The owner, Dan Soles, came out. He was very professional and very knowledgeable. He explained everything he did step by step and why he was doing it. Told me more about rats than I knew before. He's a great communicator and is very friendly toward someone who is a little nervous of pests in her home. I also found him to be very trustworthy. While he was over, I found out that he is from the Midwest as am I! I find this time speak volumes of his character and appreciate the personal aspect of his service. I would highly recommend him to anyone!

It’s like an informal kind of contract with him. If we find anything we contact him. It’s like he goes on forever. I’ve only seen him once and so far he’s been fine. He does good work. He’s on time and he made an appointment for the next day. So I couldn’t ask for more. I have no complaints. I will use his services again in the future.

Everything went fine. He will check our traps every month for a nominal fee of $15.

Called Dan Soles owner of Soles Extermination on the phone after being referred by my neighbor and REVIEWING ANGIES LIST:) He was punctual, professional and knows his pests. Early one morning, I heard something moving around in my attic. After consulting with Angie's List, I contacted Soles Exterminating and spoke with Dan. He was very flexible with scheduling a time to come by my house. Since I work long hours, he coordinated times to be there when someone else could be at the house on my behalf. It turns out that there were rats in the attic. Dan initially sealed all possible entrances/exits and set traps to catch what was up there. Dan's initial quote of 95.00 was exactly what he ended up charging me, even though he had to make multiple follow-up visits to make sure the rats were gone. Dan was very professional and communicated all plans clearly. I would definitely recommend Soles Exterminating.

The technician from Soles Exterminating Company comes out right away when I call. He is pretty dependable. I would use them again in the future.

We called Soles and they were very courteous from start to finish. They were very prompt in gettig back to us and setting up an appointment. Dan said we may see a few roaches after the treatment for the next week, but don't hesitate to call if it continues to be a problem. He would come out again an treat for free. After a few weeks , we did encounter a few more bugs and he promply came and resprayed throughly. We could have a yearly contract or pay when needed. We thought that was very good idea. I would highly recommend Soles and have with our neighbors.

Overall, the experience has been very good. It's a quarterly basis, and I call them anytime I need their services. Dean, the technician, is very professional and courteous; he does a great job. Their prices are reasonable. I'm happy with their services and I would recommend them to others.

I called him because of his positive reviews on Google. He was able to schedule the same day and even showed up 10 min early. I was very impressed by his prices for the whole house and very large back yard. He did say after examination that it may take a few treatments in the back yard to fully take care of the problem due to the level of infestation. He is professional, prompt, and does excellent work for the price he charges.

Wow... The owner returned my call promptly and said he'd have a technician out within the hour. Dean showed up - was professional and explained what he would be doing, what to expect and then answered all of my questions. I am extremely happy with their outstanding service. Soles Exterminating just completed the initial quarterly treatment for bugs and spiders at our house. Dan, the owner, returned our call within minutes and when he arrived he patiently listened as we traded bug stories and worked out what service was needed. His treatment was very thorough, inside and out. He does not require a contract and will call us in 3 months to schedule another treatment, per our request. The whole experience was simple, smooth and quick; begun yesterday and completed today. And if you meet Dan, you will know why we trusted him immediately. We definitely recommend Soles Exterminating to anyone.

They called before the appointed time to confirm, Dean Bradley was right on time, very clean, neatly dressed and extremely polite. I described the noises we were hearing and he said he suspected rats were in the attic. He checked outside the house and sealed where they might be coming in. He set three baited traps inside the attic and said he would be back in three days (it was over a weekend). He came back and we had caught one rat. He reset the traps and came back in two days and we had caught another rat. He reset the traps and there were no rats the third time. Each time he called to see when it was convenient to stop by. I was extremely pleased with their service and will definitely call them again or recommend them.

Mr. Soles was punctual, professional and very reasonably priced. He sprayed for roaches & such, placed rat traps in our attic, and gave my husband some pest-control advice. They did a wonderful job and went through everything in the entire house. I've never had a problem since and that was probably over a year ago.

The interaction was wonderful and he was great. He was very professional and courteous. He gave me all the information that I needed and was reasonably priced but I don't remember what the exact price was.

Excellent! He told me the droppings were very old, and that what needed to do is have all the crawlspace vents screened to keep the critters out. He charged me absolutely nothing!

I couldn't be more pleased. I contacted Dan Soles on the Saturday before Labor Day. He returned my call on Monday (Labor Day) which was actually BEFORE the next business day. I explained my mom lived in a trailer park and had a problem with roaches. He said he could come out and spray inside, outside, and underneath for $50. When I asked about maintenance, he said he could come back every 2 months and respray the inside and outside for $35, and the first respray was free for Angie's List members. He came today and took care of my mom's trailer as promised, and said if she had any further problems to let him know and he'd take care of it. I'd recommend Dan Soles in a heartbeat to anyone with a pest control problem. Call him first and save yourself a lot of time and trouble.

Everything is going well. He located where the mice were entering and will return to seal the entrance once all mice have been captured. The gentleman was courteous, knowledgeable, and charged a reasonable price for his services.

I called for an appointment, the lady took my information, and then said that she'd have Dean call me. Shortly thereafter, he called and we agreed on a time for him to come over. I told him about my problem, and he went to work.

We had fleas in our carpet, courtsey of our dog.....so I called Soles Exterminating.....they were very professional ....Dan Soles called me back immediately, and when I explained that I had a new baby, he recommended that I give our Pediatrician a call to ensure that the chemicals that he would be using would not be harmful in any way for the baby. I really appreciated his honesty and this commitment to making sure that my baby would be safe, EVEN if that meant possibly losing the job. THANK YOU Dan for your honesty and your professionalism!!!! I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

Dan Soles, owner, contacted me very soon after I called. He offered to come by early the very next day which I accepted ever though I wasn't in a particular hurry. It's good to get things like this done ASAP to get them off of your to-do list. I asked about a need to sign up for multiple visits. There is none, and he doesn't require any paper contracts that would commit you. A second and later visits would be $45, but he might base his costs on the square feet to be treated so I don't know if your costs would be the same. Second and later visits are every two months until you tell him not to come anymore. I asked about "pet friendlyness" as I have a small dog. He said not to worry. I asked about potential damage to hardwood floors. He said that there probably wouldn't be any but he generally doesn't spray baseboards in rooms that have hardwood floors. He arrived on time and sprayed baseboards and inside cupboards. There wasn't any odor to the chemical he used. He used another chemical to spray around the outside of my home. I was very pleased with Dan and think that his prices are very reasonable. I will just have to wait and see how effective this treatment was. He says he will come back "no charge" if one still has a problem.
