I needed one retreatment which was done when requested and the ants are gone!

The man that came out was very professional and took care of the problem for me.

I've used them several times. They do an excellent job. I did a 3 month contract. They sprayed all around and then come out as needed. So if I see any ants, they come out. When I got in touch with them, they came out within a couple of days. I had a lot of issues and it took a while to get them taken care of. I can't fault them for what they did. They came out and did everything they could. I just had quite a few issues.

It was excellent. It was a good experience. He did a good job. The price was reasonable. I'd give them an A for overall and an A in every category. I was very pleased with them. They took the time to do a very thorough inspection. They went up in the attic. They gave me a bid on the treatment. They came out and did a very thorough inspection. They recommended something like $650 to do the treatment up in the attic and the tent isn't necessary at all.

Mr Soles sprayed and had no problem for over a year. Bugs returned and Soles sprayed again. This time bugs returned in a few weeks. Mr Soles rerturned and resprayed at no cost. So far no bugs.

Fantastic! Dan went over and above on the roof rat issue... Seriously, those things are discussing and my wife was freaking out and Soles was great. We started using them for regular pest control as well and it's great!

dan returned my phone call the same day and we set up a date and time for him to come. he was on time and was very professional. i wouldn't use any other exterminator and i was so impressed with his work (he even removed the light switch plates to apply product) that i asked him to put us on a yearly schedule for pest control.

Soles was excellent. Very responsive, arrived on time (even a bit early), took care of the situation quickly. I believe the person who came out was Dan - personally, he was very kind and definitely someone I felt I could trust. For any other exterminating needs, I'll call Soles again for sure.

We called Soles out for an issue with sugar ants and cockroaches that was made worse by pool construction. They came out right away and we saw results immediately. We signed up for the quarterly service and we've been pleased with every visit.

I have been using Dan for about a year. He's professional, on time and always comes through for us. I will continue to use Dan as long as we own a home.

Mr Soles informed us that we had a serious ant infestation and he might have to come out again. About a week later I was seeing the ants again and called him and he returned that day to retreat. We are extremely happy with his services and would not hesitate to call him if we have a problem in the future.

When my handyman made adjustments to my water heater recently, he reported finding rat droppings in the drip pan. I had used Soles Exterminating five or six years ago to rid my rafters of rats and so asked them to come out and see if the rads had made a return appearance. Dean arrived on time for our appointment and made a thorough inspection of the rafters, where the water heater is located, and of the entire outside of the house to spot any telltale signs. He found no evidence of any recent activity (the droppings were old) but found one potential entry point and gave me good suggestions on how to keep them from getting in. He also taught me a lot about how rats behave and what to watch out for. He insisted there would be no charge for his services because he didn't have to set traps or make a return visit. I was relieved to learn my property is apparently rat-free and will certainly use Soles if I have any future problems with critters or vermin.

I think he is excellent. He came out every time I called and was very nice and efficient. I would highly recommend him.

I didnt see anything for the first couple month but after I start seeing a lot of bugs and roaches. I never had an issue before with any provider on Angies List. Those are the first. Not sure if they work really hard and the quality of their products.

Provider explained office scheduling glitch and apologized. We're now on the schedule and appreciate the quick, efficient response.

Professional and punctual from the start. We purchased the annual maintenance plan through Angie?s List. Shortly after we were contacted for scheduling the service. On the day selected it was raining and only the interior was completed. Once we had a sunny day, the exterior was completed as promised. Mr. Soles was great to work with and we are happy with the continuing servicing being provided.

Very well . We'll contract them for future service.

The owner showed up when he stated he would, did his job, and answered our questions.
