It went extremely well. The process was very smooth and I came away from the entire process with a better understanding of the problem and enough information to help me to prevent the same issues with my own laptop!

First of all, Bryan was available on a Saturday, which was a big deal to me. He got right on it and spoke to me several times over the next few days. Unfortunately, all his attempts at recovering the information were unsuccessful. I know he felt bad after trying so hard with several "back door" programs. Sometimes hard drives just become unreadable, so I was not surprised. I appreciated his hard work and dedication. If he had charged for the actual time spent, I'm sure the fee would have been much higher. No kidding, at first he didn't want to charge me anything because he had not been able to recover the files.

Bryan arrived at 6:45 PM went to work on my computer fixed my programs after he finished with mine he worked on my husbands and cleaned up a lot of junk on it now both our computers work great.

Bryan was great! He was very pleasant and thorough. I don't think he charged us enough. We will definitely use him again. Highly recommended :)

He was very helpful, professional, knowledgeable, and I thought that he went above and beyond the call of duty. I would highly recommend him to others.

Bryan did a great job as far as I can tell - our computer was so slow you could fold a load of laundry waiting for it to start up or even for a program to open. He provided a detailed receipt for what he did but all I know is that when I got it back the computer was as fast as I expected it to be, everything worked, it was done exactly when he said it would be and cost just what he said it would. I had one very minor glitch which Bryan walked me through in just a couple of seconds. I asked him how often I should have it looked at and he could have told me every six months and I'd have gone for it but he said only if it starts running slow again and he expected that it should be a while before he needs to look at it again. Overall, I'm very happy and completely satisfied. One (minor) thing though, he prefers that you bring the machine to him so he can charge less that other repair folks. On the other hand, when it was ready, he had another job to do halfway between my house and his so I didn't have to go all the way to St. Pete to pick it up. I should also mention that he is very cognizant of Angie's List and is proud to be an A-listed provider.

Bryan provided absolutely superlative service, highlighted by flawless technical competence, a completely accurate estimate, and timely turn-around. This was an A+ experience for me and he has earned my highest accolades.

They also cleaned my machine up. It cost about 100 dollars. It is nice because I would have to run wires throughout the rooms to get internet throughout the condo. They were there at the exact time they said they would be and were very courteous.

Bryan was contacted on 1/24 and made an appointment for 1/25. He called to say he would be a bit late and arrived at the new appointment time on time. He started working right away. He diagnosed the problem and explained in detail what was needed and how much the project would cost. He repaired and replaced the graphics card in due time and checked the entire PC system for any other possible problems. He checked and made sure our entire system was working correctly. He worked diligently and answered questions as he worked. He was most pleasant and professional in every aspect. The price for what was done was more than reasonable. I would not hesitate to use Bryan for future PC problems.

It was fantastic. It saved me from having to drive to the public library every day to use their computers.

Brian gets to work immediately and stays on task. (Can you tell I'm a teacher?) He is very courteous, and doesn't mind someone over his shoulder. When finished, he quoted me a price that was a little less than his hourly rate.

Brian was able to service the computer system the next day, showed up on time, and successfully rebuilt the software, all with friendly patience.

He does excellent work and I would not hesitate to use him.

It only went fair. First of all, he showed up late but did phone to let me know he was running late. Some of the items he seemed knowledgeable enough about but some not. The new laptop has the new Outlook 2007 and he did not know much about that. He had a very difficult time in setting that up and took a considerable amount of time in doing so. He also had problems setting up the network and had to take extra time on that as well. I believe someone who was more knowledgeable about the new items would have taken less time. He did do a good job of transferring files from computer to computer. It now has only been four months since he was here and the network no longer works. I did phone him about this but he said if he came out again he would have to charge me. Something about the programs changing which I don't believe is the problem.

Bryan was due about 4:30pm, but called and said he was running late. This was fine with us as we were not going anywhere. When he got here he went right to work. Completed every thing in about one and a half hours. Very nice person. I plan to have him again to work on another computer.

All the repairs done with much patience and expertise. I plan to use Bryan again to help me get my other programs working (i.e., fax, etc.).

Bryan (the owner) is fantastic. He is centered and concentrates on each problem at hand. He is also amicable and willing to explain in detail to help me help myself solve some problems that I need to deal with and understand how to do. I then write the info down and have a reference page that I can understand. The best thing is that I have used Savvy Enterprises several times and had to telephone him for help. Bryan is always willing to answer my question and has been available to do on site work within the next day and sometimes the same day. I am extremely happy that I have someone that I know I can depend on who is very knowledgeable about computers. Thank you, Bryan and Angie's List for your service.

He was very professional. He was cheaper than another company we looked at. I do plan to use him again.

His work ethic is excellent and this was the most positive computer repair experience I've ever had. He did a complete system cleanup and added anti-virus programs. I called to tell him I was having problems and he drove out the next morning to be sure everything was running well. He was extremely professional and paid close attention to details. I would definitely recommend him to others and will use him in the future. He was just so pleasant and couldn't have been nicer. This is the only person I will ever call.

Bryan responded immediately to my phone call for help. He was prompt and arrived within the time he estimated. Bryan was friendly and courteous. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and was respectful of my knowledge as well as the lack thereof. In addition to helping me understand my computer Bryan was thorough and did not waste time. His his fee was very reasonable. I used Bryan's services on a different computer problem a few months ago and was very pleased. I would use him again without hesitation. I would also recommend him to friends and associates.

Brian was excellent. This is really a top notch service. He finished the work well, and even called later to make sure everything was working. I appreciated that.
