I found out my original moving company cancelled my scheduled move on the day of the move at 7:30 in the morning. I was in a panic because I was closing on the house the next day. I contacted GM Movers at 8:00AM that morning and asked if they had a truck and crew available today. The dispatcher said he will call me back in 15 minutes. The dispatcher called me back in less than 15 minutes and said he can have a crew at my house by12 to 1:00PM and that the guys will call me when they are about an hour away. At 12::00PM I received a call from the driver saying he would be at my house in about an hour or less. The crew had to travel 150 mile from there area to my house. I was excited to see the truck show up in my driveway, I gave them both a hug. They were so Efficient, Professional, Courteous, Respectful, Kind and really knew their job when it came to protecting all of our belongings. The move with GM Movers went so easy, I could not believe the crew was done by dinner time. GM Movers should be the only moving company to call if you ever need a superior moving service.

5 stars across the board. Showed up just before 10 AM, a few minutes earlier than planned which was great. Two young men did a very good job of protecting my furniture and moving it down 1 flight of stairs. Packed everything including mirrors and an all glass curio cabinet. Drove the 200 miles to my new home and unloaded, set everything up we're gone by 5:30 PM. No damage at all.

Most professional, respectful and conscientious team we ever worked with for a full house move. Max and Christopher were tremendous and Brooke in the office made it easy.

My family takes a lot of pride in the pieces that we own. I hired GM van lines hoping that they'd make this move easy for us. This company saved our lives! They accommodated us during a very busy weekend and sent over four very capable movers. Frankly, I felt relaxed right after booking them. They have such a good reputation. They definitely proved why everyone says good things about them. The movers were so capable and efficient. They packed up everything carefully. They were properly equipped with bubble wraps, boxes, tapes and everything else one may need to pack. The delivery was made the next day with everything intact. We are so glad that our valuables made through this journey.

I spoke to their sales rep and he very quickly created a quote for me and explained everything from start to finish. Knowing how the move would work, and knowing that the price was guaranteed, made me feel very comfortable and I signed up right away. The move did not disappoint, even though it was a long distance move they treated me well and never rushed. I am so thankful I found GM van lines!

I hired the services of GM van lines after finding them online and reading the reviews. The service from start to end was professional and rep was always on hand to advice and help, even when we had to change the moving date 3 times. The prices are very competitive but this was the best decision we made. It was as stress free as possible. The moving teams were very courteous and polite and removed their shoes in both properties to protect the floor when requested. Everything went so well. I will be using GM van lines for future moves!

The moving team brought large boxes, tape, blankets and all the other needed equipment. These guys are real professionals. I did not have a lot of items but I wanted the job to be done in an exceptional way. It was a long distance move, I just wanted everything to be OK, and it was! The price was excellent and the fact I hired this company made me feel great. I made a great choice. I will recommend you to everyone! I am very pleased I was lucky enough to choose GM van lines!

It would have have been nice to have the moving boxes labeld so we could know what was in them.

GM van lines has a very good reputation. So, naturally, I hired them for my move. They didn't disappoint me. Their quote was absolutely on the money and the customer service was very thorough. The movers arrived right on time and were very well equipped. They showed amazing skills and creativity at packing all my belongings. Even their workmanship was impeccable. I had scheduled them to deliver my belongings 7 days later. All my valuables traveled very well and everything was intact. I truly believe that these guys are the best in business.

I had a great experience with GM Van Lines. They were very thorough with following up on the appointment and the 5 man crew was excellent. We were done and packed by 2pm on the moving day. Nothing was broken and they also put to together the beds for us. They did a neat and clean job. I faced no difficulties communicating with them. They did everything I asked and even more. They are an effective moving company. I highly recommend them.

The sheer harmony and coherence displayed by the movers from GM van lines during my last move is absolutely commendable. I wasn’t expecting much from the company as I didn’t really know much about them. But they were just unbelievable. All four men were very strong and organized. The best part was that when one of them would struggle, others would come and help out. I have never seen 4 men working in so much sync. They packed and loaded all my belongings quickly enough. The delivery was made on time and the men assembled all my furniture for me. They are cheap too!

I think it is worth hiring the companies with some years of experience under their belt. That is why I hired GM van lines. These guys have been in the business for a long time. They gave me a very reasonable quote and sent over 4 men. All four men were exceptional. They were very strong and hard working. They worked tirelessly around my house and packed up all my belongings. They carried everything out with ease and then loaded everything onto the vans. I was very impressed by the professionalism displayed by these movers. I didn't have to pay one cent over the estimated quote and I was just so happy.

What can I say about GM van lines? I hired them because of the price they offered. They came, concurred and left my place. The foreman was very friendly and polite. He guided his men with great efficiency and made sure everything remain on track. All my valuables were treated with great care and the pets were treated very nicely as well. After the delivery we paid what was quoted in the beginning and apart from one or two hiccups, the entire process went smoothly.

The minimum hours was not fully explained to me prior to arrival. The job I asked them to do had changed and wasn't going to take as long. It ended being pretty expensive for a simple movexample with no furniture set up.

First time using GM. I just moved back to Florida and everything went smoothly. The sales reps were very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Movers were nice, very careful with my property and always on time. I wish I had used them in the first place.

this is the second time ive used this company, and they never let me down! smoother than ever.......my customer service rep brooke-the most knowledgable, to the point and sweetest agent ive ever dealt with.....quick and easy.....id like to thank Brooke again for setting all this up for me.....nice funny and straight forward....... the movers came in and where fast amd professional i would reccomend this company to anyone at anytime.....great people!!!!! the movers where very polite and professional.....

Outstanding company from their office to the crew that moved us, all our belongings came with not damages, one price from start to end! Thank you very much GM!

I hired this Company after getting their high rating from Home Advisor. Unfortunately,my experience was not good at all.The movers who came to pick up were rude .Alex asked me for a tip to pack the glass tables even though I thought it was included. Brooke ,the Customer Service Rep. was nice before the move but a day later did not care. When another set of Movers came to drop off the things ,they did not assemble the second bed even though it was under the contract. He asked me for extra money too. The Movers asked me for tips when they came to take the stuff. On top of that, when they came to drop off they did not assemble and broke one lamp. Brooke from the Company asked me to take the review out and David . her Boss had promised that he would pay me $100 for someone to assemble. On the the hand,the Company which brought the things here sent me a message that GMVanlines had told them they would pay me $275. They were deducting $225 from them. I have still not gotten the cheque and the review has been out from Aug. 5.
