We called Dan on 4/23/07 & he came out on 4/24/07 & inspected everything. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable, & gave us an estimate. We agreed to it & he started the treatment right away. A couple of days later, he was in the area so he came by to check everything & retreated the area without us even having to ask him to do it. He is very conscientious & left us a note as we were not home.

The project I hired Dan for is going quite well... he still has a few critters to collect in the attic.

Dan was prompt, communicative, thorough, and reasonably priced. He returned calls right away and explained each problem carefully and was quite responsive. We will be doing business with Soles. Dan actually charged less than the original estimate.

Dan was wonderful, he did a great job and called to follow up to insure all was ok and we were happy.

I called on Friday (3/2) and they called me right back the same day. I explained that Saturday was best for me due to work. Dan checked and found out that he was unable to fit me in on 3/10 or 3/17 so he moved stuff around and came out first thing on Sat 3/3! They got right to work and did everything in a very fast and professional manner. They even worked around the kids (7, 7 and 2 years old, so trust me, that's not easy to do.) I have plans to remodel my bath and Dan told me to call him when we start that work and he will spray the whole area when we remove the shower, before we reinstall. They made sure I knew to call them if I have any problems and really made me feel they will happily come back if there are any issues at all. I could not be happier about my experience with this company.

We had an ant infestation problem. I contacted Dan, the owner, and he came out the same day, to give an estimate on pest control. Wes was out the next day to assess and treat the problem with the ants. Dan and Wes, also checked in a couple of days after treatment. Although, it is going to be a lengthy process, I feel extremely confident with this company. They are very knowledgeable and we have already noticed a large reduction in the ant population. I will continue to use this company.

Dan was on time, very polite, and didn't charge me for coming out to have a look and evaluate the problem. I greatly appreciated his help and kindness.

Dan the owner responded quickly to my initial call and set-up a meeting for the next day. We set a time for him to return to do an initial treatment and discussed follow-up quarterly treatments. He showed-up as promised for the intial service and was thorough in treating the premises. We were very satisfied and would recommend his services to all.

Dan came as scheduled and checked out the branches. He had previously called his suppliers to check about such critters. Turns out they were Eastern Tent Catapillars and would not cause harm to the tree or our plantings according to his sources. While he was here he applied ant bait where he saw some ants on a fence and resprayed the yard. He really does provide service after the sale.

Dan was punctual , professional and polite. He will be back in 3 months for a refresher spray.

Dan and his company are very honest people and do excellent work. We trust them 100% for all of our pest control needs. We use them every 2 months to treat the inside of our home and they do great work. Over the past 10 years we have had to call Soles only a couple of times due to seasonal bug issues due to circumstances out of their control. When we called Soles they were very quick to respond and resolved the problems quickly. I would highly recommend them for any of your household pest control needs.

I mentioned in a previous report that when someone from Soles has performed a service, I feel as though a neighbor has come over to help out. Each associate that I have dealt with has made the same impression.

Emailed a request for consultation and was called back within an hour. Service was well explained and very thorough. Treated outside the house and inside. Removed switchplates in kitchen and bathroom to treat with bait.

Dan Soles was prompt, courteous, and conscientious. He took the time to explain what he was going to do and types of pesticides he would be using since we were concerned about our pets' and our own health and well-being. He was careful to make sure he did a thorough job of applying the pesticides. With the several discounts (including an Angie's List coupon) that he allowed us on an annual contract, the price was excellent. We had used another company for the same services, but his company provided us even more savings. We would recommend this service to others for price and professionalism.

I have used Sole's Exterminating since 1992. They have always went way above and beyond. I have NEVER had a problem in the 14 years I have used them. They are always polite and willing to do anything!

Exceptional! From the setting of the estimate, to providing the estimate, to scheduling and completing the contracted-for work, everything was handled professionally and conscientiously. No pushy salesmen, just knowledgeable and informed advice on how to solve our problem, and the price was very, very reasonable. I would definitely have paid more.

I'VE BEEN USING THEM 6-7 YEARS, IF YOU SEE A BUG THEY ARE RIGHT OUT THERE. THEY ARE ALWAYS ON TIME.

AFTER FINDING EVIDENCE OF RODENTS, I CONTACTED DAN SOLE. HE ARRIVED PROMPTLY AND ON A SATURDAY. HE DETERMINED THAT ONE ENTRY INTO THE ATTIC WAS THROUGH AN EAVE THAT WAS BEING PULLED AWAY FROM THE ROOF BY A TAUT CABLE. A TREE BRANCH WAS PRESSING DOWN ON THE CABLE. BEING A SINGLE, MIDDLE-AGED WOMAN WITH OUT MALE CHILDREN, I OFTEN FIND MYSELF WITH THIS TYPE OF DILEMMA. RATHER THAN HAVE ME WAIT UNTIL I COULD HAVE SOMEONE TRIM THE BRANCHES, IN WHICH ARE MY NEIGHBOR'S TREE, DAN RETURNED ON MONDAY AND CUT THE BRANCHES, REMOVED THE CUTTING AFTER SEALING THE ENTRIES AND SET UP THE TRAPS. WHEN THE TRAPS WORKED, HIS ASSOCIATE PROMPTLY RETURNED, REMOVED THE RATS AND THEN SET NEW TRAPS. ONE WEEK LATER THEY RETURNED TO CHECK THE TRAPS. WHAT, TO ME, COULD HAVE BEEN A VERY TROUBLESOME EXPERIENCE, WAS REDUCED TO QUITE MANAGEABLE BY SOLES EXTERMINATING.

They were very prompt and responsive. Excellent all the way!
