Soles Exterminating

We discovered rats had destroyed the air conditioning duct work in the very tight attic of our 50+ year old house. We also found two large nests of active carpenter ants in the ceiling insulation. The ants had to go before anyone could work in this cramped area. Mr. Soles returned our call promptly and not only came by the same day, but also on time. He brought in his own ladder and quickly used his magic on the ant population. He then walked our home's perimeter and blocked the rat access points to prevent further damage. While we hope to not require future services, I would not hesitate to call him back and recommend him highly for his professionalism.

Don and his partner were very friendly and professional. They removed every wall plate to treat the walls. They blew treatment through out the attic areas. They were very neat, respectful, proficient and the price was very competative. They were ontime which is a bonus for me. I would highly recommend them to friends and family.

The very night after his visit I heard a big "smack" from upstairs, called him the next a.m. & he came out to remove the...evidence. I haven't heard any further evidence of the invaders. Dan has called me twice to check up on if there's anything else going on. He even came back to my house again on Fri. He looked everything over & told me I was probably done with it, but if I heard anything else to call him. This guy & his company are aces to me! I was so freaked out, & Dan was calm, cool, competent & collected.

I thought they were great. They decided they wanted to meet me in person and they are taking care of my house while I?m not there.

He is very prompt and dependable. He was able to solve the rat problem that I was having. He probably came out two or three times. The price for the work is fair.

I liked the fact that he likes to meet his customers and since I am an out of state owner of a home in Florida I appreciated him taking the time to meet with my while I was in town. I have hired him to spray on an every other month basis and he also will check on the house to be sure everything is in order. A truly great business experience for me.

He came once and gave one treatment. He said it probably wouldn?t take care of them because of the infestation, but it did! He was good, prompt and his price was right. I would hire them again.

They were great. It was raining and they came out and sprayed and said that they would come back if we saw any ants. The person that came was soaking wet and also brought his own towel. They were very professional and did everything we asked them to do. We have a yearly contract and the same day they came out and sprayed the inside and outside. They were punctual and the price was good.

I had trails of ants coming from my trees going up the side of the house into the attic area. I sprayed and sprayed to no avail. Contacted Soles and Dan came out that day, assessed the situtation and discussed the solution with me. He placed bait, sprayed and came back in a couple of days to check the situation. It was improving, but still had some ants. He repeated the process and now all those pesky ants are gone! He came back again later to make sure the problem was corrected. I will not hesitate to call them again for any pest problems.

Doug Brown came out promptly and examined not only my garage, where I'd seen evidence of rodents, but the exterior of my entire house. He spotted a couple of possible entry points and made good recommendations about how to seal them off. Then he set conventional traps and also a box with bait that the rats could take back to their nests. He made several return trips to reset the traps and refill the bait box. Result: Three rats gone so far and still counting(as of April 2009).

Polite, prompt and did not go up on price due to economy.

He is a really good guy. He said, "Just call if you notice anything at no charge." And they do that. If I notice anything in between services, they will come out and work on it and do it at no charge. They have been doing it now regularly for years. I call and they come. I didn t want them in the house. They just do outside and they said, "That is okay. We will make it work for you." and they did. Their price is excellent. I am happy with their work.

They are punctual, pleasant, and very professional. Their prices are extremely reasonable.

I am a seasonal visitor and arrived this year to find 12 wasps nests around my home. I called Soles Exterminating after reading about them on the List, and they were able to send someone to my home the next day. He arrived when he said he would, we toured the affected areas while he explained what they were and how he would treat them. He removed the nests efficiently and sprayed the areas where they had been. He was very pleasant, professional and informative.

It went great! I got free advice about pest control measures I could take myself instead of having to pay a national company that won't reveal that information to you. It's nice to have a local company that has been in business for a while as opposed to a national company where you are just a number to them.

He was willing to come out and give me an estimate. He was nice on the phone. He said to call when we were ready for him to come out.

We had to have a second round of treatment for the fleas, but that did the job!!!

Very professional, called back the next week to be sure I was satisfied, and will contact me in 3 months to verify my request for quarterly treatments and schedule next appointment.
