Description of Work: Our deck needed resurfacing and we searched Angies List for a provider. It was approximately 5 weeks from signed contract until the work began. We purchased home in December 2014 and was not aware of what was under current decking. They did run into river rock and had to cut a new drain which had also been covered over. This took extra time which we understood. Tim and John did the actual work and we are very pleased with the end result. We were concerned due to the problems but Tim did an excellent job. I would not hesitate to call for additional services.

Description of Work: removed pool coping tile; cut off deck-edge tiles that were cemented down and under the pool cage; installed: deck drain, a dedicated pool vacuum line, approx. 800 sq.ft. of premium grade travertine; sealed the travertine. SUNSATION POOLS & SPAS, INC. did a fantastic job resolving the lousy "Posh Pools" travertine and coping job from just a year ago. Steve (SUNSATION owner/sales) provided honest & clear options to get us to the lanai/pool deck look we expected a year ago. Eddie and his team flawlessly prepped the area then performed absolutely precise cuts at corners and around all other objects. Their attention to detail definitely met our strict quality standards. Darrin's work ethic, installing the vacuum line, was most appreciated. He made clean & accurate cuts of concrete and grass and finished with a complete clean-up of the deck & yard and perfect restoration of the sod before he left the premises. Their sealing of the travertine enhanced the beauty of the entire pool/lanai area, and, Lawrence's final tweaks successfully completed this wonderful experience. From the office, Josephine provided timely information throughout the project, keeping us up to date with all scheduling issues and doing so in such a friendly, pleasant, & professional manner. THANKS SO MUCH TO THE ENTIRE TEAM FOR SUCH A PERFECT ALL AROUND EFFORT

 + -1 moreThe quality of work was excellent. They were prompt, accurate in estimates, stuck to the time table, returned to address a minor problem and the end result is beautiful. The product used has a lifetime warranty and was very compititively priced.
Description of Work: They completely resurfaced and retiled the inside of my pool and spa.They changed the drains and lights. They replaced one of the pumps, elevated the pool heater and afterward, when the climate was right, they power washed and sealed the pavers surrounding the pool.

 + -1 moreWe found them through the Tampa home show and we told them if they do a good job we would refer them to the Angie?s list. They did an excellent job. They retiled the pool, put a new surface on to the pool, reconfigured the steps of the pool and also changed my system from chorine to salt. We had quotes from four different companies and they had the lowest quotes. They came out when we called them and explained us the things so we chose them. Their work was very good and they were very timely. They were here when they said they would be. They stayed with their schedule the whole time.
