Charles, the owner, was responsive to all my questions and was even flexible when I had to reschedule my move last minute. The guys arrived on time, were polite and had me moved in less than 2 hours.

JoChas Moving and Delivery were efficient and were good. The problem that I did have was I was scheduled to move 12 o’clock, Saturday, Mr. Charles called me informing me that they’re running a little late because the job they had in the morning was running them over and they’ll be here closer to three, but then they did not show up till 6:30. That was not fine. It did not get finished. The guys had to come back the next morning and took me six hours out from when I wanted to leave. It blew up from there. He only charged me for few hours. He charged me less than he was suppose to so he did follow through as far as financially cutting me a deal. I did go off on emotions on this because he did not even come out to see how much stuff I had. I moved a numerous times so I knew how many hours it would take and I figured it would be three to four hours. He just assumed it would be the two hours, I think it’s over, just because somebody was scheduled after me. How are you going to book something and not see what the people have and just go by what they say? If they never moved before they’ll underestimate what they have. The guys that worked for him told me he does that all the time. I was extremely disappointed with that. I told him, he really needs to start going out and even for just five minutes to walk around and estimate realistically how long would it take for them to move. That would be my suggestion and I hope he adheres to that. Other than that the guys were great. They were fine, did what they had to do and they packed pretty well. They were younger so they don’t have a lot of experience but they packed well.

Shawn and Chris were my movers and they were extremely polite and excellent. I would definitely have them move me again or recommend them to anyone who?s moving.

Went smoothly, they kept me updated as to when they were coming. Dismantled the king bed and moved both that and a big couch effortlessley, reassembled it back at destination. Quality work, no scratches anywhere. Would recommend.

I purchased the Angie's List Big Deal for $125 for two men and a truck for two hours plus fuel charge. What I didn?t know that the "Truck" would be the size of a regular U-Haul truck one can rent without a trucking license. I had given a detailed list of items that needed to be moved and the truck was too small which resulted in two trips. The owner claims to have revealed this to me but I don?t believe we ever spoke truck dimensions. I didn?t have much to move so I figured this would be perfect. I moved all the small items and left anything that wouldn?t fit in my car or suv. To make my review short here are my issues: · They showed up 2 hours late. (I had scheduled ½ day off at work and had to take the whole day off) · They moved really show. Partially because the truck was so small so they had to spend part of the time moving and part of the time playing furniture Tetris with my valuables which resulted in many scratched items. · One mover in particular kept disappearing to text. · During the move many items were moved without being wrapped. · Many items were scratched. · A metal knob on my dresser was snapped in half (replacing it won?t be easy) · They showed up without the appropriate tools, in fact all they had was a ½ of a screw driver. I am not kidding the screw driver had no handle. I had to lend them my tools to disassemble and reassemble the furniture. I informed the owner the same day and sent him pictures. I followed up a few days later. I then followed up a 1.5 weeks later and received a call to tell me they would be willing to: (a) pay for the superglue to fix the metal knob on my dresser door and (b) they would pay for touch up markers to fix all the scratches on my wood furniture. They did offer for someone to come out to use furniture marker to cover up my scratches. I guess super-glued and marker covered furniture is as good as new to them. So in summation: 2 hours late, no tools, scratched and broken furniture and slow. When I reported the problem they offered approximately $10 to buy glue and markers. I would not do business with them again and if anyone does, I would get an all inclusive package so that you are not on the clock as they text.

I had everything packed and part of a large corner desk disassembled before they arrived. They took good care of the items that needed to be moved and we finished the job within the 2 hours alloted. I gave both men a good tip for their professional service.

Chris and Curtis showed up right on time. They quickly got to work , organizing my items in order to transfer them from a large storage unit to a smaller unit. They were so polite and good natured and got the job done in record time.I would gladly recommend JoChas for any moving need.

The two men and truck arrived as scheduled and well very pleasant, able and professional. They navigated a difficult situation at our condominium building which is undergoing a lot of repairs including the three elevators and was not able to use our freight elevator. They came with materials to protect the furniture including a large glass dining table top. They moved everything quickly and with care and no damage. At all times they were courteous and efficient. We believe they deserve our highest rating and would certainly call them again when the need arises. The office personnel were equally pleasant and helpful.

The move went very well and as expected. I was happy with the way my furniture was wrapped and protected along the way. My move was for bedroom furniture that I had bought at an Estate sale and the movers were very care full about haw they moved everything. I was scared because the home where I purchsed the furniture involved moving down a staircase with a narrow turn, the stair case was surrounded by a glass banister, which I was picturing how bad it would shatter. Everything went very well however with no damage to anything. The only negative was that this is a small business which I believe the owner runs from his cell phone so it sometimes took a few call and leaving messages to communicate setting up the move.

They were easy to talk, courteous, and honest on the phone. I asked that they pad things well and mentioned the item was very heavy. They sent a couple of guys with a large enclosed truck. They padded and taped up the items with care. Very personable guys did the move. I'd use their services again for sure.

They didn’t originally contact me for a few weeks so I called them. They said they had not received notice of me purchasing the deal. We worked out an appointment time and they were very responsive. I was happy with their service. They worked very hard. I paid extra to have them work an extra hour and a half.

They had to move some very heavy office furniture and did so with skill and everything was moved to its new place in perfect condition. It was fabulous start to finish. They finished the entire move in 2 hours, so no additional charge--fantastic. I can't say enough about the 2 guys who did the actual move--they were friendly, professional, worked very hard and very fast and were a pleasure to work with. They carried a very heavy treadmill up a steep flight of stairs to the second floor of the building (no elevator) and did it with a smile. I will definitely always use this mover for all our future moves and will recommend them to friends and acquaintances without hesitation!

I spoke with the owner, Charles Johnson, a couple of times and he quoted me a very fair price and called to confirm the appointment the day before the move. On the day of the move, the two men called to advise they would arrive at the location within 30 minutes. They were right on time and both men were extremely cooperative, helpful, considerate and competent. They assessed the house [I was totally overwhelmed and lost control of the situation]. The men took control of the situtation, orchestrated the move and dismantled furniture, packed everything very securely and quickly, and then delivered the items from Pembroke Pines to Loxahatchee. At the new location, the men unpacked the truck and moved all the furniture into the new house and set up the beds, entertainment stands and televisions. Nothing was broken or lost. It was an absolute pleasure and I want to express how absolutely happy I am to receive such wonderful service. Anyone hiring a moving company would not be disappointed with this service!

They called right away and we scheduled the appointment. They arrived early and completed the job quickly. Two guys completed the work and they completed the job in an hour and a half. They did not take their time to stretch out the hours at all. They were professional and friendly. They did a very good job at packing everything carefully and nothing was broken during the move. There were no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. We are very pleased with the company and the work.

It was simply a pleasure to deal with everyone at JoChas. We used a angie's coupon and our move wasn't big. It wasn't going to run much over the coupon time.......for most people, that's an issues. Not for JoChas. They treated me like a high paying customer. The movers were great guys! They wrapped up all furniture and were careful with everyone. And FAST!! I was really impressed!
