The client states work completed may 27, today is june third. We have communicated several times so I could get a technician to come repair any minor problems the client mentioned in the last 48 hrs. I put in a call to both him and his roommate , but I'm still waiting his response. To respond to the clients comment on a small add on. The client booked this job with us at the last second so all of our trucks were booked except the 16ft truck, and our custom 16ft enclosed trailer. This trailer is 8 ft tall 7.5 ft wide the same dementions as our box truck giving the client 36 ft of truck. The standard moving truck is 26ft long. Prior to booking the job the client was given that information. The client moved less than a mile, and the only reason why one guy went back to the house while the other two continued to work at the new place was to pick up a few loose items the roommates couldn't make up there mind about. Upon completion of the job the client is given the option on how they would like to pay. He was given the price asked how and to what email address he would like his receipt to go to. A deposit was not taken on this job because it was scheduled and done within 36hrs. So we had no card on file, which means a card was given upon completion of a satisfied customer. No one would give there card information to be ran on a move, or anything without knowing the price. I will reach out to the clients once again to send a technition to make any repairs to the items they say were scratched in the move. No move is perfect, but jochas will continue to do everything in its power to keep all of our clients satisfied
