Excellent service!

With the exception of the office response, this company is a real gem. Their workmanship is outstanding, they are honest, polite, helpful and very reasonably priced. I had originally planned to replace the front door because it was such a problem opening it. They told me I didn't need to invest in a new door and they could replace some parts and have it working good as new - almost a $150 savings. They were right. They could have sold me MUCH more than I needed because I wanted the repair done right. It was done right without the extra costs. Only on one occasion in the over half a dozen calls I made to them did I get a live person - which is frustrating. The office staff did not promptly return calls, however the on-site performance was worth the disappointment with the office staff.

I FELT THE PRICE WAS A BIT HIGH FOR THE WORK I HAD DONE, BUT ON THE OTHER HAND, THEY WERE EXTREMELY PROFESSIONAL, QUICK, DID GOOD WORK, THE OFFICE PERSONNEL WERE NICE AND EFFICIENT, AND THEY SHOWED UP ON TIME. SO, I'D SAY YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR.

THIS GUY WAS UNBELIEVABLE. HE DID WORK THAT NO ONE ELSE WAS WILLING TO DO. HE HAS DONE WORK FOR ME TWICE, AND HE WILL WORK FOR ME AGAIN. THEY DO A GOOD JOB.

I HAVE USED THEM IN THE PAST THEY DO A GOOD JOB, WILL CONTINUE TO USE THEM.

MY CALL FOR AN ESTIMATE WAS RETURNED PROMPTLY, THE MEN ARRIVED WHEN SCHEDULED, AND DID AN INCREDIBLE JOB. THEY WERE VERY EFFICIENT AND PROFESSIONAL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE, WILL USE THEM AGAIN, AND TELL MY FRIENDS ABOUT THEM.

NOBODY HAS RETURNED MY CALLS. I KNEW THAT RESCREENERS WERE EXTREMELY BUSY ON ACCOUNT OF THE DAMAGES CAUSED BY THE HURRICANES BUT I THOUGHT BY NOW THEY SHOULD BE CAUGHT UP. NO MORE EXCUSES.

I WILL CONTINUE TO USE ANGIE S LIST BECAUSE THE PREMISE DOES WORK, I THINK THE TIMING WAS OFF FOR MY PARTICULAR SITUATION.

TWO WERE DAMAGED FROM HURRICANES. I THOUGHT THEY WERE EXPENSIVE BUT I CHECKED WITH OTHERS WHO WERE MUCH MORE.

THEY HONORED THE $35 OFF DISCOUNT, SHOWED UP EARLIER THAN EXPECTED, AND WERE VERY CLEAN, AND POLITE, AND PROFESIONAL. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THEIR WORK.

BASED ON MY EXPERIENCE I WOULD NOT HIRE THE COMPANY. BUT THIS EXPERIENCE IS PAR FOR THE COURSE THESE DAYS. I HAD HOPED THAT IT WOULD BE DIFFERENT BECAUSE I AM AN ANGIE'S LIST CUSTOMER AND THE COMPANY KNEW THIS. MAYBE HE HAS PEOPLE WHO JUST DON'T UNDERSTAND GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE DIFFERENCE ONE PHONE CALL CAN MAKE.(WE ARE RUNNING A LITTLE LATE BUT WE ARE ON OUR WAY OR CAN WE MAKE IT TOMORROW?)!

PROFESSIONAL GENTLEMEN. I WILL CALL AGAIN.

I HAD AN APPOINTMENT FOR 3PM ON 1/30/04. KARL TOLD ME HE WOULD CALL IF HE WAS GOING TO BE LATE. AT 3:20PM, I CALLED TO FIND OUT IF HE WAS LOST OR SOMETHING. HE APOLOGIZED AND SAID THAT HE WAS AT ANOTHER JOB SITE AND ONE OF HIS WORKERS DID NOT SHOW UP. HE OFFERED TO COME OUT TODAY (1/31/04) BETWEEN 12 AND 1PM. AGAIN, HE SAID HE WOULD CALL IF HE WAS GOING TO BE RUNNING LATE. KARL KNOCKED ON MY DOOR (1:36PM). HE SAID THAT HE HAD TROUBLE GETTING PAST OUR GUARD, BUT I DOUBT THAT HE TOOK 30 MINUTES WITH THE GUARD, AND HE STILL SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME. I HAD ALREADY PUT A NOTE ON MY DOOR THAT I WAITED UNTIL 1:30. ALTHOUGH HE DID FINALLY SHOW UP, APOLOGIZED, AND GAVE ME A REASONABLE ESTIMATE, I AM NOT COMFORTABLE SIGNING A CONTRACT FOR HIM TO DO THE WORK BECAUSE OF THE WAY JUST GETTING THE ESTIMATE HAS GONE.

Since completion of job (well done) I have to pick-up pieces of screening in plant beds, cording used to secure screen--quite a lot in yard and garden, plus my pool skimmer is needing service to flush out debris resulting from job from the screening of pool cage.

He did a great job cleaning and replacing the gutters. They were very neat and efficiant. He even came on a Saturday and worked by him self.

I tried 3 different times for them to come out, which they never showed or called to let me know that they wouldnt make it. The technician that finally came out had a broken arm, so he was only working with one hand! He punctured a hole in the top portion of my screen enclosure and charged me for it! And to make matters even worse my bill was $100 more than what I was quoted. I have used this company before, and never received this bad of service from them!

I WAS VERY PLEASE WITH THEM & THEIR SERVICE & HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.

No Show for appointment. Talked with Karl USA this member was out of there service area. They make the appointment because of being an Angies List member. We had them zoned incorrectly.
