Description of Work: They were due to come out on a Tuesday but called and asked if they could come the Friday before. Unfortunately the head man was not feeling well so the other two guys did come out and do the best they could. I did have to leave my gate to the backyard open for the weekend until they returned on Tuesday. This was an inconvenience as I have a puppy and could not let her out there with the gate open. I had them come out and add three zones to the back of my property so I could lay new sod. They also checked out the other zones. By mistake they did crack a wellpoint which they repaired, they also added new connectors to my pump for all the zones. They also moved some existing piping further underground so we could lay a walkway. This was done for no additional charge. I was very pleased with the service and all is working well.

Willet Pumps and Sprinklers came out and did the job. Everything went fine. It took them 1 business day to complete. They did what they had to do, and had no problems. Pump has been fine ever since. Their customer service was very good over the phone. The price was good for what they did.

Willett provided an estimate of the work. His team showed up on scheduled day and time, performed the work to my satisfaction (not always an easy task) Cost $985.00. After the patio was installed, Willett came to re-repositioned sprinkler heads and repair broke lines caused by the patio installation Cost $250.00. I have used Willett in the past and they are always professional, on-time, courteous and work very efficiently. Also a good job at a low cost.

They arrived on time, discussed problem with me. Kenny began troubleshooting and immediately found the problem to be a bad relay. Replaced the relay, checked out the sprinklers in record time.

My call was returned that same day and an appointment was made to obtain an estimate. They arrived on time and gave me the cost of the heads and to move the sprinklers in question. We set a day and time and his crew was there on time. They went right to work and did not waste any time. They were professional, courteous, polite and explained what they did and asked if there was anything else I wanted done. They also made sure I was aware of the cost before doing any additional work. I will continue to use them in the future.
Description of Work: Moved sprinklers, replaced ones I asked to have replaced, as well as, those broken and adjusted others to obtain 100% coverage. Prior to leaving, ran test on all zones to make sure each was properly working.

A neighbor was doing some lawn work for me and cut into my sprinkler lines severing a pipe and electrical wires. We were not sure at first why the system would not work. Willett quickly located the problem and repaired. He also replaced a broken sprinkler head and change another from above ground to a pop-up.

They were very efficient, polite, and reasonably priced. Richard and Neil did the work. They were just as nice as they could be. I would trust them to do any work at our home without us there.
Description of Work: Our sprinkler system was a mess to the point that I was ashamed of our grass. We called them to come out and they were here right on time. They repaired the sprinkler system.

Richard showed up 10 minutes early. He found in about 2 minutes zone one needed a new solenoid. He also found 3 leaks. Richard also had a helper Neal. Both of them got right to work and fixed my leaks. They also replaced some sprinkler heads. I wanted them to add some more heads to my expanded garden and to some other spots that were not getting watered. So we arranged for them to come back next week. Richard (the professional seasoned pro) and Neal (such a handsome young man) returned the next week again 10 minutes early and added more sprinklers and a drip hose along my sun room. They also added 2 taller sprinkler heads. Richard and Neal then checked to make sure all the areas in my yard were getting watered. My plants are now dancing again.
Description of Work: One of my zones was not coming on. So I began my search an Angie s List. I found Willet Sprinklers. It was a Saturday and I called and left a message. Martha called me first thing on Monday morning. I work so we had to arrange for their next morning appointment, which was a week later. I had an appointment for 8:30 am.

Reported to work on 5/14 at 8:15 am and started working immediately. Rated an A on all categories. as punctual, performed the job in a short time and completed the job quickly. The quality of work was fantastic and I would recommend this company to everyone.
Description of Work: Came on time and was very honest with what was needed or did not need. Did not try to sell me or get me to buy larger pump. Instead of putting in a larger pump, suggested that I wait to see if the additional wells that were added would be all that was needed instead of trying to push me in buying a new pump.

Excellent on all ratings. Honesty, someday service, good price, the work done was well done and complete. Originally we thought the well pump needed to be replaced, which would have been more expensive, but then Willets said the piping only needed to be refitted. Definitely worth calling. Thanks for the great service.

We called to have the pump replaced. Willett workers said there was nothing wrong with our pump we just needed the leak fixed and some adjustments to take care of the noise. This is the third time we have used Willett and each time they were honest in telling us what we needed and what we did not need, saving use the customer money.
Description of Work: A pump was leaking and noisy. Willett fixed the leak and changed the position of the pump giving the side garage door more space when open. Primed paint, and made adjustments outside.

The receptionist was polite and gave me an appointment for the next day. The men arrived on time. It took about an hour to locate the problem and do the repair. They made sure it just didn't need to be primed first. Then they looked for a cut line. They showed me the pipe that was cut and what they did to repair the problem. The price was very reasonable.
Description of Work: I had a fence removed a couple of months ago and he said he may have cut a sprinkler line. I turned the system off until I could check. I left it off for a while because we had a lot of rain. When I did check, there was no water coming out of the sprinkler pump at all even at the source.

The guys were on time, diagnosed problem with the leak, and also, the pump required a new shut off valve which they replaced. They also replaced a sprinkler head and showed me how to adjust it in the future. The service was friendly, professional, and reasonable in cost. I highly recommend this company.
