We got him on Angie's List. He did an absolutely fabulous job very quickly and very efficiently. We will definitely highly recommend him. He was very timely and very very knowledgeable. He took my husband's machine right away, knew what the problem was right away, and fixed it in less than an hour. His price was very very good. We will definitely use him again in the future.

Our hospital computers crashed on a Saturday with a full waiting room. My husband called Bryan after locating him on Angies list . Seconds after my husband called him, he called me. I thought we had a virus, but turned out internal batteries and fan motors were failing. He had us up and running very quickly with temporary fixes and returned as he said he would two days later to complete repairs. He was efficient, quick and the cost to repair was reasonable with no surprises.

He only charged me for an hour of work, but i think he worked more than that. He often gives you a break on his charges, because he says to keep business he can't always charge for the whole time he works on your computer. He comes to your home, which is a huge service for me. Sometimes he takes your computer home if it requires more work time, but this was just an hour, so he did it in my home. He also comes out very promptly. I was very pleased with his service.

My laptop has been running slow for a while. I finally became frustrated and went to Angie's List where I found Brian from Savvy Enterprizes. I explained the problem to him. He was very prompt and courteous. He picked up my laptop within a few hours of my call, serviced it and returned it to me in great condition. He always called ahead and was very professional throughout the whole transaction. When he arrived he explained in detail the work that had been performed. I immediately noticed the improvement in speed. Brian also explained how I can use the Smart Defrag every 3 to 4 months or whenever I notice it slowing down. I tried it while he was there and was able to see how it works which made it clearer. He also installed Google Chrome which I believe is quite an improvement. I am thrilled with the service and will definitely bring it back to Brian for maintenance every 6 months as he recommended.

I elected to replace the entire computer for several reasons. After I purchased the replacement computer, Brian came to the house and transferred the data. He then wiped the old hard drive and disposed of the parts with a recycler. I am very happy with the results and have recommended Savvy Enterprises to my friends and coworkers.

My laptop is working fine now and he gave me some tips so I could keep it that way. He also repaired my router in about 10 minutes while he was at my house. I was very pleased with his work and I would recommend him to others.

Bryan was punctual and started work right away on the scheduled appointment. He worked approximately 2 hours without break. He provided pertinent information concerning the use and management of our new computer. He also answered questions concerning our computer. He was extremely knowledgeable in every aspect of computer information. We have used his services in the past and would use him again if needed.

First time using Angie's list. Called Bryan, explained my laptop situation. Since I live in north Pinellas he was most agreeable to meet at his home. Within 24 hours he cleaned up the problem, installed anti-virus, anti-spyware and had my computer back to normal. Not being very computer savy Bryan was very patient in answering all my question and explaining serveral do's and don'ts features. If you are having a similar problem it would be well worth your while to contact Bryan. Oh yes, forget Best Buy for the $200.00 they wanted for the same job.

Called Brian, he was willing to pick up that day, but I opted to drop off as I wasn't home. I believe it was Friday that I called, and dropped off on the weekend. Brian found problem quickly, kept me up to date on issues (finding a hard drive, getting software, costs) Brian was always responsive to calls, always polite. All work done in a timely manner.

nasy virus 4am - called Savvy Enterprizes at 8:30 am - Bryan, the owner came to my home at 11:30 am. He is very personable and really knows what he is doing. Bryan told me the cost over the phone before he came here. I knew that the repair could be done here. Savvy Enterprizes was my second call. The first was in the Angie magazine. They said they would come out and take my computor to their office to work on. Who knows what that would have cost me? I told both businesses exactly what happened. The first call, with a coupon in the magazine, really wanted to rip me off. But, Savvy Enterprizes gave me the price after I described what happened, got here promptly, did the job and I was thrilled.

Excellent. Took one day and after a month everything is still working.

Bryan did a great job, prompt and courteous. He took 2 pc's with him to work on at home. One was an old pc that had crashed, he saved all the pics and docs onto a folder on our current computer. He removed a virus that got through security on our current computer. We were having problems with the internet dropping off once a day and we would have to reboot to get back online. Bryan checked everything and said it all looked good. After a few calls to brighthouse we were able to get a new modem and havent had a problem since. Bryan knows his stuff and does a great job.

I think it’s important to state that Bryan works out of his garage. When I went to pick up my computer the first time that Bryan “fixed” my computer, he greeted me with his cocktail in hand! It didn’t look like it was his first of the day either! His eyes were bloodshot and he reeked of alcohol! Bryan charged me $85 and I left him a $15 tip for a total of $100. About 1 week Iater, my computer was experiencing the same problems. I called Bryan and he said to drop the computer back off at the garage. The next day Bryan called and stated that although he couldn’t recreate the crashing, he felt as if he narrowed down the problem. I arrived at the garage to pick up the computer. I’m so happy to say that Bryan wasn’t cocktailing this time! However, his buddy, who was hanging out with Bryan in the garage was sucking on a cold Budweiser! Both visits to Bryan’s garage were not only creepy but very unprofessional to say the least! None the less, Bryan was very nice and explained to me that he uninstalled my Webroot Anti Spyware and installed it with some FREE version anti spyware that I’ve never heard of. He also uninstalled my Windows Live OneCare and installed the FREE version of AVG Anti-Virus! He also unplugged my CD rom / DVD drive from my mother board! (He actually thought that this was the cause of the problems.) I guess Bryan doesn’t believe in guaranteeing his work because he expected $60 for this second episode. I was taken back but paid the man expecting that this was the end of my problems. A few days later the same symptoms occurred. I then took the computer to a real computer repair firm, with an actual office and no cocktail hour! The computer was properly fixed in one day and the owner of the company actually opened up for me on a Saturday so I could pick up my computer. The problem was explained to me by a very professional tech that the problem was with the processor! Bryan wasn’t even remotely close with his diagnosis! When I called Bryan to explain the situation, Once again his unprofessionalism beamed through. Bryan interrupted me as I was explaining the issues and said “I’ll call you back”.. Of course he never did! So to wrap this up, Bryan, the cocktailing computer repairman never repaired my computer but took $160 off of me and refused to talk about it! Notwithstanding, I think if you have simple tasks like installing a program, you think your computer is infected with a virus, you need a drive replaced or the OS reinstalled, I think the Bryan might be a good choice if you don't mind the creepy atmosphere... However, anything that’s more complicated that requires real technical knowledge and troubleshooting skills, find yourself a true qualified expert who stands by his work and who projects a professional image!

I dropped off the computer off at an agreed upon location and Bryan called me a few hours later explaining some of the possible issues that were causing my problems. He told me the computer would be ready the next day!! THE NEXT DAY!! In the past, I utilized some of the big chain store computer repair services and THEY ALL take the easy way out by performing a re-install the OS.. This usually would take a minimum of a week and I would lose all my data.... Bryan actually diagnosed the problem and addressed it over-night! 1 day and I had my computer back!! It's stressful when your computer goes down but Bryan makes it tolerable!! Fast, Efficient, Professional all at a Fair Price!! Highly recommended!! All this and.. he’s a nice guy too!!

The whole process was quick, professional and I have a virus-free laptop back. Since I never backed up my files I was extremely happy that Bryan fixed the laptop and no data was lost .
