They worked hard and did a great job. Very nice man! I am going to hire them again to do some work at my new house in a few months. Great price!

I took the morning off of work to accommodate the appointment. I was home the entire morning doing various chores around the house. By 9:15am, I hadn't heard anything so I went to call the office number. I saw that I missed a call at 8:45am from Karl saying he was at my house, he described the cars in our driveway. I never heard a knock or the doorbell ring and he certainly didn't walk around the back of the home to the lanai. At 9:19am, I returned Karl's call and asked where he was, he explained he was already on another job site and wouldn't be coming back today. I explained to him that a 9:00am appointment doesn't mean 8:45am, and that I was home when he was at the house. He explained to me that April told him he needed to be at the house before 9:00am because I had to go to work. I explained to Karl that I did not tell April this, in fact, I told her that 9:00am was perfect. Karl was rude and tried to explain to me that he's an owner-operated company. It seems to me that if you're owner-operated, it'd behoove you to show up on time, be courteous, and if you need to arrive earlier than scheduled, that you should call to verify with the client prior to doing so. I'm a busy military spouse who has to take care of the home when the husband is away. I took the morning off of my job to accommodate this estimate and my time was completely wasted by a rude, inconsiderate business owner, who offered an apology loaded with excuses. I recommend skipping this company and finding one that exhibits better integrity, ethics, and respect for their clients.

Called to set up an appointment but told them they could come earlier if it worked out. They did come earlier. Date to begin was set for March 31 and they arrived as promised. Hard workers and rarely saw them sit or even pause before going on. Respectful of property and made sure we were satisfied when the job was completed. Would definitely recommend this contractor to family and friends!

Although I thought over a week just for an estimate was excessive, I stayed with this contractor since they could possibly handle both of my issues. The appointment was scheduled for 20 March 8-11 am. No one showed up. No call, no email, no text. Very disappointing. All I can think of was that the appointment never made it into their books. However, if a company cant be professional enough to ensure this simple process is complete and on time, how will they perform where it matters most - working on my house...

The job went very well. Karl came out and installed the aluminum supports along the floor first so we could then schedule the tile floor to be installed. When the floor was complete he returned and installed the rest of the porch. I had used his services before and again he did a fantastic job. I would recommend this company!

Karl and his crew at USA Team Screen did an excellent job. Received a free estimate the same day we called. Work was scheduled for a week later. Crew showed up on time and did an excellent job! Would highly recommend this company if you are looking for a great job at a great price.

Karl and Mark came out the day after we called to give us a quote on enclosing our mosquito infested porch with a screen. We told them what we wanted as far as style and coverage. They came up with some very good solutions to our needs. They came out today, about 10 days after the quote, and did the install. They are hard and steady workers. Very nice, polite, professional and easy to talk with. The work looks great and we are very happy with the job they did for us. Would definitely use them again as well as recommend them.

This may well have been the best quote we've been given for the combined work. I would definitely check that this company has adequate insurance and then proceed to work with them based on professionalism, angie's reference, and very competitive bid price. we've committed to working with another company based on the owner's guarantee that he'll personally oversee our (combined) job. When we bought our house, it was apparent that the pool area would need rescreening and soon. Lots of holes, tears, etc. I found USA Team Screen on Angies list and asked for a quote. I expected a cost around 3000 (big lanai) , it came in a little over $2000. They came and did the work while we were out of town and they did an outstanding job. After they quoted I called and asked them if they would also remove 2 pet doors and agreed to pay extra. They did that, removed old useless hardware from the 2 screen doors, cleaned out the gutters adjacent to the screen connected to the house and power washed the tiles around the pool at no extra cost. These folks are GOOD!!!

I called them on Wednesday and they scheduled me for Thursday. They did a great job were professional and I was very happy with the work. It looks great and its cleans easily

The provider came promptly to give me my estimate, then when I told him that I approved, he came the next day and did what I asked him. It rained soon after and I found another leak which he repaired for no extra charge. At all times he was professional and polite.

Scheduling was pleasant. It's a rental so it is difficult for me to get there sometimes so they estimated it without me having to be there. Price was fair. The woman who schedules in the office is very pleasant to deal with. They arrived on a time and did a great job super fast.

They recommended larger gutters on the back of the house and it certainly turned out to be a positive recommendation plus the screen was done properly. I don't know how other people grade. Like I said, I never give anybody excellent, but I don't want them see a B and think they're not that good. I think they're very good. I would have them again. They come when they told they were going to come.

We are really pleased with the work USA Team Screen did. He replaced several large panels at the top of our cage...which other companies immediately tacked on $$$. USA team was very fairly priced and fit us in so quickly. He even cleaned leaves out of one of my gutters. Very kind- I hope I won't have to use the services again :) but now that I have worked with this crew I know it will be a pleasure!

It went extremely well! Karl is very professional and a very down-to-earth guy who knows his business and does it well. My screen enclosure is now securely attached to my resurfaced deck/patio and all the screens he replaced look great. I will definitely call him for any future screen needs.

Karl respond to my request for an estimate in a timely manner. The estimate covered rescreening the pool enclosure and replacing the screen door hardware. After receiving the estimate I informed Karl to I would accept his proposal and to schedule me for the next available opening. Karl arrived on time as promised and completed all work to high standards. He did an excellent job cleaning up after completing the job as I did not find one piece of screen anywhere in my yard. I would definitely utilize USA Screen in the future and would recommend him to others needing screened enclosure work.
