They were very accommodating with scheduling. The office staff was very pleasant and Chris and his crew were the most professional staff I have ever seen. They were courteous, clean, worked well with us, and even dropped some items off at a storage facility for us. They were on time and completed the move within the quoted time. I would highly recommend them.

He charged by the hour and the movers were very, very slow. I called Charles to let him know they had no sense of urgency and he did not compensate for this. I had several items that were damaged, which they did repair but it took awhile.

It was a super experience from start to finish. Easy to schedule - they were extremely flexible and accommodating. I purchased 2 guys for 2 hours, but 3 young men showed up having worked together on a previous job. They were personable, professional and efficient. We actually had fun! They got the job done in 2 hours, working steadily and efficiently. I was really happy with the service, price and professionalism. Would DEFINITELY use them anytime I need movers and highly recommend them.

Positives; The online initial booking of the moving service with JoChas was easy, also spoke to their office and they were very friendly and accommodating to my date and time. The cost was low. Negatives; the move was from a temporary apartment to a purchased house in the same city, about 2 miles drive. We were only moving boxes of personal items, no major furniture except for a kitchen table and 2 small desks. (all other furniture were handled by another moving company - coming from a storage facility) My move was not handled well at all by JoChas. The movers were very rushed and sloppy. They dropped several boxes while unloading the van and items spilled out and were damaged. Several times they did not listen to where we wanted the boxes placed, so afterwards we had to search all over the house for those boxes. At several points during the move they were rude to us. And worst of all they damaged the BRAND NEW Bamboo floors (installed 1 day prior) in my son?s room. We repeatedly advised the moving crew to be careful with all the newly installed hardwood and bamboo floors, but they really didn?t care. It was like they were in a mad rush to dump everything and go to their next job. I don?t like to give a bad rating to a company, but there is no way I could sugar coat this experience. ( thankfully I did not use this company for the major part of my household move) I will not use JoChas again.

Started out with Angies' deal of $275.00 for 3 men - 3 hours and a 26 foot truck. I did notice however on the date of service that Groupon had the same company and exact deal for FOUR hours. Oh well. They were great - I stayed at storage facility the entire time. They worked non-stop until all items were in my place and set up as needed. I would recommend them highly. They started at 11AM and finished at 8:50PM and took NO breaks at all. I gave them a tip. They charged $150.00 per hour after the 3. A great find. They are a Keeper. A ten.

Excellent! Showed up on time, very friendly, very professional. Took great care with wrapping, moving, unwrapping and transferring in all the furniture.

Unsatisfactory service and I would not use them in the future. Be careful of using them and watch out for extra charges.

The crew arrived a few minutes early after letting me know they were on their way. Dave and his crew quickly assessed what was to be moved and proceeded to load their truck. They took apart the bed and frame and removed the mirror from the dresser. The then reassembled everything in the new apartment. Once the truck was loaded they only had to travel within the complex to anther building where the truck was unloaded and the furniture was placed where I wanted it. The entire job was completed a few minutes shy of the 3 hours for which I had contracted. At all times the three men were professional and friendly. They worked not stop and worked with great care in protecting my furniture. I was greatly impressed and I have already recommended them to a friend.

This company is excellent. Before you go with another highly rated company on Angie's List, make sure to give this company a call to get a second estimate. This company was literally 60 percent cheaper than another Angie's List company that also had amazing reviews.

I had him send me an invoice to clarify. He told me that if I would have paid with cash, it would have been $270.00. The total bill ended up being $285.00 with a total of three different charges on my credit card. I think it is a little unethical and just a bit transparent. Beware if you see a deal on Angie's List for this company to not ask the company if you can buy it from them directly. Be sure to buy the deal from Angie's List.

Th move was super easy. We were done in 2 hours. I had moved small items and clothes before this date, but the 2 movers moved all of my large pieces of furniture. They could not have been kinder and easier to work with. They even helped to move a heavy bed and rug for me at the new house since we still had time. I have already recommended them to a friend in Fort Lauderdale and would definitely use them again!

The deal was $350 for the first three hours and then a set rate for every hour after that. Well I will admit I was somewhat skeptical how the process would go after the first three hours. But I will say I was thoroughly impressed. They never stopped working the whole time. I was very impressed. The only gripe I had is that it being a hot day, they sweated on my couch a bit. But other than that everything went perfect.

The whole process went very smooth. The team arrived on time and finished within an hour.

JoChaz was used by a family member and were very happy with them. On 11/11/14 they moved my belongs from a rental apt. to a condo. They arrived on time and loaded up my stuff with great care. The two gentlemen were very nice and very helpful. Everything went great and they were done in less than two hours.

Our experience was superb! Their customer service was proactive, friendly and extremely responsive. Their follow up was A+ and properly managed or expectations from the onset by communicating effectively all the way down to when to expect their reminder calls.

I have moved all over the world with my career and this was the most carefree move of all. The owner, Charles, and his staff were professional, flexible, honest and responsive to the T, from my initial contact to delivery. Their price was very competitive with the other two companies from whom I received estimates. I selected them for several reasons. They were a locally owned small business that really seemed to care about providing great service to the customer. I appreciated the fact that my furniture was not transferred to another truck or into another facility before being transported. They had great reviews on Angie's List. On the day of the move, the packers arrived on time! The packers knew how to pack and move the furniture. They pointed out prior scratches or loose joints on the furniture so there were no misunderstandings. We were able to squeeze in a few extra items, at no extra charge. I had to leave to catch a flight to NC and I felt very comfortable leaving the two packers to finish their job. They drove overnight and my furniture arrived the next morning without a glitch, right on time, again. I would highly recommend JoChas Moving and Delivery.

We got a deal through Angie's List for three men and a truck for $350 for three hours to move from Sunrise to Coral Springs. I was contacted promptly once I expressed interest in the service. They explained that any time after three hours would be $150/hour, billed in half-hour increments. They even called us the day before to confirm our location and time. The workers who came called 30 minutes before arriving and showed up on time. They were incredibly hard-working, courteous, and professional. They took the time to carefully wrap my furniture. A few items were broken, but most of that was my fault for not wrapping them properly. Although the move took longer than anyone expected, they checked with me to ensure that we wanted to continue. My husband and I feel that we got a great value for our money and will absolutely use them again.
