The installation of the motorized with remote control Roll-A-Guard Hurricane Shutters for our front door and covering the three French doors on our lanai has been completed. We wanted to put in writing how wonderful this entire experience has been. In a time of declining customer service and delivery of promises, this company, their employees, and their installation team have renewed our faith. It began with scheduling the first visit after inquiring about this company and product. They responded to our message immediately. A time was scheduled for their visit, and they arrived on time. They followed up with a written quote immediately as promised. Everything was well explained before we made our decision. Their installers arrived exactly on the date and at the time scheduled. This team is nothing short of fantastic and I would highly recommend them. They were courteous and communicated every step of the way. They arrived at the time communicated and started working immediately. They respected our home, and it was a pleasant experience from beginning to end. And they went above and beyond expectations when they offered to move the television that was on the wall on the lanai. Roll-A-Guard took care of scheduling a follow-up county inspection, which we passed with flying colors. No issues. And after the inspection, as promised, they came and covered the screw holes, so everything looks fantastic. We want to thank Roll-A-Guard, their employees, and the installation team for 100% delivery of every promise. We are happy to personally recommend this company and the Roll-A-Guard product. It’s been a real pleasure working with a company that delivers as promised exceeding expectations. We know we are going to love the roll down hurricane shutters. We feel much more secure weathering future storms. These shutters are exactly what we were looking for.

I Liked that it's a family owned business which has a good reputation. They make the shutters in their own factory so they can have excellent quality control. The whole process from start to finish went smoothly and I am very pleased with the hurricane roll down shutter which protects the three sliding glass doors to the Lanai. The roll down shutter came with an excellent warranty and I would highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

It started well- Owner's wife made the initial contact, showed us options and suggestions. Her husband did the measuring, nephew was on the installation team and a niece is the office manager. They are manufactured in Clearwater area, and I was able to see the updated shutters at their plant. They were installed on the date promised, for the price proposed and in less time. Crew was efficient, neat, polite and cleaned up afterwards. They even offered a price estimate by email, which was very accurate. About as good as it gets in the construction industry, and we have recommended them to several neighbors in our building. Oh, and they work great! C Dokmo, Gulf Blvd., Clearwater Beach

Excellent service, from the pre-order and measurements, delivery as predicted, and professional install. We ordered fabric roll-up hurricane shades that serve as both blinds for every-day use watching tv and also hurricane protection on large picture windows in our living area. They look great, and fit right in to the "look" of the house. We got grey fabric and white aluminum trim. We liked them so much that we just ordered the same for the front of our house. Highly recommend.

Roll-A-Guard did an excellent job. They were on time as they stated, and the work was completed the same day. I had used them three years ago on my first set of hurricane shutters over my front picture window and my rear glass sliding doors to the back patio, which I have had absolutely no problems with. The new hurricane shutters were placed over my windows of my home. I am very happy with their products, service, and would highly recommend them to anyone.
