Goods: - Their value comparing price and service was good. - Job was done in less than 3.5 hrs - They arrive almost on time. Bads: - Not too detailed about taking care of the stuff. - A mirror with fabric ended up with fingers all over it (unfortunately cannot be cleaned) - Left the screw of a hanging mirror on the other house, they they couldn't - They did not have enough supplies in the car, so some things were only covered with tape - They did not piled up to the top on the truck, so some things I needed to move later on my car If you are on a budget and not extremely picky, this company is for you.

The office staff was great and promp in anwsering any questions we had. The moving crew was very polite and worked hard. The job they did was okay except for a few things. 1. They were in a very big hurry. Heavy furniture was carried instead of being put on a dolly. I was concerned for the crews physical well being. I hope none of them have back issues. 2. When they carried the larger furniture down the stairs in the townhouse they left gouges, scrapes and lots of dirt smears on the walls. It took us hours to wash the walls, patch the gouges, spackle and paint.

It went wonderfully. I called the day before to confirm service to find out there had been some sort of glitch and I was not on the schedule. However, the office took care of the mistake quickly and even gave me a 3rd mover even though I had only paid for 2. The movers were VERY nice, professional and FAST. Nothing broken or damaged. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again in the future.

Firstly, I'd like to say that the owner and his employees, despite the problems we had, were polite and made every effort to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, the insurance requirements of the building were not addressed on a timely basis and they were unable to the job they were hired to do. The Icon Brickell and many of the downtown Miami buildings are overly strict with regard to insurance requirements. There are requirements that must be in place 48 hours before you can do any business in the building. Jochas was notified via e-mail that the insurance certificate was not done correctly more than a week prior to moving and nobody followed up. In fact the insurance binder showed the insurance had expired two days prior to the move. Because they could not show the correct insurance binder, they were not permitted to have their employees in the building. My husband and I had to use their dollies, hand trucks and materials to move the items ourselves down to the loading area. The employees then packed the truck. We were rushed because there is time limit to be in the loading area of the building. We were required, under this circumstance, to sign personal liability release for damages. All in all, the job was done... but it was probably the worst moving experience I have ever had.. short of renting a U-Haul and doing it all myself. Two men who came to move were more than accommodating and were also frustrated by the situation. They couldn't have been nicer and I really felt bad about what happened. They would do a great job in a different scenario where you don't have to deal with so many building requirements. In hindsight I should have been more diligent on follow up to be sure the insurance was correctly done. I trusted they would handle it and someone dropped the ball. I would also know, now, to ask if there is an additional charge for an endorsement to the building.

They arrived on time and were very efficient and friendly. The packing and loading went smoothly, as did the unloading at my new residence.

The move went very well. These guys were on their game. We had a POD that we have had for at least 4 years and we had been pulling stuff from it from time to time. We finally decided to consolidate and get it closer to home. We dropped the POD and took a look at it before the movers came and were a little concerned, so we did a little clean up before they came. They showed up a little later than expected (almost an hour). I work nights, so I was a little annoyed But when they showed up, they got to work and did much better than expected. The only negative comment I would make was the $35 gas fee that is added to the bill. I realize that fuel is always a concern, but $35 is a little extreme considering the current gas prices. I would suggest that it be a bit more relative to the job. These guys drove my stuff about 1000 yards in a small truck. Overall, it was an A.

Moved furniture, very professional.

I spoke with Charles when scheduling the move and provided fax information regarding the Certificate of Liability submission, which is required for any vendor to enter the building. This documentation was not sent. The movers were excellent and remarkably professional considering the situation. They contacted me on the morning of the move to let me know that they were en route. The issue occured when they arrived at the building to start the move. The movers ended up waiting at least 1.5 hours for the certificate to be faxed to the Management office. They couldn't start moving until 10:45 am. I reserved my building's elevator for the morning with another move to follow. When they finally got upstairs, the time that they were able to get things done was impressive. By the time they removed all items from my unit to the elevator and placed them at the elevator, the new move started at 12:30 pm. They had to move the items down the hall to another elevator which took additional time (money). The total hours of the move including travel 5.0 hours. I purchased an Angie's List coupon for 3 hours, but the additional hours at 139/hr cost an additional 355.55. My furniture was intact and without any dents or scratches. I would recommend this service again, but be sure to check that your documents are in place if required by your building.

Took me over 6 months to write this review..These guys are top notch..From the initial phone call to the move day. They are the best cant say enough about thes guys.Charles called me day before to conform appt. Day of move they were running 1 hr behind no biggie,...When the arrive they survey the job and said "lets get to work" man ive never seen move so hard and fast...I tried to make the movers as comfortable as possible had ice cold bottles of water for them. they moved everything onto trukc in about an 1.5 hr...then we went to the house and unloaded the stuff into the house in about an hr..Again very efficient and fast..After was done gave the 2 guys a tip and fed pizza overall best move ever...They were happy as i was...Treat them well. movers work very hard. Read the reviews on Angies List but got them through Groupon. Top Notch! Thanks again guys if i ever move again ill use them

I paid $475 for moving service from my condo to my new home. I had 4 movers. The moved very fast. They were professional and I will defiantly use the, again. If you're looking for some movers that will get the job done right. This is the moving company for you.

