USA Team Screen

They were superior. They measured and advised me specifically what had to be done and how much it would cost. They came-out a few days later, on Columbus Day, to put the screen up. They arrived on time and got right to work without interrupting me. They were very polite and professional.

They were punctual, professional and did more than they said they would do and at a great price!

I called USA Team Screen on 5/24/10 and left a voicemail. I did not hear back so on 5/25/10 I called back and the phone was answered by a gentleman that joked they were "No Longer in Business". He then said they were busy but they would be able to stop by on Friday 5/28 and call first when on his way. At the end of the day on Friday I did not hear from anyone so I called, but the voice-mail was full and I was unable to leave a message. I did hear back from them the following Tuesday but I decided by this time to call someone else. It was very disappointing because I have used them in the past and left a positive review of previous services.

They offered good service at a good price. They were punctual and cleaned up after themselves.

This was an initial contact appointment to find out what needs to be done and receive an estimate. We were very impressed with the punctuality, thoroughness, and competitive estimate we received.

I can't complain about any aspect of the job. They used scaffolding to gain access to the entire enclosure.

They returned my call the next day and left a message advising that they do not offer the services I requested. They provided another company with a Tampa area code. I did appreciate the call back and the referral, but wonder if their services on Angie's List should be updated or clarified to save others the time.

This company was non-responsive to a phone call requesting an estimate.

They did a very good job. Nothing majorly good or bad stands out to me.

Their price is competitive, but I have found another service provider who seemed to have a little more knowledge about the procedure

The person who came out was friendly and nice. We were very happy and satisfied with him. We just decided not to send the money then. We thought of waiting until after the hurricane season before we used them. We didn?t have any problems with them.

They were prompt and came out and took measurements. They came back with an orderly written quotation. They were prompt and professional and did a good job in that regard. I ended up using someone else but I would call them again for another competitive quote on a project.

The work was superbly done, finished in one long afternoon to our complete satisfaction, with several unexpected problems encountered and dealt with at no extra charge. They could have easily just overlooked them and we wouldn't have supected a thing amiss. We would unconditionally recommend this firm for their honestry and efficiency in getting the job done quickly at an excellent price.

She absolutely love her room and knows that she received great service from this company. The owner has built these rooms in condo community she lives in. The results are wonderful and she will use this company again in the future.

They did a good job, and they responded quickly. I've used them twice and they have been good both times. I'm very pleased with them.

It was fine. They wer fair with their price. They came when they said they would.

Choreography was required between several contractors: roofer, fascia/soffit, and gutter/screen crew. The communication ball was dropped, but reestablished and work was successfully completed. Another communication glitch occurred with final billing, and again rectified satisfactorily by Karl.

The job was done quickly and well. Mr Oppenheimer the owner, worked with his team to insure quality. We are wery satisfied with the entire job. We recommend him highly.

I called this company base on many good review from the member. I bought a new house with leaking on our florida room. Karl took my call on friday and schedule to take a look at it that coming monday. Karl did not come and even call. But the next day his rep called and apologize and reschedule it on Thursday. Karl came and check the roof and he seems really know the problem, the new roof close to the porch was wrongly installed. They supposed to give a metal under the single. He is helping me find the company who can do it and called me few hours later with the estimate. I agree right away because I don't have time to do search and get different estimate. Check the details of the estimate, the expensive is on putting the metal under the singles. While his estimate for sealing the roof and install gutter screen is reasonable. He did the job and we don't have any rain yet so we don't know if the problem still exist or not. But for sure, will hire this company again for future project on florida room. Just an update of my previous review on this company. We put quality n/a due we unable to check the result if the roof still leak or not . So, We were out of town for a week long and just come back this morning. we found out that there were a big storm ( heavy rain ) for all day long yesterday. We check our floor and ceiling and no sign of leaking..We are so happy. Now, we can put A instead of n/a on their quality of work. Well Done..thank you so much

It was fine. They were good. They got the job done. It rained on the day they were supposed to come. They rescheduled it and came out the next day they were able to come.

Very impressed. The technician arrived shortly before I got home (had spoken on the phone) and had started trimming back trees that were threatening the screen (without being asked or charging, and even putting the trimmings into garbage cans he found outside). He was also working on fixing the pool screen. He cleaned a thoroughly disgusting gutter. Because I hadn't decided whether we wanted the gutter guards nor did I know the length of gutter to guard, when I did agree, he didn't have enough guards in the van. He returned the next day to install them. He also offered to seal our patio roof with sealing tape and completed this the second day. I looked online and the per-foot cost was only a little more than I would've paid and he installed it. My only complaint is that my 9 am appointment wasn't his first and his first ran long. He did phone ahead to say he was running late. My appointment then ran long, so he might have been late to the next one.

Everything was wonderful. They were very prompt, and their work was excellent. They were especially good with my pets, and were flexible about working around my dogs and cats. They cleaned up so well when they left that you could hardly tell they were here. Their prices were competitive, and I was very happy with their service.

They re-installed some screens for me. They did a good job with this installation. The only problem I had with them was their responsiveness. Other than that, they did a good job.

Generally good. Though the experience was sullied due the poor attitude of the office help at the conclusion of the process. Because the crew and owner did not want to work around a secondary contractor who was integral to the completion of the job, they finished to the point they could and then were paid 94% of the total. I was scheduled to pay the balance at the conclusion upon their return and completion. The young woman from the office called me to get payment while I out on errands. I answered and said I needed to call back since I was in the middle of another transaction instead of ignoring the call as I should see it was the on caller ID. I explained that I was not home and was not aware they had finished the day before and said that I would be home soon to check and would be happy to call with payment arrangements. She replied, " Well, it's always something with you isn't it?" I said "what?" She said, You always have some excuse". I sent the payment via check after getting home to find the work completed properly and as agreed. I phoned the owner to discuss the conversation and received no return call. I had a complicated job, with a price which nearly doubled from the estimate, and some other damages which required another contractor to complete some repairs before they could finish. I believe that paying 94% of a job before it is complete is more than fair with the balance upon their return and completion. Her attitude and phone treatment soured an otherwise good transaction.
