I was impressed with the professionalism of all of the employees of Jochas. The gentleman I spoke to to set the appointment explained all of the charges clearly and thoroughly. Dave, Charles and Warren arrived on time (and called 30 minutes before hand to confirm) and worked for a solid 4 1/2 hours. They were careful, efficient and polite. When it was clear that the time I had requested was not going to be enough, a very polite lady called me to get approval before adding the charges for the extra time. I had a terrible experience with my mover last time I moved and working with the people from Jochas was such a refreshing experience!

Barbara assisted me with booking my appointment, she was super friendly and asked all of the right questions to meet our needs for our move date. The movers were punctual, professional, and got us into our new place in no time! I'd definitely hire this team again. Thank you Jochas.

Exceptional service!! I have had the God awful task of moving twice in the last 1 1/2 years. These guys made the entire day go off without a hitch....and that was with two stops. I would HIGHLY recommend JoChas Moving!!

Great experience with this company from start to finish. Everyone that I dealt with was extremely professional and polite. I hired them for a move from Boca Raton to Hollywood and they were extremely careful with my furniture, wrapping almost every single piece so that it would not be damaged. They worked quickly so that I would not be charged for an additional hour and finished within the 3 hours that I purchased. Many thanks to the moving crew (Benton, Darius and Joseph) for a great job!

The move overall was good. Ishmael seemed newer to moving services and needed lots direction from kevin which made the move go slower. That bothered me. I've had other movers that were much quicker. They could have used tools to help with the move - plastic wrap, lifting straps etc. While it was slower, I was very happy with the kindness & professionalism of two gentlemen. Move completed in time frame allotted.

Jochas moving company, was very professional. They did work as agreed & nothing was broken. I will ABSOLUTELY use them again.

The actual movers were professional and arrived on time. My issue is that there was not planning concerning their route to my new location, and they wasted 20 minutes in the truck trying to figure out directions on their phones. Completely unacceptable as this was 20 minutes deducted from my time allotment. At the end of my 4 hours, they were unable to add screws back in my furniture, which would have taken 15-20 minutes unless I paid an additional $75.00. Additionally, upon arrival, they went over paperwork with me that was already explained for 10 minutes, again this eats into your moving time allotment. I think its unfair to charge time to the clients for paperwork and for the movers to find directions.

It went very well. They were able to accomendate me giving them short notice. The two movers David & Joseph were a pleasure to work with and both very professional.

In the beginning everything went well. They were punctual and very professional/ respectful. I had concerns that the job be completed within the 2 hours because I could not afford to be charged an additional hour, especially having paid an additional $55 fee that was not originally listed in Angie's List promotion of $185 for 2 movers for 2 hours. They were able to pack up everything from the previous apartment very quickly and assured me that we wouldn't go over and had plenty of time. When we arrived to the new apartment and they were unloading, they dropped furniture and bins, things were left outside on the ground, every piece of furniture has some sort of scratch or dirty spot, my shelves were ruined, my desk was broken and later I am finding that jewelry (watch, necklace, earring) is missing. Because this was an overwhelming process and they ended up going over the time, I signed the papers to be done with them and let them go. I considered the fact that the guy did not charge me extra for going over 17 minutes equal to them breaking my desk that he said he would take pictures of and never did. The damage that was done to my furniture and the missing jewelry far out weigh the cost of an additional hour of service. I am going to consider this experience a lesson learned but will never use them again or recommend them to anyone.

I was very pleased with the moving experience I had with Jochas Moving & Delivery. The two movers I had worked quickly and handled my things with care. David, in particular, was excellent. Moving is stressful and David really took charge and gave me great confidence. The only negative comment I have to make is that the movers arrived an hour later than the time frame I was told. I had scheduled a walk through of my house that same day and everything needed to be pushed back because of it.

Very well. I had everything packed and ready for the move into the storage unit so time wise did no use up all of my time for the move that I purchased and the two guys that came were surprised how well everything was organized and ready to be moved.

It went very good. Everything was ready for them when they arrived at my Mother's house and from there we went to the Public Storage facility where they put everything that I had for them to help me put into the storage. Time wise we did not use all of the 2 hours that was the Big Deal they were offering.

Services were not performed- no follow up call, did not speak to company.

Perfect - done in less time than allocated. Very fast and professional