This is the second time I have used them. Under my wifes direction they took all of the furniture of the apartment and moved it across Broward to the new place. My wife said they were efficient and very helpful.

The service was GREAT. The movers showed up on time and were friendly, professional, and efficient. I used the Angie's List Promotion for 2 movers for 2 hours for $185. I have only two complaints: The Company does charge a fuel fee of $60, which is not listed in the fine print of the promotion. And if you pay the deposit with a credit card, they charge you the 3% credit card fee, which is not mentioned in the fine print and they do not tell you this before running your card. Again, the movers were professional and efficient; they did not try to stretch out the time beyond the 2 hours that came with the promotion. The movers were clean and respectful of my homes (my parents' home and my new apartment).

As contracted. Though, I should have demanded they wrap the mattress. I didn't.

Company was responsive and professional for a tiny little operation. Phone representative was clear about extra charges for fuel and "service" that were not included in the price in the Angie's List come-on. With the added charges, fees and gratuity the total cost turned out to be about what I'd have expected to pay for a larger, better-known, more established moving company. While I didn't necessarily save money, the 2-man crew wasted no time, protected and handled my things carefully and were pleasant to deal with. I would use them again and recommend. them.

The movers communicated with me through out the whole process from the estimated time of arrival to the completion of the move. They were all very professional and moved quickly to complete the job in the amount of time allotted. Not all of our stuff fit on the truck on the first visit but they were very accommodating to put us on the schedule the next day to complete the job even though it was a weekend and I am sure their busiest time.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The service was fantastic. They left no mess as it was. They arrived on time.

1. They show up two hours and forty mins late, calling after an hour and a half. 2. They did not work as a team. Moved slowly taking two hours to load the truck. 3. They got lost for twenty minutes and did not even call to ask for directions. I had to call them to see where they were. 4. We started helping them with the job. 3 women and 1 man because we saw that they would not finish on time. 5. They did not wrap any furniture. Damaged my bed, couch, and TV console in several places. 6. For most of the unload I was carrying more than the biggest guy on the team and I am a feeble 110 pounds. He not only made remarks over and over again that it was a three flight walk up carrying only light things and moved slowly. For example, he brought up one cushion at a time! 7. They never apologized for getting lost and not calling, never mentioned all the damage done to my furniture and did not put the bed together. 8. I had to pay for the extra time although I know for sure if they worked smarted, they would have done a way better job. The men did not work efficiently/ as a team. 9. The worst part is i wrote an email complaining since last week directly to the company and have not called to apologize/ even respond to my email. I will be contacting the better business bureau because I feel taken advantage of! 10. Please don't be naive and trust the reviews as much as I did.

I always think a lot before giving a provider a review to be as fair as possible. I spoke to Joanne on the phone and she was very responsive scheduling my move 2 days ahead of schedule. I called them on Saturday, we scheduled the packing for Monday and the move for Tuesday. Joanne and 2 other ladies came in to do the packing Monday morning, Joanne had problems finding the house and came in I believe 45 minutes after the first two ladies. The house is really easy to find and shows up correctly in Google maps so I am not sure why she could not find the place. We had done some packing ourselves over the weekend and they finished the rest. Movers came in the next day and they moved everything with no issues. When we got to the other house and started unpacking we found there were a total of 5 pieces that had been broken. Most of them un expensive things so I was not too worried about but I have a little porcelain stand with several Lladro figurines in it an one of them was broken, I contacted Joanne and she said to find out the cost of the figurine and to let her know. It costs $250 on Amazon to replace it, she refunded me $100. I was just unhappy that anything was broken at all. None of the things that we packed ourselves was broken. My mom was in town to help me move and suggested we packed the Lladros ourselves but I told her to leave it to the professionals, they would do it better, boy, did I hear from her afterwards. I moved from Florida to Virginia and Virginia back to Florida, one time with movers and one time by ourselves and I don't believe we have anything broken at all, not that I can remember. The things that were broken were just not packed properly so that is the reason we had so many items broken. They really need to do a better job packing things. Just because there were so many broken little items I can't honestly give a better grade than a C overall, some of the other things I can give them A's and B's but not overall. I think they are very nice, they really were responsive and the price was OK but I just can't accept that so many small items had not been properly packed and ended up broken. On the other hand I would also have to point out that the movers packed all big items very well and I don't thing we found any of the big furniture to have any damage on it, on that part excellent job.

Move went very smooth within time and budget. The crew was friendly and very professional throughout and went the extra mile to ensure my furniture was protected to be stored for a few days.I would definitely use them again.

They were on time (early!), quick, careful, clean, respectful and overall provided excellent service. I will use them again & recommend them HIGHLY!
