Ed arrived on time, in fact , he was a few minutes early. He knew exactly what to do. I was impressed with his knowledge and helpfulness. My key had gotten stuck in the front door deadbolt and I could not get it out. He took a screwdriver and got it out in two seconds! Then he said he could replace the lock or try to repair it. In no time he repaired the lock. He gave me a 1 year warranty on the repair. His wife, who answered the phone was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use this company again.

It was great! The drilling of the hole for the deadbolt and the installation of the deadbolt was done very professionally. Because of his good work on the deadbolt, we asked him to replace the door knob on the front door. The front door was no easy task, as it was a door knob from the 1970s. He had the right equipment to increase the size of the hole and stayed over to do the front door. Very happy with the quality of the work. We have more work to do with the door locks and knobs and we are going to rehire this company and locksmith.

The technician did a superb job! He arrived on time and performed the work in a very methodical and professional manner. He was very personable and helpful throughout the service. The doors and locks now work flawlessly.

Handle came off of my door latch so I called Suncoast as they had done work for me before. Ed showed up right on time and diagnosed the problem in about 10 seconds. He tightened a set screw and even gave me an Allen wrench just in case. He wouldn't charge me for the fix.

Scheduling was simple, the tech arrived on time and was quick with the installation, gave us a great walkthrough of how to use the new deadbolt (including showing us the quirks on getting the key out, etc.) and was out the door as quickly as he arrived.. The cost was $223 for the lock, $35 for the doorknob and $110 for labor. I think that parts markup ended up being more than I realized, but I had no issues with quality and service, just wanted to mention that as a fact, not that I think they are trying to rip people off. I would highly recommend them and will definitely use them going forward should I need any services they offer
