Description of Work: They submitted a written proposal but the Owner said the salesman underestimated his bid. The owner came out to review the job, and was very unhappy with the bid the salesman presented. He raised the verbal addition I requested from $1,000 to $1,600 as it was not part of the original bid and I did not have it in writing. He said he would do the work under the original proposal, but he was not happy about it. I did not feel I would be comfortable dealing with them under those circumstances.

Description of Work: They resurfaced my 25 year old marcite pool. They did everything as promised and promptly. Good clean-up. Weren't the cheapest quote we got, but weren't a lot higher, either. We chose them based on excellent Angie's List ratings and nearby neighbor's satisfaction with their job. Don't recall exact cost or dates but it was a couple of months ago.

Description of Work: I had them resurface my pool with pebble tech. They arrived when they said they would and finished on time. My pool looks great! I received detailed instructions on how to care for my new pool as well as a life time warranty! I would highly recommend them. The entire staff from the salesman to the lovely lady in the office to the crew did an outstanding job.

Description of Work: Drain and prep of pool and spa. Ground around all returns and jets, light, and main drains. Chipped out hollow spots in existing marcite, acid wash and applied permanent bound, applied stone scape midnight blue mini pebble finish with a thickness of 3/8 to 5/8 inches thick. Replaced all fittings. Removed and replaced all pool tile and installed new LED pool light and salt generation system. Applied abalone finish to surface. Refilled and started up pool then 30 days later came and started salt system. They explained the entire process and delivered on time service in a very professional manner keeping all phases clean. Surface is good for life and they provided several follow ups during the project. Very pleased with the service and the product.
