Shout out to Soles Exterminating for making a trying time less trying. He took care of my problem (my dog had fleas) when it seems others couldn't or didn't care. His price was reasonable and he said he would be there until the problem was solved!! He is now my new pest guy! This problem had persisted for 3 weeks Others had come and gone. He came it was gone the next day - he came back for one more treatment - I haven't had any problems since. He was kind and responsible. I would highly recommend him. Others sent sales people to review my property - then they would send a 'pest guy'. He is the real deal.

Fast, professional, and great service all around. I am deadly afraid of rat/mice. I saw one of each in the home and almost died, I could not sleep that night afraid that the rat would climb into my bed. OMG, the following morning I call Soles Exterminating and explained how scared I was of rats and mice. They came to my house that same morning and did an inspection outside and inside the home. They even inspected my attic, which by the way, it was exactly were they found the “mama rat”. The following day they came and removed the two rascals. I have about 6 rat traps throughout the house just in case I get another unannounced visitor. Two thumbs up for the entire crew!

We had roof rats that got into our attic and apparently made it its home probably over sereral weeks until it got brazen and breached our living space into the kitchen. After a rather unpleasant sighting by the missus, it was all out war with just about every kind of traps/poison we found at WalMart and Amazon. It was a drawn out fight and the pesky invaders suffered heavy casualties by the time we figured out to use the new electronic rat trap units, but we suffered mental stress from knowing that we were sharing living space with nasty rodents. Nevertheless the pesky rodents brought reinforcement and came back and I did more research to seal out all possible ingress point to the house. I went thru all the vents on the roof and eaves and found the tiny gap with scruff marks where the breach was probably made and shut it down. However we still heard scruffing noise in the ceiling sometime late at night and couldn't figure out how to flush the remaining ones without crawling into the tight attic space to put a trap right where we heard the noise. I wasn't quite a fan of that, picturing Rambo navigating tight quarter while being attacked by rodents and creepy crawlies. Finally decided to call in the professional calvary pest control and narrowed it down to three which Soles Exterminating was one of our Angies potentials. A couple call to other places gave us the initial estimate at $250-$400 to deal with an "infestation" and revisits just based on the description. Soles was one to indicate they'd send someone out to take a look first. Travis came and I gave him a walk thru of the battlespace. He went to the attic and commented that he doesn't see or smell a typical infestation. He also walked around the house where I've pointed out the preventative steps I've taken. After inspection he made a comment that surprised me - that I've already done most of the hard work and there's not much he'd be able to add. He left me with 4 old school rat traps baited with some special gel that is suppose to be really good rat bait and placed the traps at the two attic entries. I had pictured having to crawl into the nooks and crannies where I heard the noise but Travis made another revelation - "I don't go to them, let them come to me". No need to go fancy with new traps and I was admittedly a bit underwhelmed and somewhat apprehensive. He charged me a mere $20 for the traps and service call saying he really didn't do much and reminded me to check the traps often. He offered to come back to check for a fee or I could do it myself so I figured I could do that after my hard fought battles. I watched the traps daily and nothing and still heard noises here and there. Then on the ninth and tenth day - bam bam bam! Three rats fell victim to the old school trap and I was pleasantly surprised, wearing a big grin as I disposed of their carcasses. It's been 2 weeks now and we haven't heard any more noise and no more trap being sprung. Could it be we had vanquished the pesky invaders? We shall see. Well the reason why I'm writing this long winded review is at least to commend Travis for his professionalism. Particularly the fact that I felt he was more interested in helping with our issue than profiting from our need and desperation. I truly believe that if we had called any other pest control company, it would've cost us at least 5-10x+ what Travis charged. Soles Exterminating and Travis provided great service over profit which is what I felt I received from the transaction. If I had more pest issue, I'd call them out for sure. Thank you.

