Soles Exterminating

Description of Work: Soles Exterminating has been my exterminator for around 10 years. My house is insect free and I never have to worry. Should an insect appear, (very rarely happens) I kill it and save it for Dan until the next time he comes (every other month). He is very accommodating should this happen and goes above and beyond to make sure there are no "relatives" of that bug lurking around. He emails me to choose a date and time when treatment is due. I could not ask for better, more pleasant service from anyone and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a very knowledgable, trustworthy exterminator. It's one less worry in the home after he has been there.

Description of Work: I called to set up an appointment, I was told the technician from my area would call me the next day, I never heard from him. This is the service I am used to in Florida, but not from a company on this list!!!!!!!

Description of Work: Had bee problem, was very impressed with the quality of work, even came back on his own to see if all was ok. Could not have asked for better service. A1 all the way!

Description of Work: After looking up Soles Exterminating on Angie's List I contacted him without hesitation. Now I know why his reports are so glowing. I had a problem with AC duct insulation being destroyed by squirrels or rats. (It was the latter.) Mr. Soles made 3 trips to my home to set traps in attic; to check them, and to locate the point of entry and make sure they won't ever again use that route. He was always on time, pleasant, and informative. If ever again I need an exterminator I would call no one else.

Description of Work: The owner came out at my request because we thought there were animals in the attic.He was prompt,pleasant & efficient.He not only inspected around the entire house & grounds,but also went into the house attic & the garage attic in this hot weather & completely checked them out.He found no pests. What a relief. He told us that since he found nothing,he would charge us nothing!! Does that ever happen?

Description of Work: Dan Soles answered my call and set up an appointment for the next day. My husband got detained and was not there when he arrived, (on time). I called to apologize and he suggested coming in another hour. As always, Dan was thorough, considerate, and free with his advice on our German roach and flea problems. He also gave us the bad news - we had termite evidence. He gave me a name and number to call for an appraisal (also an Angie's List participant). He made it clear that our problems may not be totally solved, and why. We have always been very happy with Soles, and recommended them to our daughter, who was also happy with the service.

Description of Work: They do everything. The same guy always comes. He is wonderful. He is so poilte and coordial. He does so much more than what he really needs to. My daughter just moved into a new house and they took care of a wasp nest. He went to the neighbors as well at no charge.
