the big second move and it was just horrible and don't feel like I was given any help in finding a way through insurance or other to replace the items missing or damage caused.

it was canceled due to the rudeness of the dealer, and the extra fees involved. the company wanted payment for a tank of gas and payment for stairs on 2nd floor. 7 steps involved. Do not use this company

They charge for fuel because they don't charge you from the time they leave like a lot of moving companies charge you from the time they leave their warehouse.
