Soles Exterminating

Dean came out, i believe, FOUR times on the original request to rid our home of persistent LARGE Palmetto bugs, putting down bait for them in kitchen and bedroom that finally seems to have rendered them sterile (?). It has been over a month and the only roaches we (occasionally) see are just the way we like to see them, DEAD! Work was scheduled promptly and Dean is informative and a pleasure to work with. We commend Mr. Soles for having a fine company intent on customer satisfaction. Count my husband and me as two who are; thank you!

This guy is awesome! He came out on the first visit to deal with a panic-stricken lady that doesn't like bugs. My emergency was his. Service was prompt and professional. He took the time to explain how ants behave and the best way to get rid of them. I called back after my initial service to get more "traps" (they significantly slowed, but had moved to other areas). He came out again and eliminated them for good. Great service, great attitude. They have a client for life.

I HAD BEEN SEEING AN ANT OR TWO OUTSIDE,BUT TODAY THERE WAS ONE IN MY KITCHEN SINK. I CALLED SOLE'S EXTERMINATING AROUND 11:15 AM AND THEY CALLED ME RIGHT BACK. THEY SAID THEY WOULD BE AT MY HOUSE BETWEEN 1:00 - 1:30 PM. THE DOORBELL RANG A FEW MINUTES BEFORE 1:00 PM AND THEY SPRAYED AROUND THE OUTSIDE OF MY HOUSE FOR CARPENTER ANTS. I COULDN'T BE HAPPIER. I DON'T HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE ANTS ANYMORE AND I AM SO PLEASED THEY CAME TO MY HOUSE SO FAST. I WILL ALWAYS USE SOLE'S FOR ANY FUTURE PEST PROBLEMS.

He has been very good. He came to our house once. They were punctual, they got out there, and took care of the problem. They were friendly. I think he did great on everything, I can't see anything negative about him whatsoever.

Service performed in a professional complete manner

We were having a terrible bug problem in our house, and I was so thankful that Soles was able to schedule a time to come out to my house within two days of me purchasing the deal! Dan was right on time, even a few minutes early. He sprayed the entire perimeter, interior and exterior, of the house and removed a wasp nest from the front porch. He was very quick, and I haven't seen a single bug inside the house since!!! The package we purchased includes 3 more visits this year for maintenance spraying.

Dan is the man!! I called him up yesterday morning with an emergency (I saw a bug in my bedroom). He understood my sense of urgency and was out to treat my home in less than two hours! Not only was he nice and professional, but he explained how the little critters think and the best plan of attack. He was absolutely wonderful! Price was great too. I highly recommend Soles!

I was very pleased with communication, selecting Soles over another company because of their prompt Message Board responses. They also scheduled the treatment quite promptly. Dean was at our home (obviously a tad early, as he'd already talked w/ my husband by the time I got there to meet him 5 minutes b4 his appointed time) and began work immediately. He reassured both my husband and me that indoor treatment would not affect our 'senior' cats (saying he has pets, himself, & his home is treated w/ similar chemicals). Knowing cats, he gave us time to round up 'the girls' and put them in a separate room that we then did NOT spray where they could stay for the requisite 30 minutes he felt was needed b4 the indoor treatment could thoroughly dry. He was cheerful, informative, and courteous. The 'acid test' was in whether we continued to SEE Palmetto bugs (@ 3 & 4 a.m.) and while I did see three live ones indoors the first couple days after treatment, the only ones we are now seeing are at the outside barrier to the house, and DEAD. I feel confident that if we see any further live Palmettos in the coming month that Soles will honor their guarantee to come & respray (though it is, of course, my hope that we don't!!!). I was very impressed that the owner, Travis, called to see that we were satisfied, both with Dean and with their service. In this day, this is 'above and beyond' and I was able to confirm how we can, in future, extend to a yearly contract if desired.

Fantastic job! I have used the company before. Came within a few days of ordering their services.Very professional. If you have any needs they come right out. I highly recommend this company!!! At my prior home, when I moved in there was a big problem with ghost ants and they needed a few visits till they located the nest. Amazingly they were gone within ten days! All went great. Dan showed up exactly on time and went straight to work. Very professional and personable. He made it clear that should we see a bug before the 3 month appointment, we should call and they come back out to spray.

When I was having difficultys with my service and not satisfied Dan Sole himself called me and personally came to my house and attempted to resolve my issues. Dan Sole s is man of his word he and his have great work ethic and integrity.

The owner came out and closed up all of the open access holes in my attic and trapped and removed two rats. I also signed up for quarterly pest control as well and since he was out there anyway dealing with the attic, he gave me a discount on the first quarter's payment.

They were great. They were very good. As a matter of fact, we were pleased with them. We didn?t pay more than the big deal, there were no extra charges. They said that they will come back every three months because there is no need for them to come every single month. But if we need them, we can call them. They came on time and they came when they said they will be here. They treated every problem that we had and explained them.

They come quarterly. He is a nice guy. I would use him again. I am happy with him.

After finding a bunch of carpenter ants in our house I purchased the coupon for $79 for a One-Time Pest Control Service. I purchased it on Wednesday and the gentleman was out on Friday morning at 7:15 am to complete the service. He asked what the issues were and explained that carpenter ants were rampant right now and were not destructive, nor do they bite. He seemed very knowledgeable and was in and out in about 20 or 30 minutes. I would consider using again.

I called yesterday and received a quote of $90.00. He moved another appointment to get me in today at a time that would work for me. Exterminating the underground bees nest consisted of pushing a very long nozzle down the tunnel and pumping in bee killer. I didn't watch because it was very hot out, and the bees were out and about. I didn't want to get stung. He told me that the job was easier than he thought it would be and charged me $80.00. He also told me that if there were still bees, he would come back.

Dan did excellent work for us and I would recommend him to anyone. The yearly price was fair and his quarterly visits seem to work well with our bug problem that we had.

He came and couldn't see any activity in the area where the disturbance and swarm had occurred. He sprayed the area and said that the yard men must have disturbed a nest that was being established and that the yellow jackets had moved somewhere else. He didn't charge for the service call.

Mr. Soles was prompt, courteous, professional and thorough. He went room-to-room and discussed several reasons for increased pest activity along the way. Performed an exterior treatment as well and informed me of their quarterly plan, which we'll likely sign up for next month.
