I have nothing but excellent things to say about Shutter Guard. The price was extremely reasonable and we could tell we were going to get great service working with a smaller family owned company. Andy, the owner, was always easy to reach and very responsive. His staff were very considerate and professional. During Milton we had a piece of a terracotta roof get imbedded in one of the shutters and he had someone there the day after we contacted him to replace the damaged part. The shutters have worked just as they should and spared us from any damage during Milton, whereas lots of people in our building were not so lucky.

Outstanding - love it. One complaint it the roll shade is hard to crank up when the power is out.

We had Roll A Guard install 3 types of hurricane shutters; bahama, steel roll down and accordion. They were excellent to work with from the first initial estimate, through the HOA approval and permits and through the installations. They communicated with us timely and always arrived on time, explained what they were doing, educated us on the use of the shutters and cleaned up after the work was completed.

Just in time for Hurricane Milton --- timing is everything. All went well. We highly recommend.

I have experience 2 major hurricanes, Helene and Milton, since my shutters were installed exactly one month ago. I live on the 14th floor of a high rise condo in South Pasadena Fl on the intercoastal. My shutters suffered no damage, and I had absolutely no water come in through my balcony or my windows. Yes it was a big investment, but they've already paid for themselves, considering the damage that was prevented. The team of men who installed were professional, careful, pleasant, and proficient.

Highly recommend, quality and timely work. Competitive pricing. I have storm shutters installed. 1st half of the house was done 2 years ago by a major competitor. I chose for the other half to use roll-a-guard and I can tell you they are way better. Very happy with roll-a-guard !
