Description of Work: They provided moving services from 2 places into 1. My fiancé and I both lived in our own apartments over 20 years so it was an emotional move on both sides. Both crews were personable. Melvin and Roosevelt were patient with me and helped with additional break down of my daughters castle bed. They even had time left over but helped organize my POD so it would be easier to unload. They made sure they stayed until the time was complete. On the second move from my fiancé' apartment, Oliver and Benson were faster than ever. After they finished loading my fiancé's furniture, they helped unload the POD. Jochas even provided a tech to come out put my daughter's bed back together. I really enjoyed my experience with them. I will use them for the rest of our moves. Shani and Ms. Jo helped us prepare for this huge transition and we will always be grateful for this awesome experience!!

Description of Work: Purchased an Angie's List deal for my move. The crew was prompt, professional and worked quickly. There were no issues - an overall smooth experience.

Description of Work: Charged fee without disclosing fee for paying by credit card. Failed to confirm a move the day before the move. Objected to my questioning of fees, then insinuated that if I make the crew angry they would charge me more. They fail to provide a contract sufficient enough to address typical moving issues. They want you to believe that a contract isn't needed since there won't ever be a problem.

Description of Work: Moved from a 1 bedroom apartment two miles to new 1 bedroom apartment location. |They were supposed to show up by 4:00 PM but did not arrive until about 8:30 blaming prior customer. At new location one of movers pushed a cart off the sidewalk knocking it completely over and damaging it, and then laughed about it without even attempting to fix it. Later same guy came in with just two very small items and was clearly dragging, it would appear to extend the time of service since they were on a time billing. The tardy work was mentioned to the individual in stark terms and he then refused to do any more work at all, putting the move even further behind. Needless to say they went over time on what should have been a quick move, and the team leader guy charged us extra for the slow work due to the 'clock'. It was clear to use that except for the team leader the other 3 had very little experience, probably less than a few weeks.
