Kerry Long was extremely professional and thorough, obviously an expert in his field.

Mat was here on time. Performed the work needed. He offered advice on UV light and maintenance contract if we would like him to come back when needed.

He came over and inspected the system, outside and in and took the appropriate temperature readings. He removed the grate and removed my son's word cards returning them to me. He let me know my system was slowly aging, but in good condition. He was very professional and prompt. He didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I asked for a new thermostat because I can tell it is off. He checked and said it was a few degrees off and asked what kind I wanted. I will be having him back shortly to install a new thermostat. Very trustworthy guy. Will be using again!

Kenny was great. He explained everything and was very honest. I really liked him because I have had some scammers in the past. He can return any time.

Mike and his co-worker were on time and did a thorough job. Kept at it. Mike explained what was done and I believe a thorough job was completed in a reasonable time.

Weathermakers did an excellent job. The parts of my A/C that needed serviced was in the attic, and due to my A/C not working, it was very hot in the attic. They cleaned and serviced my A/C and it was back up and working. They were very prompt and on time. I was very happy with this service.

A/C broke down in the evening and service team came out the next day. Efficient, professional and reasonable.

At first it seemed as if someone has stolen Freon & stem valves. Later determined it was a king valve. No Freon was stolen so the charge went from over $400.00 down to a service charge & replacement filter.

Technician was very professional, knowledgeable and personable. However, I have noticed that at every visit over the past 3 years major work is recommended. This time I was told my outside unit had mold in it and I was shown some gray patches. It did not look like mold to me, perhaps dirt, leaf stain. Recommended fix was to get a UVC light installed to prevent mold from getting into the home through the vents. Very expensive - a deal was $895.00. I did some investigating online and found that I could buy an inexpensive home test kit to see if mold was actually a problem in my home. If it is, then I will consider the UVC light. However, I would shop around as a friend told me she was given the same recommendation with a much cheaper cost for the light. I have not yet done the testing for mold but plan to do so in the next month. Service has always been easy to arrange, technicians arrive on time, and explain all the problems they find. I am just not confident that all repair recommendations are totally necessary or competitively priced. I will start getting second opinions from now on. I will continue to use Weathermakers, but I will not necessarily make all their recommended fixes without looking into the problems further.

Arrived and installed new system on time. Had several call backs with county inspectors.

We've had Weathermakers A/C and Heating since they've built the house so it was fine. My husband pays for a certain amount per year and then they came out every so many times, 5 times or something. They've always been very good. The regular charge is $119 and that is for 3 air-conditioners just to be checked and they clean the filter. My husband thinks that's a good price. We never had any problem. They come out whenever we had a problem and they're very punctual. They're very professional. We'll continue using them.

It worked out great. We are under contract with them and have been happy with their service. The service contract is $89 yearly. They come out twice a year to check the system and then they come whenever we call.

We have been using their services for 20 years. They have always been good. In fact, we even had an issue a couple of years where we had a water leakage and it damaged a few things. Even though it took a while to resolve with them, we got reimbursed for our expenses. They have been good. We even have some investment properties and we have used them there. We would recommend them highly. We pay $279 for 3 years. The price is good.

I had an excellent experience. They are honest, do great work, they are prompt and on-time. They are wonderful. They know what they were doing. They are reputable, honest, dependable and most importantly they do good work. I had switched to other people and I went back to them because they were so good. The pricing is modest.

Worked out fabulous. They were hear when they said. Price was in-between 5 and 10 thousand. They come back every 6 or 12.

Weathermakers is very reasonably priced, on time and courteous, they give me the lowest price I've found. I have had them for a number of years and have always been very honest with me. They have a great deal of integrity and stand by what they do. I have recommended them to numerous people.

I have used Weathermakers for about 15 years. They have serviced my AC for that whole time and also installed a unit when I bought my new house 10 years ago. They came out one day to service the unit and suggested that I needed a new AC new unit. The person who sold it to me promised that I would get 0% financing on the installation. The installation went well and I thought all was well. The office representative was there for the installation and again said that I would get the 0% financing via GE. It was a real surprise then when I got the billing from GE to find that I owed interest. I called up GE and found out that they had not used the code to get me the 1 year free financing. I called up Weathermakers to rectify this and was told that I did not sign up for the interest-free financing. I was out of town at the time and did not have access to my paperwork, so I could not present a good case to them or GE. GE told me to send in the contract when I got home. I scrounged up the money and paid off GE so I would not have to pay their exorbitant interest fees. When I got home after several months, I was surprised to see that I had a contract that did not indicate that I was getting 0%. The thing is that it was not the contract that I signed, but a copy that they had given to me. I called up the office and requested a copy of the signed contract. After waiting for a month or so I called back to see what was going on. at that time the person answering the phone said that the office manager would have to talk to me. I waited and called back and waited and called back a number of times. She finally called me back and said that she would send out the signed contract. When I received it it was just another copy like what I already had. I called back numerous times, but never got a response from the office manager. Now I am SOL without a signed contract. In the end it cost me about $300 in interest from GE that I would not have paid. The service personnel are good, though they are always trying to get me to buy something. the office manager lied to me and acted in a most unprofessional manner. By continually avoiding speaking to me, she pretty much confirmed that they hoodwinked me. I know that I share in this fiasco, since I was not careful when I got the paperwork when I signed the contract. I trusted these people with whom I had done business for so long. This was a big mistake. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
