Description of Work: They replaced three torn screens and a new door lock package. They noticed the gutters were clogged and offered to throw in a gutter cleaning within this price. They worked hard!!!! Three and a half garbage loads of dirt and pine needles, along with growth of green plant life up there. The gutter cleaning alone would have been a separate charge of $135. They did not realize the work that had to be done but they held to the price that I was quoted, despite the work involved. A top notch company!

Description of Work: We initially called USA Team Screen to re-screen a portion of our screened-in porch, since we'd reduced the size and moved a wall of the enclosure. When they arrived and assessed the situation, they suggested we re-screen the entire enclosure, since the original screening installation was sub-standard. The price seemed very fair, so we agreed and the porch now looks great! We appreciated their punctuality, professionalism, and making the time to do the whole porch.

Description of Work: I had 3 old patio sliding screen doors that the screens had been torn by anumals. I called the Company to make an appointment to repair the screens. Their minimum price for service was $135.00 They came and repaired all 3 doors, with a new heavy duty screening and did the work within an hour. I now have 3 like new doors to utilize.

Description of Work: We have used this company twice now and both times they have been punctual, quick and professional, they will take care of all of our screening needs from now on.

Description of Work: I called and spoke to Karl on Tuesday and indicated to him that I would like to rescreen my patio porch, add aluminum kick plates and possibly have his company install new screen doors at my front door and in my patio. Karl asked for dimensions of the screens that needed to be replaced and provided an estimate of how much it would cost to rescreen the patio, provide kickplates and provide installed aluminum screen doors. I explained to Karl that I had already purchased screen doors and he provided estimates with and without screen door replacements. On Friday of that same week, Karl and Mark scheduled an appointment to make the needed improvements. They were punctual and immediately began to work on the patio rescreening. When Karl showed me the aluminum screen doors that he would install, I found them to be much more sturdy than the one I had purchased. Furthermore, his patio doors had a larger kickplate and were made of aluminum and the ones that I purchased were made of steel and were noticeably more flimsy. I knew that I would be able to return the steel patio doors that I had purchased and I was grateful for Karl's recommendation and we agreed that his work would include screen door replacements. When replacing the front door screen, Mark encountered an opening that was smaller than their door and without hesitation, customized the door to fit the opening. When it came time to pay, Karl provided me with the $35.00 coupon discount for Angie's List customers and no additional charges were made for any unforeseen problems that they encountered, such as customizing the front door screen. He honored the quote that he gave me on Tuesday over the phone. Karl and Mark were very knowledgeable, experienced and professional in the completion of their work. They cleaned up their work areas when they were done and asked me to call them if I had any questions or concerns. I would highly recommend Karl and his company to anyone in need of their services. Karl and Mark earned my respect and I will not hesitate to call upon them for other work that I may have.

Description of Work: I have a very large pool enclosure and they replaced all side screens, large and small panels, including two screen doors and hardware. They were on time, fast, efficient and very professional. And, without me asking they did some minor repairs to the aluminum supports. And when they were finished they did a very good job of clean up. I will definately use them again.
