Description of Work: Brian was excellent. He cleaned up two computers, one which had been slow forever, but one that I really needed to work well because of some programs I need on it for work. The other was a newer computer but it was also not running well. I was very pleased with his work. He charged me for two hours one day and came back one more day because he didn't want to charge me to sit while some programs were cleaning up my computer. He charged me for three hours but I think he was here longer than that in total. He charged me $62 per hour, which I thought was very reasonable; explained to me what he was doing in English and not computer talk and said I could have either taken the computer to him or he could come to my home. I prefer home service so was happy he would do that. I would definitely recommend him, and have in fact recommended him to a couple of friends.

Description of Work: My computer's been having virus problems for a while and I thought it was time to get it fixed. i was actually told by others that they needed to wipe the computer clean and then load everthing up. So I find an Angie's list deal and buy it. Took him less than an hour to fix it and I'm very happy with the work.

Description of Work: I responded to the coupon in Angies List for 35.00. I called Bryan on Nov. 27 and made an appt. for the next day. He arrived promply at the appointed time. He examined my desktop computer and found a number of virus and had them removed. He explained several features that were on my computer that I had question. He gave me several hints and tips for which I appreciated. He was very patient in listening to my questions,courteous and professional. I definently will use him again and will refer him to my friends.

Description of Work: Computer needed to be assessed and repaired. Thought I might need to purchase a new laptop, but Brian was able to clean it up and saved me from buying anything for hopefully 2 years.

Description of Work: Brian did an excellent job. He fixed two of our computers and identified another issue on an additional laptop. He did not mystify the process. He was comfortable with me watching him to figure out what was going on. I would definitely call him if I have future problems.

Description of Work: He was supposed to see if he could see why my computer was running so slow and connect my laptop to the printer through a router. The computer is slower now than before, won't download e-mail, and the laptop printed one time.

Description of Work: Mr. Swingler helped us install three programs, walked us through several applications that we had had difficulty with, updated our system, and then, the next day, continued, by phone and email, to help us solve some difficulties with accessing incoming attachments. He stayed with the problems until they were all resolved successfully. We rely on Mr. Swingler for always being able to solve any problems we present him with. We have used his services for many years now and have never been disappointed. He never ever leaves you in the lurch. If you still need help after he has left, he will keep going with you until you are satisfied. He really is "savvy" on all computer problems.

Description of Work: My wife and I have done business with Bryan for several years. He has come to our home many times to repair and upgrade our computers. He set up our wireless network and generally performed all the work for which we needed external help. We have several computers, printers, scanners, etc. and he is really good about getting them to work together and work well. In one example, I had a sophisticated scanner attached to my computer and he set it up such that my wife could use it as well.

Description of Work: I emailed Bryan about a potential job, and then decided on someone else. I emailed Bryan to let him know and was very impressed that he called just to say thank you. He then called the next day to make sure I got everything I needed taken care of. Not intrusive, just considerate. I would consider using him in the future.

Description of Work: BRYAN REPAIRED MY NEWER, NON-WORKING COMPUTER AS WELL AS SET UP MY WIRELESS ROUTER AND PROVIDED SOME TRAINING ON SOME PERTINENT COMPUTER FUNCTIONS. HE SHOWED UP WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD AND DID AN OVERALL OUTSTANDING JOB. I HAVE USED BRYAN BEFORE AND WILL USE HIM AGAIN. HIS PRICING IS VERY FAIR FOR THE WORK ACCOMPLISHED.
