The two men showed up on time They were polite and courteous. The deal I hired them for was for a two hour deal and worked diligently to try to get everything done within that time frame. Although the job exceeded two hours, it was through no fault of their own, and given the quality of work, I had no problem paying the extra money for the extra time. I would happily recommend the company to family, friends and others.

My move was scheduled for noon, they called at 11:45 to say they would be arriving within a half hour, no problem there. Curtis and another gentleman arrived, walked thru to view the items and began working. Moved an armoire, 2 metal and glass desks, stereo equipment, tv, office chair, queen mattress, headboard, boxes. All items were efficiently wrapped and taped and carefully loaded. Location was within a mile so travel time was 7 minutes. They delivered all items and placed them where requested which required they move a few items already in place. Everything accomplished under two hour allotted time. Both men were friendly, professional, and considerate. All in all a successful move, no stress. Will definitely hire again. Thank you JoChas!

Chris & Sean are awesome. They were able to unassembled my king size bed and fit everything into a medium size A/C storage without any problem. They called when they were running late plus they worked efficiently! Everything went smoothly!

At first the move started out slow, I wasn't sure if the 2 men had much experience loading a truck. But, they got it done. And, when one of the men got stuck in the elevator of our new residence, he handled it with professionalism. And, then when the elevators were locked down, not one complaint from either man about having to carry our things up a flight of stairs. They were hard working and professional. I would use them again.

It was very good. It was a small, local move for a couple of machines. Scheduling was easy for the time that we needed.

The move itself went very smoothly, very friendly and professionally. The price quoted was the price they charged. Unfortunately, the moving truck broke down after being loaded-up, so instead of the move being completed in the early afternoon it wasn't completed until about 9:30pm. They kept in touch with me throughout the afternoon and evening so I knew what was happening. Just for their determination to get the job done I'd use JoChas Moving again.

They didn't perform any of the work because they tried to charge extra.

I did not end using the deal, but continue with the company. They broke the glass on my coffee table, they came with the wrong size truck and waited until halfway through the move to realize it even though I told them right when they got to my house. They broke my bed to the point that it could not be repaired or put back together and they argued with me saying they could buy a cheaper, metal frame, but I was not willing to settle for that. They said they would get back to me but I have yet to hear from them. The workers themselves were nice and courteous, but the owner was a nightmare to work with. They took 12 hours to complete the work.

I was not able to have the services completed because there were a lot more additional charges added on top of the deal that I was not expecting.

JoChas movers were professional - expedient and would recommend them over and over again. I called and the response was immediate to set up an appointment. Could not be more satisfied with their service. I would use them over and over again. Though I was not moving a long distance - MOVING IS MOVING!!!!! They were absolutely fantastic the two gentlemen - and I apologize for not remembering their names - but at any rate were kind, professional and very protective of what I was moving from point A to point B - EXCELLENT SERVICE!!!!!

The movers showed up super late. They explained to me that is because they was stuck in the previous job. This created a big trouble for me because I lived in a condo with strict time limit for reserving the elevator. In the end the mover was barely able to move out all the big items in the last minute and I had to come back to move some small items by myself, in a heavy rainfall. However, I need to say that I probably shouldn't have expected too much because the price is very low and. Also, the manager of the moving company gave me a discount for the inconvenience I experienced due to the delayed arrival. Overall, if you are not in a rush for the moving, this company can be a good choice.

Moved from condo on second floor (no elevator) to new house (2-miles away); with the items loaded in boxes, the movers were able to collect and deliver my items within the 3-hours. I had several heavy boxes and they did not complain - they joked about it. They were very pleasant, punctual, and careful with my items. I would use and recommend them again. The B score for price is because the additional cost per hour seemed high to me - but is most likely average industry rate that I'm not aware of. Otherwise, they are A service and quality.

We moved some furniture from a house to a condo with a stop at our storage unit to unload a few items. Delivery was flawless. The two men that helped us were enthusiastic and very careful with our artwork and glass pieces. They were conscious of time but without sacrificing quality and care. We took advantage of the $275 special offer for three hours and two helpers, and even with the stop in between, the move was accomplished within the time frame. Charles was very helpful in answering questions and excellent at follow up and reminders. There were no hidden charges and the time started upon arrival at the pickup point. Using this company was a great decision and we would use Charles' company again.

The move went well and the 2 men were very gracious and willing to help with any request. The price was very fair and they did not attempt to up charge as I have heard happens with many other companies. The men worked hard and were very professional when they were moving and kept the move within my time frame. The only negative I had was that they were late in showing up as they were coming from the Ft. Lauderdale area to West Palm Beach. They probably should have figured in the traffic delay and left a little earlier. Overall, I would recommend them and use them again.

From the original phone call (Charles, the owner I would imagine) to the crew arriving on time with a friendly smile, introductions and professional hand shakes it was a very professional and reassuring experience. I needed to move a fully loaded ( to the ceiling) storage facility to my new home and these gentlemen did so with vigor. They never stopped working from the moment they arrived to the moment they were finished. I plan on using them again next week to move some furniture from a condo in Boca to my new home. I recommend them highly.

Over all, this was a really good company to work with. I booked at the last minute but the owner was very gracious and worked with me to book the date/time I needed and at a very reasonable price. I also needed to have belongings moved from to separate locations, which was no problem. The two movers called ahead to let me know they were on their way and showed up right on time. They worked very quickly and had no problem accommodating the time frame that I was planning to pay for. The ONLY issue I had was that the moving truck was a bit dirty inside ... it needed a good cleaning. Luckily, most of what I moved was in boxes, so it didn't make a big difference. However ... I did move a mattress, which was not wrapped, so it got a few small stains on the side that was touching the floor of the truck. In the end, I was pleased with the movers as well as the price.

