This is a top notch company. I was so impressed with Dan (owner) when he first visited to trap a rodent in my soffit, that I had him come back to provide an estimate for routine pest prevention. He came out quickly and provided a very reasonable estimate. He thoroughly treated the exterior of my home and will do so every two months. I feel great about my decision and I value doing business with companies such as Soles. He has a strong, old-fashioned work ethic. I recommend them without hesitation.

Dan has been here before and is always extremely responsive and does a thorough job. He is very pleasant to work with.

They were very professional. They did everything right. They offered a short guarantee like one to two months, and we did call them once on that guarantee, and they came out. They never did get rid of the problem though.

Mr. Soles was prompt & courteous. He cleaned up afterward. The price was reasonable.

Wes was very proficient and got all the ants the first treatment, he returned and sprayed again to make sure there would be no re-ocurrance of the problem. We would recommend this company and Wes 100 %.

Wes called me back within a couple hours and scheduled the appointment. He showed up promptly and performed services. He provided silverfish traps for when I see them. He did not rush though and did a very thorough job. He explained charges as well as contract services. He was not pushy at all when I said I didn't need an annual contract. I appreciated that.

Dan called me within minutes after I had called his office. He gave me a time about 3 hours away and then called me back after only a few minutes and told me that Wes was in the area and would be able to come by within the hour. Wes was very pleasant and knowledgeable. He explained to me what was needed and repaired a couple of possible entry sites while he was there. He also set some traps and arranged for a follow-up visit with 2 days. I was very impressed with the speed of service and the price, as well as the friendliness of the company representatives. I have already recommended them to a co-worker and will continue to use their services in the future as needed.

I called the company and they were very pleasant and approachable. Dan the owner called me back very soon thereafter and set up an appointment. He showed up on time and did thorough work. All in all it was a very pleasant experience. This operation has the feel of a neighborhood shop which is comforting and refreshing in this age of huge corporate services that don't offer much in the way of personal service.

Called Dan Soles on 13 Feb, because the tenant of my two bedroom condo had called me about finding some meal bugs in boxes of grain in the kitchen closets. He provided guidance about going through the closets and removing all open boxes of food and storing them in the refrigerator. He suggested that spraying could be done, but that most of the effort would have to be focused on removing the sources of the bugs, which more than likely had been brought into the condo. I followed his suggestions, cleaned up the shelves, and called him on the morning of 14 Feb, and asked him to go ahead with the spraying and to also check the apartment for ants or other bug problems. Dan and his son showed up at 3:00pm. They went through the shelves again, with the tenant, and told her what else to keep in the refrigerator instead of on the shelves, found a couple of more bugs and then sprayed the shelves. They also sprayed around all of the doors and windows and even helped the tenant with a stuck door.

I first called Dan Soles in Nov. '07 to discuss pest control service for our condo. He was quite pleasant and we arranged for an annual contract based on quarterly service and interim care should we need it. He had Wes contact me for a specific date and time to begin. On the day of our appointment, Wes called ahead to make sure the scheduled time was still O.K. and he arrived on time. He explained what he was going to do and what type of chemicals he was using. He was very pleasant and efficient and even sprayed the immediate outside areas of our unit. I have waited to send this report until now for two reasons. First, to see how our insect population would fare, and how Soles would perform with the next scheduled appointment. We are very pleased on both counts. We really haven't seen any insect invaders and the 2nd treatment was just performed on time as promised. Once again, Wes called ahead to confirm the specific time to arrive and was here on time. These folks are Super!.

Couldn't have asked for more responsive and professional service. On the first service call, Mr. Sole came out the following day, explained the process and difficulties in treating tick problems, sprayed the yard, and left an info sheet. On this recent service call, he came out and sprayed the same day to help accommodate my work schedule and ability to clear my dog until the yard dried.

Doug has been in the business for a long time and it shows! He was very pleasant and accommodating. I asked many questions and got the answers I wanted.

I initially contracted this company regarding an ant infestation problem in our yard and house. Dan was extremely receptive to our problems and we did not have to wait for service. We have been using them for almost a year now for pest control every two months. Wes, the technician, is very knowledgeable when he comes to the house and always seems to keep track of any past problems we have had with pests. We can't say enough good things about this company. They have the best customer service of any company I have used in many years.

I was very impressed with the service Sole's Exterminating gave us. It is so very hard to find service oriented companies anymore that this was a pleasant surprise. Believe it or not, this company actually has a real person answering their phones. Her name was Connie and she was delightful. Dan Soles came to our residence, spoke to me about our problem, walked our property and then came back to me to inform us on how they could handle the problem. We had ants everywhere in our house and they wanted to make sure that whatever they did it would not have the ants retreat into the house. He even took care of nests that were in our tree. After he finished, Mr. Soles told me he would return within a week and walk the property to make sure we were rid of the problem. The fact is, there was no trace of ants that afternoon. I would definitely have this company return for any pest problems we may have in the future.

I called them before 8 on Monday morning. He came out at 1:30 pm that afternoon. It worked very well. Three bees died, so far no other holes have appeared. He did not charge anything for the service. I asked for a termite and general inspection. He said they do not do the termite inspection, but he would contact a contractor who does it for them. Excellent attitude and work!

A lady answered my call to Soles Exterminating on Monday. She said that Dan (the owner) would call me back. That evening, Dan Soles returned my call. He had his employee, Doug, call me to set up an appointment. Doug arrived a few minutes early on Wednesday. It took him about 45 minutes to do everything. There was a faint chemical odor afterward, but we didn't have to vacate the house! A month after treatment, I still have a few fleas. That's not the company's fault - I just need to clean up better. The carpenter ants never returned. Fleas are completely gone from the carpeted bedroom. I don't allow the dog in this room any more. I am completely satisfied with the services I received from Soles Exterminating. Recommended!

They showed on time. They checked everything out very thoroughly. They gave me an estimate and explained everything they would be doing. They showed when they said, they would and I felt I got a lot of value, because they came back a number of times, to make sure the rats were gone. I felt they were very honest and up front with their dealings.

They came early on a Saturday morning. They then kept checking back to make sure they were all gone. When I found one recently they came right back out. They were really good and had a really good price.

I found this referral in Angie's List after experiencing frustration and disappointment from a prior service found in the phone book before I was an Angie's List member. I had left a message during the weekend and he responded right away on Monday. He also came to my home to provide the evaluation, estimate and initial service the same day! No only he was amazingly prompt, he was also very courteous, professional and nice! I wish I had found him a long time ago and plan to continue on going bi-monthly services with Soles Exterminating. Mr. Soles and assistant were punctual. They explained the chemicals that they used and explained to us how we could prevent a roach problem in the future. They sprayed around the patio, pool, backyard, garage, and the interior of our home including attic. Mr. Soles went up to the crawl space and applied, under pressure, a chemical to eliminate silver fish. He explained that the pressure was required to cover the entire attic area. He welcomed questions and was very professional and friendly in his attitude. After a few days we saw a few roaches and called Mr. Soles. He was here the next morning and set up bait in cracks of the areas that we indicated. He pulled out drawers and set bait under and around the sink which was a difficult place to reach. There was no charge for this service. I am Scottish and very hard to please and I highly recommend this company.
