I hired this company for a house I managed in Key West (Feb 2021). I followed everyones advice 1) make sure the company has their own vehicles 2) get multiple quotes from them updating your moving list etc. I received quotes on Feb 15 updated on 2/18, 2/20 and one last one on 2/22. I worked with the business lady in the office and we took things off (mattresses, box springs, rugs etc.) Initial estimate was $3812.23, then updated $5096.25, then it was back down to $4696.25 and the final quote (after getting rid of many of the household furnishings) was $3799.16. With us updating the load trying to work in good faith I expected the final bill to be about the average of these quotes around $4500. Imagine my surprise when 2 days before closing the truck shows up, NOT a GM Vanlines truck but a rental, three guys came and started working hard. After about an hour of loading the lead came to me and said quote, I need to be upfront before we go any further...this is going to cost more than you were quoted.... He said quote, If you want we can unload what we have if it is not going to work for you. What does a person do with closing in 2 days? He continued and what appeared to be multiple calls to the office and ended up charging $5890.90 ($794.65 over the HIGHEST bid they had given me, let alone the average of all bids we had worked on). His reasoning was quote, Oh the bed is not a kingsize, it is a jumbo. (no mattress/no boxspring, headboard, footboard and two side bars), oh the entertainment center is not an x-tra large, it too is a jumbo. (I actually measured when giving the items to be moved to the office clerk) things along this line. The guys that wrapped up furniture and loaded it worked hard, WE had boxed up everything, dishes, clothes, knick/knacks, stereo/tv equipment, so all they had to do was wrap furniture. Would I hire them again? I do not know, I would definitely NOT trust their bid for the move and I would make sure anyone I use next time I will have more time and if they try to jack up the price out of the realm of what I was quoted I will tell them Adios. I will never be in that situation again. The guys did work hard but the pricing was WAAAAYYYY OFF. Buyer beware.

Cost was twice quotation. Charged exorbitant amount for packing materials and travel time for local move. They take advantage of customer at a stressful time where once committed options are limited.

Horrible! Bait and switch! Super nice and helpful upfront- then it all changes day of move 1. After pickup window day of move they called and said coming TOMORROW 2. Next day showed up hour late. 3. Just run, do not use them is all I can say. They tried to deliver before I was even at my new place when they knew my move in date and would not admit fault. That became the common theme, trying to blame you for them breaking your stuff. My things had to be moved an extra two times, once into storage and then again onto a truck for delivery. It was raining and the truck leaked, they ruined my $2k leather couch, broke lamps, lamp shades, soaked both of the boxes to my tvs, ripped handles off of things and lost the handles, lost the hardware to put my bed frame back together, just ruined thousands of dollars worth of my stuff and tried to offer $50 as a settlement. They make it as difficult as humanly possible to file a claim and then when it is time to pay the tiny amount they offer David the owner will just absolutely ghost you. I have left so many messages for him and with other people at the company over months and he just never answers or returns my call. I moved in early November, it is July 15th and I still have nothing from them. So like I said, run away and run fast. All around worst experience I have ever had with any company. if I could give negative stars I would.

Reliable and good crew, but without an on-site quote my price ended up more than estimated by quite a bit.

Charged me 800 for a fixed quote. Out of everything that was quoted, they did not want to carry a 25lb art all, a 75 inches TV and did not assemble back my bed. On top of everything they scratch my bed but called my wife a liar and said it was not them. The bed was 3 month old and there is not any way in which my bed was scratch from before since it was clearly scraped against the concrete floor. I had to leave work early just so I could come home to defend my wife against the **manager**, who became EXTREMELY aggressive really quick **because** I arrived home to confront him with attitude. This is unacceptable and this person should NOT be in business. Low life thief with no manners and no sense of professionalism whatsoever.

Make sure you get the right quote for moving. Associate gave wrong quote by $700.00. When they arrived at location, they wanted additional $700.00 or would not unload furniture from truck. The movers were ok, but associate should be held accountable for gross error in charges. No refund or offer from company. Do not use.

The best moving company. On time no money surprises extremely efficient workers were incredibly nice. The office also was fantastic Michelle. Would definitely hire them again. You canâ t go wrong

I had a long distance move. The gentlemen that packed the truck were amazing. I wish I had them on the unload because that would have made this a perfect move. The 2 guys doing my unpacking were AWEFUL! One was threatening, they were extremely late and didn't want to unload my stuff until the next day. Half was unloaded late that night the rest was done the next day. Again they were late. They broke my solid wood dresser and now I am having issues getting the insurance money to fix it and I paid for 35k in insurance. Why did I pay so much extra not to be reimbursed for the movers breaking my dresser? I should be reimbursed for the insurance coverage I paid for. Anyway I would say the unloading was a nightmare. Rude, careless, threw my boxes everywhere instead of where I had the boxes marked to go. If I only had the first guys it would have been perfect. I do not know the names of the first movers but my packing was done Aug 15. If you get them for a local move you will be very happy or make sure you get the guys that packed me for both the loading and unloading. We tipped them well and got pizza for them and they really appreciated that, which was nice. In fairness I would recommend them if it was the first guys doing my move in total and I would NOT recommend them if it is the second guys doing my move.