IT WAS GOOD, A LITTLE LONGER THAN I HAD EXPECTED

Good communication. Moving guys were professional and curteous. I purchased a big deal, the movers went over by 15 minutes, and I was charged for 1/2 hour of full price - $75 - for 15 minutes of work.

The move was an absolute nightmare. Two guys arrive in a rented Penske truck. One is lax and spends quite a bit of time in the public bathroom (1st) floor before moving anything. Although, the clock was running! This was a one bedroom apartment (9th Floor). Granted, the freight elevator was stuck for about ½ hour, but the other two elevators of equal size were available for them to use during this time. However, this was later used as an excuse as to why it took them over three hours to move a professionally pack 10X10 space. They even commented on how ordered everything was, and that I would be well within the $275.00 amount. And this was said about an hour within the move. Note that I have pictures to prove that all items were within a 10X10 space except the mattress. They had NO idea how to pack a truck or move furniture. I had to ask them to wrap my furniture; this is NOT something that is done as a part of the service. Many of my items were NOT wrapped. It then took them about two and ½ hours to unload my furniture into a storage facility. Again, I had to tell them to place the boxes of books on the bottom and the lighter boxes on top. When we arrived initially, I was given the wrong storage number. Not Jochas? fault! However, note that it took the two guys about 30 minutes to move these items to this wrong storage number. After it was discovered to be the wrong storage bin, I, myself, moved all these items to the correct bin in about 10 minutes. Either they were lazy, trying to keep the clock running, or clueless! They broke two items. One they said they would fix before leaving BUT DID NOT. I also had to give them $300 in cash, and they would not even give me a receipt. AND I NEVER GOT ONE BY EMAIL from the imaginary secretary, Joann. Then they left, and I was not even able to close the storage door without rearranging the furniture. I would NEVER use the company again! NEVER!!!!!

In the beginning, I was impressed. When I called JoChas movers, Charles, the owner, seemed to be very professional, and the two young men he sent arrived on time. At first I didn't notice because I was too busy figuring out how to make everything move quickly so we wouldn't go over the 3 hours and I'd have to pay more than the $300 quoted. Things soon changed. The two young men seemed very distracted and disinterested. They weren't professional in that they never anticipated anything and they wanted more to rush rather than do a good job. Also, they couldn't have been more awkward in their approach. When I told them that I wanted a sectional sofa moved from one room to another, rather than clear the area to make room for the sectional first, in a rush they went to get the sectional; therefore, we were all quickly crowded in the room w/too much furniture and people. Finally, with a lot of pushing and shoving the sectional was where I had asked them to put it. I can't tell you how awkward it was and I was beginning to think that something was going to be broken or damaged, and sure enough there was damage. When we went across the street to move another sofa, they made me a nervous wreck. They were rushing and being playful. Because the carpeting in the house where we intended to place that sofa had just been removed, the grippers on the floor were sticking up in the doorway and the two young men simply didn't take any time to access the situation and decided to drag that sofa into the room. When I heard the ripping noise I yelled at them to stop, but it was too late. Now, unfortunately, there is a rip in the very front of that sofa, and I cannot see how to fix it. When I asked them to move a new sink from one house to the other, they placed it on one of my beds. It was extremely heavy and thank goodness I noticed and then had them put the sink in a more proper position on the floor. If I had noticed that booboo later, I would not have been able to lift that sink. I was a nervous wreck by the time they finished; however, I was very nice to them and kept trying to make excuses for them in my mind, but, in the final analysis, I think they are not suited to be movers because they really don't care about that kind of job. One of them told me he went to college to study computers and play football. I suspect that both boys resent the fact that they have to do manual labor and are very bored. They looked like typical college kids and I think they either need to go back to college or get a job more suited to their education. Anyway, they completed the job in less than 2 hours and wanted the $300 cash. They were polite, but to me completely unsuited as movers. I am left feeling cheated and annoyed about the senseless damage that most likely cannot be repaired or hidden because it is on the front of the sofa.

The move went great. The two young men, Chris and Sean, showed up on time and conducted themselves as professionals. The move was not an easy one and took much longer than I anticipated, not because of Chris and Sean, but because my cousin was ill prepared for the move. Charles, the owner, had explained in perfect detail what the "deal" encompassed so as the time went over the 2 hours I knew exactly what it would cost. Chris and Sean worked nonstop from the time they arrived until the move was finished. Because the company was based in Fort Lauderdale, and the move was in Delray Beach, there was a $25.00 fuel surcharge. This was explained by Charles in the first phone call. The added cost was well worth it. I can't thank Charles, Chris and Sean enough. There were truly great and I would use this company again.

The owner and I settled on a date and he reminded me with a call the night before the job. Two young men moved the entertainment center, a file cabinet and a number of miscellaneous items from Margate to Coconut Creek. They were fast and very careful.. No time was wasted and it only took one hour. I will definitely recommend them to others and if I need moving I would not hesitate to contact them

Chris and Shawn moved all the furniture and boxes into their truck, and unloaded it all at my new house.

Movers arrived on time on a rental truck. The 2 people that came were extremlly slow and they didi not took good care of the items moved, they were not very proffesional neither productive. The worst part was that since I arranged to pay by the hour, they were very slow and lost planty of time. They rip the mattress in the move. I prefer not to deal with them again. They charged $185 for 1.5hours 2 people and 1 truck.
