It went wonderfully well. I was very happy and felt comfortable letting Karl do the work while I was actually away from home. When I returned one item needed to be addressed and he took care of it that day. I would recommend him to anyone needing aluminum work done.

Called the company at about 10 Am to explain what was needed. Representative told me that they could do the job the same day, but that it would be after 2 PM. Agreed. Rep arrived at 2:20 PM. Rep assessd the job, quoted a price and commenced the work. Job was completed within, and the doors are now functional.

They were so nice and polite. They were on time and the price was very reasonable. They screening turned out great. I would use them again in a minute!

Chuck came out and fixed my lanai screen - I had a cat that was escaping (I'm not sure whether she had caused the hole or just enlarged it). Anyway, he replaced 3 of panels with a stronger screen material and also the screen on the door. I felt his price was very fair; he was professional, discussed my options, and the installation was smooth and fast. I would highly recommend him.

Karl never showed up and never returned my calls. He did call me at the time of our first scheduled appointment to tell me he needed to reschedule, but he never showed up for the second appointment and never returned my calls.

USA Team Screen did a fine job. They came out, they were quick, they were clean, and they did a good job. They were very reasonably priced. We got estimates from several people. They were clean, they work was good, they came when they said, and they cleaned up. They did the job. We came home and asked where they were. They had already done the job and cleaned up.

Overall a great experience without any problems. Excellent work and craftsmanship. The owner, Karl, was very easy to get along with and as the job finished up he made sure I was happy with the work performed. He also worked very well with the roof contractor. My only negative comment would be that cleanup could have been better. I also was having a problem with an outside stand alone hot tube that needed a complete rebuild to the seat and siding surrounding the tub, and all the framing underneath. Karl suggested that he could replace it for me and worked up a quote. The quote was a little high, just under 1500 dollars, but I decided to go ahead based on the quality of the work he had already. Karl rebuilt the inside frame with aluminum and built the seats and siding and step out of synthetic wood (Trex). It was a very inovative way to solve the problem I had with the wood and frame rotting over time. The finished job looks great and should last a very long time. I have no hesitation in highly recommending USA Team Screen.

It went fine overall. The business location was one hour away so they had to deal with traffic and directions.

USA Team Screen did a great job!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone. Karl came out and gave me an estimate, which was far below some of the others that I received. The time-frame from estimate to install was a few weeks, but I wasn't in a hurry. Footings needed to be poured, and I had just had pavers installed earlier in the year. Karl explained that the concrete can be poured, and the pavers put back over, so the screen room can sit on top. I was happy it could be done. He was very helpful, and very knowledgeable, and had great suggestions. The guys who came out and poured the footings also did a great job - very friendly. They took up an entire row of pavers on all 3 sides of the patio, poured the concrete, and replaced pavers almost perfectly. The installation to completion took about 3 days. I have no complaints and will definitely use them again if I need to.

The quality of his work was generally Ok, but they completely left out screening on one small side section. He came back to install that, but then noticed pulls in several screen panels & rusted bolts on frame that were suppose to be replaced were not. I tried to contact him numerous times, left messages, etc. He never responded & of course, never came back.

Karl and his team did a great job, all work was done well and on time. Quality is first rate. They are busy so some phone calls were not returned immediately but eventually they were-to be expected since they are so highly rated.

They did a great job. The price quoted was just gutters, when I got the bill it was more because of the soffits. I was surprised.

It took several phone calls to get a return call to set up an estimate. Then he never showed for the appointment window and didn't call. I left to run errands and apparently he eventually showed up 3 hours after scheduled appointment. He left a curt phone message with no apology for lateness noting that he was there and I wasn?t (well duh?). I was afraid this was indicative of his professionalism and so I won?t be setting up another estimate appointment.

I called on Monday and he gave me a quote over the phone. Told me he could try to fit me in toward the end of the week if he could. He called that Thursday and stopped out and did the work that day. They were very professional and courteous. Very impressed. Would highly recommend.

Very pleased with this company! They always answered their phone, very professional and scheduled repair for the next day. Arrived right when expected and did a great job. Will be using this company from now on for our re-screening needs and we will recommend them to others!
