We were extremely pleased! The locksmith arrived on schedule, not only did re-key the lock he also fixed two dead bolts that were not operating without charge.

This is a very nice company to do business with. Gail, one of the owners, scheduled my work and then I had to reschedule. She was very gracious on the phone when I had to change the date of the work. Ed, the locksmith and one of the owners, came out to do the work. He did the work I requested and he then noticed my front door latch was broken. He fixed for me for no cost. He did an excellent job and even cleaned up after himself! (not that there was much mess - he had put a drop cloth on the floor under where he was drilling for the door viewer) I HIGHLY recommend this company.

After having two terrific safes anchored securely at a home in Pinellas County, we neglected to upgrade the gun safe in our main home. The old one was tricky to open (& not very substantial), so it only contained items we didn't want to use very often. Then we had a break-in and lost nearly all our jewelry and watches because it had been too much trouble to put them in the safe. (FYI For those with alarm systems...(ADT)...the burglars threw a rock through the water-closet window in our master bathroom to enter; therefore, no alarm went off. It SHOULD have sounded when they finally passed a motion detector on their way OUT. But, unknown to us, the motion detector wasn't working!) Now we have a VERY substantial safe, anchored to the floor, that we can get into in about 3 seconds, making it easy to access the guns or store valuable items. He made a special trip on a Saturday to help us!

When I first made contact with the company on 7/5, he was away on a job in Sarasota & wouldn't be back in time to help me. When I returned the morning of the 6th, I learned the time he was due back, and plans were made to meet. He did in fact arrive back sooner than expected and immediately came to the house to assess the problem. He also toured the outside to ensure the windows were all secure. He was efficient, but didn't make me feel like he was rushing to get to another job. I would definitely use this company again.

Locksmith showed up right on scheduled appt time. Explained work needed and he got right to it. He then rekeyed all locks to open with one key and made a few adjustments to knobs/locks we already installed and made some slight repairs to a door we damaged trying to install ourselves. I couldnt't have asked for a better experience. Locksmith sent to my house was A+++++

Extraordinary service. The locksmith appeared during the time window specified. He did an excellent job of installing the locks. He realigned a doorknob which I had installed and which wouldn't latch easily. He did not charge for the correction. He also corrected the orientation of another doorknob as a courtesy. The charge was exactly according to the estimate for the work which I received over the phone the day before. He even cleaned up the sawdust from drilling the holes in the doors.

From start to finish, this company was reliant, professional and cost efficient. I would recommend and use again. Thank you so much!

Found Suncoast Security on Angie's List. The house was just purchased and needed all the locks changed and two new locks were added. Ed did a very good job and was very professional. I had asked him about the Billy Button locks that he can put on sliding glass doors and he explained how they work, etc. A few weeks later I decided I wanted the front door to have a different type of lock and I wanted the Billy Button locks put on the sliding glass doors. Ed came out again and installed the new locks (cost $210). I was very happy I found Suncoast Security on Angie's List. I would definitely use them again.

Called Suncoast Security because of excellent reviews on Angie's List. Called on Saturday shortly before closing hours. Left message that I wanted to upgrade locks on my home. My call was returned later that afternoon and I was told they'd call me Monday to schedule. They did call Monday as promised and we scheduled to have a technician come out on Wednesday morning. Ed arrived exactly on time and walked patiently around the house with me as I told him what I wanted to have done to improve security and convenience with respect to door locks. He gave valuable advice and did not try to sell me products that I did not need. For instance, I was interested in "bump-proof" locks. Ed said that several of my locks already had bump-resistant features which should be enough, but said I could upgrade to a high-security lock if I wanted to. I chose to remain within a reasonable price range. Ed also gave me valuable advice about securing a garage door and a jalousie door. His bid was acceptable to me and he said he could do the work immediately. He worked for about two-and-a-half hours and completed the work. Then at my request he freed up a stiff interior door lock to work better. Now all of my doors are protected with deadbolts and every exterior door opens with the same key, which is a major convenience. We are very happy with Ed and Suncoast Security and will gladly call them again.

I was able to schedule the service for the next day, and they worked around my schedule so I could be there when the work was done. The locksmith arrived promptly and was extremely helpful and professional. He did everything we asked and made 3 keys for us. I would definitely use their services again.
