Description of Work: They arrived ahead of schedule, worked quickly, and completed the job with a pleasant demeanor. We have no complaints about this mover.

Description of Work: Schlepping stuff from their old place to their new. They did not pile boxes just put them in their assigned room until no more place, then just outside. Tools in Florida room were put drawers facing wall, so no possible access . I asked for PM well 5:00 is too late to start, so we had to reschedule . They also charged $175.00 to move a TV of 50 inches Which is currently common, and never mentioned previously on phone or on arrival. You want problems just call that company .

Description of Work: very sloppy work, they were not very consciencious in taking care with my furniture, also not very careful with avoiding hitting walls when placing furniture. Two boxes were lost, and never got a response from the company about what was done to try to find them, also 4 pieces of artwork, a matched set were missing upon completing job.

Description of Work: The company responded to my bid immediately and they were very polite and professional in explaining the deal. What I didn't like was that there was a $45 gasoline charge, an extra $50 charge per television, and if the move went over the 4 hour time limit, the hourly rate was $189 even though they charged overages in 15 min. increments. Finally, I hope this refund is pretty quick because tying up my money for very long would surely make buying "special deals" prohibitive. Prices should be clearly stated up front not added to after the fact, the truck always needs gas and everyone has at least one tv. I ended up using someone who costs the same but at least its a set price with no surprises.

Description of Work: They moved my big furniture from a two story house to a small one story house. They were friendly, professional, and hard working. They did their best to complete the move in the allotted 4 hours so that I would not be charged more. I was very appreciative!
