Excellent. Mark and Carl are experts on rescreening. They were very professional, timely, and did excellent work.

All work was done on time and for the price quoted. Plans were done for our condo association. They arranged for the concrete slab to be poured and the porch was started one day and completed the next. All materials were hauled away and the porch was cleaned. They arranged for the inspections. We were very pleased with their work and have referred them to other neighbors who also had their porches enlarged.

Owner Karl of USA Screens came and gave us an estimate. Said it would be 2 weeks before starting. Called 2 days later to say they could do it the next day. What a Surprise! :-) They came and took 4 days to do it. We have never been happier with anything. It is amazing. We wanted to have a fans and a doggy door installed. No problem for them. Most importantly however, Karl suggested 2 fans because of the size of the room. He was absolutely right. We would have been unhappy going with only one fan. Thanks Karl and your great worker for a wonderful addition to our home !!!

They were professional and very nice but four months later it leaked and we called three times and they never came out to fix it again. It keeps raining and it keeps leaking.

They did excellent work. They were very prompt and did a great job. They were very professional.

Mark was prompt and professional. The gutters were a mess. I had some gutter toppers that got smashed last year when my roof was replaced. As a result the leaves were trapped under the toppers and it was a mess. Mark cleaned out my gutters bagging the leaves, not blowing them on the ground. He then adjusted the gutter toppers and made sure they were put back right. He also observed the gutter was actually lose from the roof in spots and fastened it tightly. I would use them again. The price was a little more than I would have liked, but it was worth it to have them all cleaned.

I was called back with a confirmation of their crew's ability to do my job within the next hour, and it was on a Friday afternoon. EXCELLENT SERVICE!

They did a good job. They were on time, efficient. It was the owner that came out to do the estimate. They were definitely good and I would use them again. Price was right in line.

We had two complaints during the job: One was that the men would show up around 10-11 and leave usually by 4:00. This made the job take much longer than quoted; 16 days rather than 5-7. However, Marc and Costa did an excellent job. Our other complaint was that it was almost impossible to get in touch with Karl, the owner. About a week after the job was completed, it rained for the first time and we noticed the roof was leaking along the edge. I called USA to come back to fix it and the office said it would be a week before they could come. I never heard from them again and when it rained the second time, the leaks had gotten much worse. I started calling them again and had to call at least 10 times during the period of one week before I got a call back on 5/24 from Karl saying they would come out on 6/4 to fix it even though I had asked them to fix it before my party on 5/27.

I called the company on Wednesday, they gave me a quote over the phone and were at the house on Friday to do the work. Apparently it did not take very long since they were gone by lunch time when we came home. They replaced the latch on the screen door plus replacing the closing mechanism which greatly helps with the opening and closing of the door. They were neat, cleaned up after themselves, in fact you would never know they were there except everything was new. I would recommend them to anyone looking for good service and reasonable prices.

I was very pleased with the service. They couldn't get there the day scheduled, but promptly called me to let me know and reschedule. They charged what they estimated. They did what they said they would. Their price was better than anyone else's. We weren't going to rescreen the whole thing, but we couldn't argue with their price compared to others.

These guys are a real Team as their company name indicates. They were very professional, courteous, and fast. Karl made us feel like we were his only customer. He seemed to truly care about getting the job done right and up to our expectations.

THEY RE-DID THE SCREEN AFTER I HAD MY POOL REDONE. I STARTED TO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH MY POOL PUMP. SO I CALLED MY POOL COMPANY AND THEY CAME OUT AND SAID IT WAS CLOGGED. THEY FOUND SCREEN AND TWINE IN MY FILTER FROM THE RE-SCREENING PROJECT. I HAD TO PAY MY POOL COMPANY $168 TO CLEAN OUT THE FILTER. I CONTACTED THE OWNER, CARL, AND TOLD HIM ABOUT THE CHARGES AND SAID TO FAX OVER A COPY OF THE BILL. I FAXED IT RIGHT AWAY AND HAD NOT HEARD ANYTHING FROM HIM FOR ABOUT TWO WEEKS. I CALLED MY POOL COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY RECEIVED PAYMENT, AND THEY HAD NOT. SO I CALLED CARL AND HE SAID HE WOULD GIVE ME $100, AND THAT WAS IT. HE ALSO INSINUATED THAT I MAY HAVE GONE OUT AND GOT SCREEN AND TWINE, AND WAS TELLING HIM THAT WAS THE PROBLEM. I THINK THIS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND I WANT CARL TO PAY THE FULL AMOUNT.

I re'd a prompt call back to my inital inquiry for an estimate. INstead of checking with me re: my availability they sent someone out to give me an estimate - I was not home. I called them back asking for an estimate again but never heard from them again.

I had no complaints on them. They were efficient and nice. They cleaned up after themselves.

I could not be more pleased with their work. I feel this enclosure is the envy of my whole subdivision.

When I first called, they said I would be called back by the owner to set up a time. Never got a call. After I called again (since they were so highly rated), they couldn't find the ''paperwork.'' Fine. We set up a time to have the work done. I stayed home to meet them. When an hour had gone by and no one was here, I starting calling. I got the fax machine all morning (which is on the same line), then finally an answering machine. When someone finally called me back, there was no apology, no explanation, just ''The guys will be there this afternoon.'' When I said to cancel, that I was going to find someone else, she just said, ''Alright'' and hung up. I don't get it. So many great ratings on Angie's List. Maybe once they show up, they do good work. But that's just part of doing a good job. As a potential customer, one feels that an unprofessional attitude in one area may carry over into another.

Unbelievable to say the least. After a timely quote, I called on a Tuesday, they came out on Wednesday and Thursday and I completed payment on Saturday. So in less than 5 days the entire job was done. Excellent craftsmanship and detail. They listened to me and did what I wanted them to do at a fair price. My only recommendation is that they protect the area where they cut the aluminum. My yard was littered with small aluminum pieces. I wish they had put down a drop cloth.

Did not return my call when I left a message- I needed screen work done.

I chose to call them because of the Award received by Angie's list (posted on the website). I left a message to have someone call me back....3 days later and I'm still waiting. Their message stated ''someone will try and call you the same day''. No call has been received....

The team was on time, completed the work within the specified time frame, and the workmanship was great. They were also fairly priced. Total pros!

The company representative was on time, estimate was good, and work was performed beautifully. They are awesome.

In response to my 1/9/06 message 'Helen', from the USA Team Screen office, returned my call the same day informing me a representative would come to our house that afternoon between noon and 2:00 p.m. Karl Oppenheimer, firm owner, arrived on time; viewed the situation; made some suggestions as to how best to handle the job & submitted an estimate. Realizing Karl's been in the screening business in this area since 1996 & on Angie's list since 2000 my husband & I agreed his years of experience in the field plus his extremely professional presentation warranted awarding him the contract. Payment was to be made in full upon job completion to our satisfaction. Helen called the next day to say the work was scheduled for 1/19&20/06. Per the contract: all tasks were performed expertly by Karl, Steve & a helper; work was completed on time; trash was hauled away & the premises left in excellent condition. We would hire this firm again & recommend them to friends with confidence.

Our project was a difficult one, requiring onsite cutting of the screen frames for installation on a second floor wood porch. The original installation left a few areas bowed and others with gaps between the frame and the wood due to cuts not being as precise as they should have been. USA tried to fix with caulk and additional fasteners, which compromised the clean look of the installation, instead of replacing the two most questionable panels. While USA Team Screen was helpful in coming back to try to fix the problems, I would have preferred to have been onsite before the decision to caulk was made and would have declined. The service team was polite, and eager to help and arrived as scheduled.
