It went absolutely amazing and they were just wonderful. They were professional, on time, extremely careful, and they treated my grandmother well. Timely and overall just a great job. I would recommend them to anyone.

That turned out great. They moved a large refrigerator from one place to another. They covered the fridge. They were prompt, polite and showed up on time.

They stood up to their word. I spoke with them several times. They showed up on time, very nice and stayed within in their time limits. The guys did a good job and were very helpful. This was a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

The movers called the day before to verify the move. They told us when they would arrive. The two gentlemen arrived right on time..they were very professional and got the job done in the allotted time. We took advantage of a special offer that the company was offering on Angie's List. We would definitely use this company again.

I spoke to Charles a week before I planned on moving my mother from South Florida to Jacksonville Florida. I was renting a U-haul, but needed some help moving some furniture as well as moving boxes from my mothers 2nd floor condominium. Two of the nicest gentleman, I am sorry I did not write down their names (one was Charles brother), showed up after working almost the entire day at a different job. These guys worked their butts off. I had figured it was about a two hour job, but these guys hustled and go the job done in just an hour. They knew I had hired them for two hours but got the work done in just one, and only charged me for one hour. I would definiatley use JoChas Moving and Delivery in the future. If you are planning on a do it yourself move, or looking to have them move you.....call JoChas Moving and Delivery!!!!!! You will not be disappointed. Very satisfied customer.

The owner was professional and courteous. The two men who showed up to help me move were punctual, professional, and courteous. I wish these guys would have moved me from Virginia to Florida. Quality company, quality work.

It turned out great. They were right on time and they were very polite. I thought they've got the job done very fast and very efficient.

Everything went smoothly, overall it took exactly four hours. It took a bit longer than expected due to our apartment building only having one elevator and we lived on the 5th floor. If not for that, it probably would have taken 3 hours or less. Nevertheless, the movers were very efficient, courteous and professional. They were very careful with all our fragile stuff and wrapped them all in blankets. They dismantled the big stuff like our bed and dining table and reassembled them after moving. Everything made it to our new home safe and sound! We are very happy customers and will definitely recommend their services.

THESE GUYS ARE AWESOME!! No other moving company exists for me from here on out as far as I'm concerned! I got a call from a nice fellow to let me know he was on his way, within the expected arrival window, on a Sunday no less. Upon arrival, two very young and friendly gentleman greeted me and quickly went to work. They worked quickly AND carefully. And much to my pleasant suprise, JoChas sent a much bigger truck than they had originally told me they would, allowing us to take all my stuff in 1 trip!! My movers Chris and Sean were very appreciative of the fact that I had already emptied out the rooms and had all my big items lined up to go in the living room. I highly recommend taking the time to do this as it makes the whole process much faster and allows customer to actually complete the job in the 2 hour prepaid time slot. Now, due to a complication in maneuvering a bunk bed set, (which had to be completely dismantled), we did go into a 3rd hour. But the movers were kind enough to set up the bunk beds again before they left (Awesome!). I highly recommend JoChas to anyone and everyone needing moving services. I knew from my initial call with owner Charles Johnson (a former NFL player!) that the whole thing would go smooth just by the sound of his professionalism which came through on the phone. So, you can completely trust this company as there is complete transparency in billing with absolutely no hidden charges or surprise surcharges at the time of the move as most other companies try to get away with. I would have given this company an A if it were not for a few details. The driver of the truck as awesome. Respectful, nice and knew what he was doing. He took time to make sure it was done correctly. The person helping him was also a nice kid. But he did not pay attention to details My crib broke as a result of him not putting in on the truck correctly, he damaged my brand new door in putting in the bed frames and scratched my brand new wood floors on two occasions. I had to point out to him more than once that these were wood floors and he could push items on the ground. That he had to be extra careful when bringing stuff in. They are certainly reasonable and I think that if the younger gentleman was just a little more careful, they would be an A all the way. I just want to be clear here. This company would have gotten a C+/B- if Angie's list allowed me to give it to them. I am overall happy with their services, it is just the details that I listed before. The crib can be fixed and the scratches to the floors are not huge. But it does affect their score.

It was good. They worked very well for me. The voucher was $89 and the total cost was $250. They sent two people. I had a lot of help and it was fast. It took a total of three and a half hours. That included everything. The price was good. I would use them again.

Everything went very well. It was great. Two guys came out. The deal was for 2 hours and they did it in 1 hour and 45 minutes.

They finished 10 minutes early :) They were friendly and professional. We will definitely use them again for anything we need moved.

Didn't happen yet. Right now I'm on the fence. My first email of 12/06/13 went ignored. After I called 12/11/13 at around noon, talked to Charles, told him I was sending an email, resent the email, and have not heard anything back yet. The building I'm moving out of is a gated community and requires specific information from the movers that come in. If I don't hear back by Friday, 12/13, I'll have to find another company. Update: 12/12/13: Received email from Charles that he's working on paperwork for management. Will upgrade to B if it's done timely.

They arrived on time and finished the job early. It was a small job and I was having a hard time finding a company that would send out help for something so small. everything was great. It was $100 for 2 guys for 2 hours.

When I originally spoke with Mr Johnson on 10/24 he was VERY nice. I was giving this service to my girls as a gift. I was told the first 2 hrs were 89.00 and each additional hour would be 90.00 I gave him the date of 11/23 and said the girls would prefer the morning. He said this would be no problem.My daughter called him on the 22nd[she had called several days bfore and her calls were not returned] she was told they would be there between noon and 2pm. This certainly is not the morning!! This was ok with my girls since they really had no choice. When 1pm came around and they hadnt showed up,my girls called and were told they were about 45 minutes away . They did not show up until aound 6pm. My girls were told that if they needed them for additional hours it would be 100.00[not the 90.00 i was quoted] and had to be in cash. It wound up that they did need another hour,which I had planned on putting on my credit card[Again,this was their Chanukah Gift!!] So they paid the 100.00 This was a horrible experience.

When I emailed the company I never received an answer back. I am now getting a refund.

This is a great company...very professional and personable! Charles scheduled the service to meet my timeline. Curtis and Cory called with arrival time, worked hard and stayed focused. We were pleased from the initial contact throughout the process, to closure. I highly recommend this company. They truly care!

I signed up for an Angie's list special. Two person for 2 hrs and a truck. Called on Monday, got scheduled for a move on Thursday between 8:30 and 9:30. On Thursday morning at 9:10am they called to say that they were in traffic and were on their way. They arrived just before 10am. Wrap the furniture, help move the old ones to the local dumpster and move my new couch to the new apartment. We were done by 10:30am. Easiest and fastest move I had.

Our Firm contacted JoChas because our clients required a local and long distance move. The were moving from a 6000 square foot home but required a local move for some of the items and and long distance for other items. The daughter was moving to a condo close to her college campus and the parents were moving to a home in Syracuse. JoChas was able to provide this service with efficiency and completely satisfy our clients. Our clients had a particular deadline that had to be met and JoChas was completely able to deliver on time with no damages or incidents. Our Clients especially like the care and procedures that were followed to ensure the safety of all of their items. JoChas even provided the assembly of many items in both delivery locations and did it with a smile. What a Great company. I will certainly be utilizing JoChas Moving & Delivery Services on a regular basis for my clients. Especially, because they saved my clients money and actually provided a quality service with professional guys.
