Soles Exterminating

They were good, there were no more carpenter ants. I thought they did a good job. I certainly have no complaints. Both times that I have used them they have gotten rid of the pests. They came within a day or so. They came when they said they would come.

Found a swarm of bees creating a hive under my siding on Saturday. Called Soles Exterminating on Monday and Dan came by the same day, treated the area, and the bees were gone the next day. Great Job!

I used to spray for bugs myself but decided that I would try Soles Exterminating because I didn't like having to do the spraying myself. I couldn't be happier with my decision to try Soles Exterminating. Dean has always shown up when he promised and he does a great job because my condo has been bug-free since he started spraying. He explained to me that because he is a professional, he is able to safely use a higher concentration in the spray and that has absolutely done the trick with keeping my condo bug-free. He does a very thorough job....even spraying inside the electrical outlets which was something that I wouldn't have even known to do. Dean goes through the condo quickly and efficiently so it doesn't even take very long. Soles Exterminating stands behind their product and Dean has told me that if I ever see live bugs inside, that I should call him immediately and he would come back and that would be covered under my contract. I will continue to use them and highly, highly recommend Dean from Soles Exterminating.

We had a similar problem in November 2013 and thought we had solved the problem "do-it-yourself". After we had gotten rid of the bees, we had sealed an opening under the eves where we thought they had gotten in. It seems we had missed another small opening. For whatever reason (maybe a trace of honey remaining from the earlier situation) the bees found this opening in February 2015 and a few dozen invaded our bathroom. Thank goodness they did not take up residence in the attic this time and they were not the Africanized type.. Dan is very knowledgeable about bees and provides timely, professional service. I highly recommend Soles Exterminating to deal with unwanted critters.

Everything went well, we still had the ants after 2 weeks and Dean came back and re-treated for them, after a week we saw no more ants just like he said.

Went well will utilize them again in the future.

My Soles has, with scheduled visits, got rid of and kept away a severe colony (colonies) of white footed ants that were all pver the kitchen.

Dean was on time and very friendly He was very professional. About two weeks after the initial vist we found a bug on our bedroom ceiling. We called and dean came the next day and resprayed at no charge. I would gladly give my recomendation for this company.

We had a yellow jacket nest in our backyard. The technician (Dan?) was very knowledgable and answered all my questions. He sprayed the nest and said to call him in a few days if the yellow jackets were still around. Their price was very reasonable and almost 3 times less than another company's quote. If we ever have any other bug issues, we will definitely use Soles.

Sole's is great. Very professional, courteous and most of all HONEST. Long story short, I called Soles after having an estimate done with another company. Soles came out and showed me a couple of possible problem areas for rodent entry and what my best option was. Also, told me that the work the other company was trying to sell was unnecessary (I knew I was being hussled). I will be contacting Sole's to set up a quarterly service.

Dean Bradley is licensed and insured and came the same day that I called for service, which was great. I am NOT used to the creatures in Florida, and was anxious to NEVER have to see one again.... He sprayed throughout the house, crevices and cracks, and outside as well. I have a small storage area outdoors and he even sprayed that for me. I was also pleased with him answering the list of questions that I had for him. I did not feel that he was rushed in any way.... I will call him if I see ONE bug in this house....or near it!!! I had called two exterminators previous to this one and was not happy with the phone call, so did not pursue. This was handled in a friendly and professional manner.

Mr. Soles sprayed the bee hive and got rid of the bees. They were gone within an hour of me making the call!!

We called Sole's Exterminating because of their reviews, after doing some extensive research to inspect my attic for a possible rodent infestation. Reason why we called was because our electrician did some electrical work in the attic and found some droppings, and advised to hire a professional to investigate. So, we did and called Sole. I was immediately contacted by Dean, who came out the very next morning to do a thorough inspection of our house and attic. To my surprise, he found nothing. Yes, there were droppings but there's no active activity inside our house or in the attic. We are thankful of the honesty and the integrity this company has, and the quickness of their response to put us at ease, living in our new home. I'm very grateful and pleased with Sole's and know for sure they are going to be the ones I will call and recommend to others looking for exterminating service.

They were on time and got to our home quickly. Ghosts ants are hard to get rid of since they get in the walls and attic with multiple colonies. It took two applications but results were great. Thanks

I called yesterday with a swarm of ants in my dome ceiling. I was freaked! Got a call back within about an hour. Dean came this morning and explained the swarm of carpenter ants that had already gone. He really eased my mind and seemed very competent with his knowledge of florida critters. He then checked outside and placed some pellets to stop the crazy ants outside. I really appreciate the help he gave me with no charge. I will hire him in the near future to become my exterminator. Dan is a very nice and friendly guy. He was there waiting when I pulled up right on time. I told him about my troubles with jumbo palmetto bugs and he knew just what to do. He quoted me a great price and then got to work right away. He thoroughly sprayed inside and outside my home. I will be using his service every 3 months. The only roaches I have seen since he sprayed are dead ones!

Lightning fast response. We had a rover ant invasion last night. My husband took a sample to our local "bug man". He diagnosed as rover ants. We searched Angies list for a local provider...we used to subscribe to Orkin, but decided we could handle ourselves and we have for 5-6 tears. This time we needed to ensure an expert was called in. dean from Soles is that. I called at 10;00 and he was here by 12:30. Explained everything and solved the issue. Solved very much the way the internet described. He will come back quarterly to maintain. I thought the price was very reasonable and well worth the money.

He showed up early and called ahead of time to let us know he was coming. He was very professional and knowledgeable about his craft. He sprayed the grounds and put out bait boxes along the back of our property as we had seen signs of vermin. We noticed a difference after he sprayed along the property. We definitely recommend his services.

Amazing. Mr. Soles is a true professional. he took the time to cover the point of entry and set up traps. more importantly, he patiently answered all of my questions and concerns and instilled a great deal of peace of mind. He responded to my call the same day and was very diligent and professional in the way he performed services even going above and beyond when the point of entry was in a very hard-to-reach area.

I have really bad sensitivities to chemicals and they were very appreciate of that and used products that would not exacerbate my condition. They very knowledgeable, professional, timely and even squeezed me in on his schedule to treat my ant issue. I would highly recommend them.

We will continue to use them on a regular basis.

I got them off Angie's List. They're supposed to have me on an every-other-month basis and they haven't been good about that. It is hard to get in touch with them and hard to schedule. Other than that, that's about it.

The service was okay. He did not come the day he was supposed to. The service took care of the problem for a while but I am starting to see ants again. There was not follow-up
