They did a great job and went beyond my expectations

Excellent! This team is fantastic. The inspector came when completed and said "they did everything right". Karl was a pleasure to work with. I 100% recommend this company!

Back in April we had them come to replace 9 panels. Mark is terrific. the panels are better than the originals. Last month we had him back to replace 2 more panels. They are now our go to company when we need any of our pool screens replaced.

The work was perfect. The staff was friendly and prompt. They were so easy to work with and the finished product was exactly as discussed. I highly recommend!

They did a good job, very happy with the results. The old supper-gutter leaked and was installed wrong allowing water to remain in the center and not drain out. USA Team disconnected the pool screen cage from the gutter, installed a new super-gutter correctly and reattached the pool cage to the gutter. They also re-screened the pool cage. They pool company supervisor that repaired and refinished my pool was also impressed by their work, and he has seen many pool super-gutters and pool cages in his work. Whenever I called with questions a always got a return call with the answer and friendly service.

We were very impressed. The work on our unit was scheduled for Tuesday, August 11, but they finished the other unit much faster than they had thought, so they did ours Monday afternoon, August 10. The workmanship is first-class, and we couldn't be more pleased.

This company was fantastic. April was great to work with. She was easy to contact and a pleasure to work with. Her son, Karl, did the work and went above and beyond. He replaced a screen that I did not notice needed replacing and even cleaned out my gutters for me. I highly recommend.

Pricing wasn't much more and ended up replacing the entire screen so we did not have to deal with the previous poorly installed screen. From estimate to install went very smoothly and the workers did a great job and were friendly. There were minor cleanup issues, but all-in-all a very good job.

April spoke with me and convinced me that some rusty screws did nor need to be replaced since rust will occur "anywhere in Florida". I appreciated her honesty!

My experience with USA Team Service was amazing from the very beginning. April immediately responded to my request of having my lanai re-screened. Karl and Mark promptly arrived and did an outstanding job installing new screens. It was clear to see they were experts. Karl and Mark were professional and knowledgeable as they answered all my questions about the old screens and the new ones they installed. They were efficient, patient, friendly and helpful as they also removed leaves from my roof gutters! I am extremely pleased with the awesome job they did and I highly recommend USA Team Screen.

It went very well, and they not only finished the job in good time, but cleaned out the overhang gutter, which is difficult, cleaned up all the debris, installed new hardware on the enclosure doors, swept up and pressure washed the pool deck, and actually left the area in great shape.

The only company out of three that I called from Angie's List that responded to my request for screen repair. The owner came out the day after I called and gave me a quote, which I thought was a little high, but I told him to go ahead with the repair. He did a very professional job, and I was well satisfied with the work, which he did that same day.

We needed a Super Gutter on our home quickly. The fascia above our patio/pool area was crumbling more and more every time it rained and we were about to have the patio and pool renovated! I am in the construction industry myself (A/C & Heating) so I understand that this is the busy season, and so I expected that we were going to have to postpone the pool reno. I called over a dozen different companies and had trouble getting my calls answered or even returned, but USA Team Screen answered my call and responded quickly and efficiently. The receptionist and estimator/owner Karl were very polite and professional, and the estimated cost was very fair. The best part is that they had a job that postponed so they were able to start work within a few days. They did an excellent job, didn't cut any corners and we were able to have our pool work done as planned! We highly recommend this company and we will definitely call them for any future work we need done.

The kind folks at USA Team Screen responded promptly to my message and informed me that they don’t repair window screens but referred me an to alternative, semi-self serve option that is much less expensive and still easy. They didn’t have to go the extra mile to give me that advice but they did, even though they had nothing to gain. The next time I do have a screening need that they can help me with, they’ll get my business! Thank you!

Karl let us know when he would be out to look at the job, when it would be scheduled and called the night before to verify they would be out. The work was great and we are very happy with the results.

I was very pleased with the professorial and speed that Karl and his team performed! Also Karl did a fare exceeded job of cleaning up the area after the job had been completed! I would highly recommend USA Team Screen in the future!

Could not have been more pleased with this company and the quality of the work. From the start, with April's responsiveness in returning all calls through Karl's time in performing the estimate and performing the actual work, they were responsive and professional. Since it was done post Irma, they were booked far ahead as were other screen companies, but they started the job by the time they said they would and in fact were able to start a couple of days early. Their estimate was within comparable range of other estimates I received. Karl and his worker worked quickly and performed the job in 2 days. They carefully checked each screen frame where it connects with the concrete and replaced T bolts as needed plus 2 new door kits. The new screens are tight and look great. They carefully cleaned up after the job, power washing the pool cage and deck, and Karl even scooped the pool surface of any debris that had fallen through. If you want excellent service, quality work, and an involved company owner, you will be pleased with this company.

They were doing a large job on my street. I asked Kari if he could repair two panels on my pool cage where the screens had holes. I had been having trouble finding someone to do such a small job. He said yes and came by that evening with a quote. Despite his large job taking longer than planned, he held his commitment and came at 6:00pm on a Friday night to do my repairs. He was so professional and did a great job. Highly recommend and I will call him again!

I like many Floridians had damage from hurricane Irma. After much research I found USA Team Screen and contracted with them to do the work. Karl and his team were/are skilled, professional, and friendly. I can recommend USA Team Screen and I have.

I was very impressed with the work done on our pool enclosure. It was a big job. Karl did a high quality job-much better than work previously done. Would definitely use them again.

Repaired patio aluminium roof and hung screen door

Very well, they did an excellent job and the porch was exactly what we wanted. The new screen makes our patio much more usable as we no longer get bitten by insects. Karl and his assistant worked fast and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves too. One of our dogs broke a panel loose by accident but Karl came promptly and repaired it and it looks good as new.
