Bryan did his magic by going into the interworkings of the machine and adjusting what needed to be done. Then he got the machine to work with the printer and worked on the speed. Bryan was great to work with and made the computer look like a piece of cake to deal with. He will be our computer guru forever. Thanks Bryan!!!!

I was contacted almost immediately after purchasing the big deal. We made an appoint for a few days later. He was prompt and reviewed the hard drive. Tried to run a test and told me it could not be saved. I was disappointed and hoped he had something up his sleeve but he is a computer specialist, not a magician. Overall, I was very happy with the process and loved how proactive he was in contacting me.

Very well. Brian was exactly on time (to the minute. I kidded him about that.) The reason I asked for help was I was unfamiliar with my computer case and it is well I got help. I had never seen one before that hat hinged openings. He had the advice I wanted and it was all over in an hour.

I had used an on line service to do the work which needed done after changing internet providers. I paid almost $300. for that and the computers were still not working. In fact they were worse after that on line remote service work. I went to Angies list and found this company. He came the next day promptly as planned. He worked for 5 hours straightening out the mess. I thought he was very reasonable, knowledgeable and professional, I will use this company again and I highly recommend him for his services.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and how they helped me with my computer issues.

Savvy come and worked on both computers at first in our home. He was able to fix the desktop in the house but eventually had to take the lap top to his shop and completely reload the harddrive there. He had to reload the entire hard drive which took many hours. He encountered many problems but kept at it like a bull dog and eventually was able to get the lap top working like new again. Although it took many hours on his part, I think his professional pride was more evident then just charging for the number of hours. His final bill was no where near the large amount I was expecting and I was pleased at how resonable the bill was. Brian of Savvy is a true professional and a savvy technician.

Bryan did just as I asked, removed all hard drive contents on a family-business laptop which had been infected with multiple viruses and malware which prevented even attempting to use program-removal or virus-scan applications. Restored factory programs, removed some of the more useless factory programs, installed useful vendor software (that I asked for) at no additional charge. Bryan has done work for me several times in the past; the low cost is always a big surprise and relief to me and my wife. I would recommend his work to anyone. He can also sell you refurbished office computers (which work great) at very low prices.

We are still planing on having Bryan back. Just that right now it isn't a priority. It is very important though as soon as the holidays are over we will see

Our system crashed late Saturday which prompted me to check AL for techs that might be available on a Sunday. After reading some good reviews, I emailed two companies and heard back from both, but Savvy was more responsive and available to stop by early in the day.The problem was quickly identified and being that it was an older system, it would not have been cost-effective to repair. He arrived when he said he would, determined the problem and aided in getting me set up on my laptop. I was very pleased with the service (especially on a football playoffs Sunday:) and would call upon him again. Thanks Brian!

I purchased a coupon from Angie's List for an hour of work from Savvy Enterprises. Bryan set up a time with me to come and work on the computer. He arrived on time and worked very hard to get my old computer up and running. Unfortunately I had gotten a virus that destroyed my hard drive. Bryan was going to take the hard drive and clean it, and reload the programs, but I decided that since the computer was old it wasn't worth spending the money to repair it.. Bryan did everything he could do, but in the end I made the choice not to fix it.

Bryan was prompt and professional. Very helpful and informative. He as patient with all my questions and problems. I am not techy at all and he understood that I did not understand too much about the workings of computers and programs. I have already recommended him to others.

Overall it went perfectly. Call ed Bryan on previous Friday , he called back shortly thereafter and fixed a an appointment for the following Monday. He was on time, professional and very friendly and did not waste any time at all.

I found Savvy Enterprizes on Angie's List after seeing how many good reviews he had received. He knew we were in business and needed our computer up and running. However, he was booked up and also had to leave for out of town in the morning. He called me back and walked me over the phone and my computer got fixed with his knowledge. I couldn't have been happier with Bryan, he saved my day and I will always call on him when I have a computer problem. Thank you Bryan you are a Angel!

From the time I contacted Bryan to the time I retrieved my computer, he was professional and courteous. He explained in detail what he had done, along with instructions to keep the computer defragged. He also explained the daily scan timetable. I have used Bryan's services in the past and have always found his service to be superior to others.

