We placed a call to USA Screens at approximately 2:30 PM on 3/13/12. We received a response witin a half hour by phone stating that they were working close by and would try to get to us today. Within an hour, we received a call that they were on the way. They gave us a fair price to replace the screens so we told them to go ahead and do the job. They set up their equipment and within a half hour the job was completed, professionally done and the entire area was cleaned up. Needless to say, we were very pleased with the overal experience and would not hesitate to recommend the company. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

From the first call Karl was responsive to my needs. He returned my call in an expedient manner and provided me with an estimate. After accepting the estimate he showed up when promised and performed the work quickly and professionally. The work performed was checking and replacing all broken anchors between the screened enclosure and the pool deck. He utilized stainless steel bolts and replaced 18 anchors in total. In addition he replaced the kick plates on both doors. Karl left the work site clean and was a pleasure to work with. Even though my job was small he treated me as an important customer. I would not hesitate do business with USA Team Screen in the future and highly recommend.

We had years of problems with the guttering system that runs between the roof and pool cage. This was due to very poor workmanship by a contractor we had install a roof extension that tied into the pool cage. The gutter was too small and they put no slope on it so it held water all the way to the top and ran back into the walls of the house . I had had several other construction contractors come out to solve the problem and none had the answer. Our roofer recommended USA Team Screen so I called. They responded immediately, scheduled me quickly and completed the work fast. They knew exactly what needed to be done. What a relief to have a gutter system to actually works . I would highly recommend these guys to anyone for any type of pool enclosure issue.

They are on time and the information they gave me about the screens. I like if his office is busy he takes the call on his cell phone. He will be coming back for business.

The roof was being replaced and we determined that this was also the idea time to replace the gutter than ran the lenght of the lanai. The old gutter had a leak at the seam which could not be repaired. Additionally, there was damamge to the lanai roof from water sepage. Our roofer - B. Griffith Roofing, Inc - has provided us with USA Team Screen - for Gutter and Pool Cage related work. Karl Oppenheimer - owner of USA Team Screen - arrived on time to provide his estimate. He was very knowledgeable, answered all of our questions, confirmed that he had worked wth Bret Griffith and his company and would be able to ensure coordination of the work between the two suppliers. The USA Team Screen team showed up exactly at the right time to ensure their work was done at the correct point in the process of putting on the new roof. I would definately hire this company again. They were professional in their work, cleaned up as they went, dealt with any issues that were encountered (damage to more than just the ceiling on the lanai) quickly.

Work was completed efficiently and neatly. Owner and worker were polite and professional.

I called and Karl came over that day. Told me what they would do and gave me a written estimate. I called him later that day and told him that I wanted him to do the work. He called me back later on with the date he could do it. I said OK that that was it. Couldn't ask for a nicer person. I maybe enclosing part of my lanai and I will call Karl to come and give me a price.

After calls to a number of Companies, Karl came to give me an estimate. He explained how the tape sealer would work said he had enough on the truck to do it now without making a follow up appointment. I agreed and in addition to sealing the roof, he cleaned out the gutters around my house at no added charge. I was very pleased as I had been waiting for another company to come and do that work. He is very pleasent to work with and did very good job.

I emailed Karl using the link on Angie's list and provided the dimensions of the screen required. He called and provided me with a quote. I called him back to set up a time for the work to be done. He happened to be finishing up a job close by and came over shortly after our conversation. His team did a great installation job and cleaned up the area afterward. He provided me with a year warranty and said if there we any problems to give him a call.

Karl did a quality job! Started on time and did an exceptional job. I had an existing concrete patio and he added a roof and enclosed screen room. Very personable and easy to work with. Would definitely recommend him.

Called and left a contact on their answering machine. Didn't get a call back for two weeks. by that time I had my screens repaired elsewhere.

USA TEAM SCREEN should be A+!! This company was a pleasure to deal with. From my first contact in asking for an estimate, Karl was on time, professional and his estimates have been priced very competatively. In removing the pool cage, Karl went out of his way to accomodate my schedule, did a great job, cleaned up and when we came home, it was like a pool cage had never been there. Thursday super gutters went up in the back where the pool cage had been attached to our house. Beautiful job, I'm very impressed and new gutters in the front of our home not only look incredible the function will be much better. I appreciate that Karl was thinking ahead, knowing the renovations that were coming up, thought if a rain came after we had installed new pavers, there would be a real mess washing out the new sand, etc. He showed up early Thursday morning and started right to work to make sure the work was complete before pavers come. USA TEAM SCREEN worked diligently to fihish everything in one day, they were pleasant to communicate with and I would use them again for any job I had in their scope of profession. THEY WERE GREAT!

I had screens repaired first. He had to come back to bring the tools needed to repair the gutters. He came out promptly and did a great job. I would use him again.

From the beginning when I called for an estimate to the end when the job was finished I was favorably impressed with USA Team Screen's professionalism and quality of workmanship. It was discovered almost immediately upon preparing for the work that there was severe termite damage in a roof beam and it would have to be replaced. USA Team Screen replaced the beam and finished the entire job in the time estimated. I would definitely call USA Team Screen for future work and I would recommend them to my friends.
