Description of Work: Moved furnishings from manufactured home to apartment. Arrived promptly, organized effort in loading items onto truck and quick load out at new home.

Description of Work: I had them pick up a very heavy bronze dolphin water feature for a swimming pool. It was in a back yard in Ft. lauderdale and they very carefully moved it out to the street and onto the truck and then delivered it to Parkland. After carefully moving it to the pool area in the backyard in Parkland I had them take a large, heavy treadmill to Ft. Lauderdale. This was all accomplished in less that two hours and their communication before, during and after the move was extraordinary. I would definitely use again and would recommend them to others.

Description of Work: The only response to my email detailing the service and date I requested was an impersonnal email reply asking me to call them. It did not address the request I made in my email. If this service company cannot reply in a business like manner I do not want their service.

Description of Work: I purchased a deal for $89 for two people and a moving truck for two hours. Everything turned out fine! They were excellent!

Description of Work: I purchased deal for 2 men for 2 hours. The owner Charles called the day before I told him I had just a few things but one very HEAVY piece that needed 2 dollies-he told me no problem. Next day when the 2 movers showed(very small young guys) I was concerned since they didn't know about the heavy piece. They called the owner Charles and I was charged overtime since Charles needed to come to help. The movers sat in there truck and waited for the owner and I was charged for that time. All and all they got the piece moved it but not handled well.

Description of Work: 2 men arrived almost on time -- they called because they hit traffic -- so I knew exactly what was going on. They were incredibly courteous and professional They moved a load of furniture in their truck to our storage space. They also helped me move some things around in the house, although I hadn't asked for that ahead of time. Both men were efficient, careful, and terrific to work with. I would recommend them enthusiastically.

Description of Work: They moved a 1 bedroom apartment with minimal furniture and it took them 3.5hours. I was told they would arrive between 8 and 9am and they arrived at 9:30am. When they arrived I got the impression that one of the movers was new. Aside from the lateness, The movers were friendly. They did a decent job moving the items. A few items got scratched but nothing too serious. They did damage the floor in my new apartment though and that made me upset. Overall the service was ok. I would not use them just because, of the damage that was done to my floor. I feel it would have been the movers responsibility to notify the office of the damage so it could be taken care of but that was not done. That unprofessionalism left me with a bad impression.
