Description of Work: We purchased a hurricane rolling door to cover french doors. It is very durable and no type of weather has penetrated it, when it is closed.

Description of Work: Roll-a-guard is a family owned company. They installed storm shutters on our home. Their material and craftmanship are superior. We had one small adjustment that had to be made months later and they returned promptly to resolve it. I would recommend them without hesitation

Description of Work: They installed a new hurricane shutter on the Gulf side of our condo. We had the patio shutter done by them about 2 years ago and decided to have the window done also for privacy and security reasons.

Description of Work: Installation of accordion hurricane panels, non-motorized. The service was excellent but the product less than perfect, as the slides upon which the panels move are very sticky despite lubrication. If the panels were deployed only for a hurricane, this would not a problem. But I use them for security too, so the frequent use makes this a problem.

Description of Work: We have an odd shape block window that we needed a custom aluminum shutter. This window needed protection in order for us to receive full wind mitigation credit. My first contact at Roll-A-Guard was with Cassidy who passed along the info to Sandra. Cassidy was always prompt in returning my calls or answering my emails. Sandra and my husband communicated through emails, and then she came out to our house to do the measurements. Several weeks later, Andy called to set up time to do the installation. He was very professional, he gave my husband some tips, and he vacuumed up the debris from the installation. Although they were not the cheapest when I called around, I'm glad we chose Roll-A-Guard!

Description of Work: Serviced two roll up hurricane shutter motors. |They are punctual & professional. On an earlier service call the replaced a burnt out motor on one shutter. The shutters & motors were installed by another provider that I would not recommend. Had I known about Roll A Guard when I had my shutters installed, I would have used them & saved a LOT of aggrivation.

The cost was higher than other quotes but I was so impressed with their quick response, honesty, service and quality of materials I chose them and I'm very happy I did. I intend to use them again for the balance of my windows next year and will not hesitate to reccomend them to my friends.