I called Bryan, and he was very professional and suggested I bring my laptop to him . I arrived and spoke with Bryan. He is very knowledgeable and personable. He quickly diagnosed the problem. He said he could repair it, and needed to order the correct parts. In the mean time he lent me a monitor to use until my laptop was fixed.Once he received the parts the laptop was working perfectly. I highly recommend his services.

Had a virus that could not be removed. Brian explained each step and ultimately had to do a factory restore from Dell data safe online.He was communicative throughout the process and took his time explaining the problem .

I wanted to build a networking system so as to move gradually from XP to Windows 7. I contacted Bryan to arrange it. While we were waiting for the components to be delivered, I began noticing possible virus activity in my existing computer. Bryan agreed to trouble shoot the old system as well as the jobs he had already contracted for. He arrived on time on delivery day and determined that my existing anti-virus software had obviously fallen down on the job. He installed 3 new programs and scanned the computer thoroughly finding numerous infected files which he repaired or deleted as circumstances warranted. The root file had been designed so as to resist being deleted [cute.] While the scans had been running, he had set up the new computer and introduced me to 7. It became evident, however, that further work would be needed in order to disinfect the old one and we tabled networking the two until the following day to give me a chance to download and run a more sophisticated malware program before networking the two and running the very real risk of infecting the new computer. The new program found the virus but it, too, was unable to delete it so, the next morning, Bryan was right back where he had ended the night before. He was nothing if not persistent. He searched the web and found two r-kill programs that might be able to neutralize or delete the infected root program, installed and ran them. Then, yet again, he scanned the computer for the virus and, at long last, it was CLEAN! After that obstacle was removed, he began the process of networking the two. As he told me during the process, Windows 7 often does not work and play well with others. My system was no exception so, again, he had to search the internet for solutions to the problem [7 was adamant that it wanted to share its files with “NOBODY, by golly!” It was a struggle, but Bryan won – at which time the XP computer decided to stop cooperating and he had to convince it to participate in the network, as well. The long and the short of it, though, is that Brian solved ALL problems presented to him and I am now the proud owner of a network! Thank you Brian. I cannot recommend his services highly enough and, in future, you can be certain, when I need help with these monsters, Brian will be the person I will call. Of course, given the sorts of problems I throw at him, he may be less enthusiastic about that arrangement than I am.

Overall, I would highly recommend Savvy Enterprises, Inc. Bryan is a pleasure to talk to and work with, very knowledgeable and professional. I originally had a desktop Dell that gave out on me. I went with the Toshiba on recommendations from the last computer company I hired. I have spent hundreds with two other computer companies trying to fix the Dell, and with the issues of the Toshiba. I only wish I had found Bryan sooner. I would have saved a ton of money and a lot of aggravation. I'm also please to learn that Bryan does instructions. I will definitely be calling his company again!

My girlfriend's laptop was infected when a virus appeared after opening an email. A pop-up appeared shortly after the screen was flooded with warning messages, the pop-up recommended a solution which she foolishly accepted and paid for. Following installing the bogus the pop-up online solution and laptop had lost 3/4 of it's ICONs and over 4K pictures in Picassa. The email folders were trashed, things didn't look good.I called and explained the situation to Bryan over the phone, he was calm and listened intently. His first comment was, and quot;did you cancel the cardand quot;? We immediately cancelled the card then dropped the laptop off for him to diagnose.He called roughly an hour later saying that he had removed the virus, had recoverd all the missing data, had put all the ICONs back on the desktop, had applied all Windows updates, Security updates , tuned up the machine and we could pick it up or he'd drop it off the next day.We didn't ask for an estimate in advance for two reasons. One was that all the other reviews said he was a fair and honest technician and secondly, my girlfriend wanted to recover all those photos more than anything.Bryan was more than fair and not only is he extremely technical, he's very kind, polite, a gentleman and is as honest as they come.If I ever need a computing device worked on, I'll be going back to Bryan and will definitely steer anyone who asks his way. We couldn't be happier, a class guy providing SUPERIOR service!!!!! :-)

Computer was ready as promised the next day. Computer works great and I appreciate his work. I think his charges were very reasonable. Other companies charge anywhere from $75 to $100 per hour for similar work. He is also honest and gave me an invoice with all he did. I would definitely use him again if the need arises.