Dan Soles made a thorough outside inspection and, once on the roof, found that the ridge vent end caps were disintegrated or missing. He installed heavy wire mesh then sealed each of the six ridge vent ends. He also sealed a couple of small suspect areas, just in case. He also installed a trap in case there was still a critter in the attic. Fortunately, I didn't need a full scale extermination effort or major repairs. Dan was able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. Dan is affable, professional, honest, punctual and he knows his business. I highly recommend Soles Exterminating...

Excellent! Travis called me back within a few minutes of sending a message through Angie's List. This had been an ongoing problem being unresolved and my mother who has been in a nursing rehabilitation center was due to go home in a week. They understood the urgency and Dan then scheduled an appt that same afternoon with my sister to look at my mother's apartment. Was able to determine the problem and assisted the staff in resolving it. So responsive and courteous. I would definitely recommend this company!

Dan came out the same day I called and right on time. I was very concerned since one of the nests was in a bush close to the house my two year old picks flowers from. Dan sprayed the nests and came back the next day to remove the nests and spray any lingering wasps. I am very happy with the company and results.

Awful. In total, their representative probably spent 15-20 minutes at my house (for all 3 visits combined). He did absolutely nothing but place 2 old-style wood rat traps baited with peanut butter in my attic (just by the access opening - did not even get into the attic) first visit, unset the trap the second visit, and then reset the trap on the third visit (he did not want to be called on a weekend in case the trap caught something. He walked around the outside of the house and said he did not see a point of entry, and said that they probably were coming in through the air vents in the roof but that it was too late in the day for him to get up there and check (it was about 5pm - at least 2 hours until sunset). He did not go up there on either the second or third visit either.

Great company. Came out, left traps, removed rats, left more traps, removed more rats, etc. Once no more rats then sealed all openings on roof and in attic. Sprayed attic to remove rat odor and pheromones. Still no rats after one year. (Sorry for the late review.) Would definitely call/hire again if rats show up again.

Everything went very well. My family has used them for years and I feel very comfortable with them. They are very trustworthy.

Dean has been great and very communicative through our quarterly visits. We've used them for about 3 years now and have no intention of using anybody else.

They sprayed my house and they sprayed my shed for ants. They are excellent.

The company was very prompt and professional. I worked with Travis and Larry. The service went as described. I was pleased. Travis said, "Please call us if you hear anything". That was very kind. Larry provided his cell number if I heard anything before his schedule return. Good company. I recommend them. I had plenty to choose from.

I still have roaches and ants inside, and I still have rats in the attic.

Prompt response surveyed house found a few possible point of entry mentioned how to enclosed, offered referal if needed (we did not offer that service any longer). Place traps in attic and cam back 3 times in one month to service. Would come more often if needed. Problem was reduced, but not solved. Never returned to offer any other solutions. Hired another company, which found two other entry points never checked by Soles, on the roof itself. Offered additional solutions and longer service for better pricing (per month). Work in progress.

I think their pricing is fair. I haven't had any issues with their services ever.

I've been using them for five years. Everything is wonderful. I like their consistency. If I have a problem they come out in 24 hours.

The same guy comes out every time you get to know him, he's always friendly. He's always prompt and always call to let me know when he's coming. Their price is fair.

I like the personalized service by Dean he's always consistent and he's always there. I don't have any pests problems.

They come every three months. I've been using them for years.

The process of choosing a company for this service was terribly confusing. The price quotes ranged from a few hundred dollars to a few thousand. After meeting with the representatives from the companies, researching online, and speaking with others who have experienced this problem there were many questions to have answered. We specifically reviewed the process, materials used, other health considerations and/or possible damages. I could find no reason to justify the higher rates or the need for some of the "bulletproof" materials specified by one of the higher priced contractors. It's not as if we were dealing with another "Willard"... The work was done in a timely manner and it was done just as we discussed. Each exclusion was sealed up using the materials that were expected. When out for a follow up appointment, Dan inspected the property again as if he hadn't seen it before. He located and sealed another spot that had not been present before at no extra charge. I'd hire him again, I'd recommend him to others. For all of the reasons above as well as his patience for all the silly questions I asked trying to understand the wild range of prices that I received.
