Description of Work: First service visits of Annual Plan, took care of inside areas, came back after rain stopped to do the outside. As far as I know, the service has been excellent.

Description of Work: Don checked the house to see where the rats came in. He sealed the hole where the AC lines go into the garage, after first stuffing steel wool inside the hole. He also baited and left 4 traps in the attic. |I am very happy with Soles and would use them again and recommend them to everyone.

Description of Work: Walked perimeter of house checking for openings and any droppings from pests. Went up into the crawl space attic to check and see if we had any problems. Everything was good. We signed a contract to have regular services so we don't encounter any problems.

Description of Work: A swarm of honey bees (after all the rain we had) decided to find a dryer home and made their residence in the overhang of our two story house...it was "chilling" to see them mass over the queen in less than 10 minutes. Somehow one bee got through the duct system and into our bedroom. This was on a Sat. We called a lot of services and Soles was the only on to return the call on a Sunday and come out on a Mon and took care of the problem. We sorry to have killed them but we had very little other options.

Description of Work: They sprayed everywhere inside and outside. I signed up for quarterly maintenance.

Description of Work: We had a bad infestation of white footed ants. Mr. Soles came outr. Diagnosed the type of ant. Treated ourside, inside and the attic. The house is now clear of the ants, though he warned us that they are proably in the neighborhood and could start a reinfestation. If so, we'll call him back. (If you have this problem, don't be discouraged. It takes several days for the last ant to disappear.)

Description of Work: Owner came out same day to inspect our potential problem. After a little investigation, problem was solved. Fast, friendly and more than reasonable pricing. Would definitely call again.

Description of Work: Mr. Soles returned to check on problem of rodents in the attic. We thought the problem was solved but they found a new way of getting into the attic. He suggested a company that could do the job of placing hardware cloth over the openings in the concrete blocks on which my elderly little house sits. He did not want to charge me for his time or trip up into the attic but he relented and let me at least pay for the service call he provided. What a guy. He is very fair and reliable and of course I will use his services again.

Description of Work: dan comes out every 3 months for same price to maintain in/out house pest control. he is very efficient and polite/attentive to concerns and will return between services if problems continue. roaches and ants successfully out of house, thankfully. he is always friendly and our 16y/o dog enjoys visiting with him.
