I thought it was going to cost me a lot more. I've had a wonderful experience and I would highly recommend them.

I didn't have any problems with them. They're good. I thought that their products and services work. I just got inspected by my insurance company because I was getting deductions for hurricane protection and Roll-A-Guard helped me out with some information that I needed. I appreciated that. I had a great interaction with them. It's a family-owned business.

They were excellent. The quality is very good and they were very punctual.

The 3 techs showed up on time and did a great job of cleaning, lubricating and ensuring the shutters were working correctly. Cleaned out a few mud dauber nests from some of the windows.

Roll-A-Guard installed two hurricane roll-up shutters over exterior doors and two stainless steel hurricane screens over two other outside doors. The company also provided engineering specifications of their products. The protection was not cheap - but we wanted the best hurricane protection we could have. The company was prompt and workmanship excellent. A year later, we are still happy with the products installed.

One of our shutters stopped working in a partially open position. They came out the next day and fixed it. The shutter developed another issue about 2 weeks later. They came out the next day and fixed it and did not charge for the second service call. The workers were knowledgeable and courteous.

From beginning to end, this was a fantastic company to work with. They were professional; punctual, did an expert job, and were willing to go the extra mile, They kept "mess" to a minimum, and cleaned up completely at the end of each day. We are very happy with the end result; and we highly recommend them if you are considering installing hurricane shutters. Thank you everyone at Roll-A-Guard.

The estimate process was professional and efficient. Potential issues were pointed out that I would need to make decisions on. Several options were provided and sample product and pictures were provided to me. The contract/permit/order process was easy and moved forward on the time line laid out in advance. Once the shutters arrived the installation crew was prompt and professional in completing their work. The work area was kept very neat and the crew cleaned up at the end of each day. The shutters are well installed in a visually pleasing manner. No corners were cut in the process and the finished product is very professional. I have been so pleased with this company that I am going to contract for my upper level balcony as well.

Excellent service from start to finish. The install crew was extra special. Very helpful and complete pro's. Owner was involved in all aspects of project. We would call this company again in the future. Very rare in this day & age!

Roll-a-guard originally installed all of our shutters/accordians in March of 2012. We had our pool and lanai decks paved so we needed the accordians removed and trimmed then reinstalled. I called Cassidy to get it all arranged and between she and Andy it was all done without a hitch. The price was even considerably cheaper than I was quoted.

I would highly recommend this company and would call them again.

They did excellent. They were fast. All the tools and equipment are top-notch. I’ve used them before. The service isn’t cheap, but they are competitive with other companies. I’ve been thinking about using them again for a back room.

It turned out fabulous. Everyone was delightful. The gentlemen who owns the company did the installation along with one other employee. The wife did the estimate. The office girl, Cassidy, is impossibly perky. Every time you call she is a happy voice. I think the quality is great, but fortunately I haven’t had to use them yet.

They did the job very nicely. It couldn’t have been a better experience from beginning to end. They came ahead of schedule and put them all up on the windows. Everything fit perfectly. There was one window that didn’t fit right. The boss came and took it back to the shop and made it right. We left them up for the season because they are difficult for older people to take on and off, but it’s not really a problem they’re clear. We are very happy with the quality.

It turned out very well. I can’t tell you how well they work because fortunately I haven’t had to use them. They installed the windows in about 1-2 days. I know we got other estimates, but they had the particular shade we wanted. I had no problems with them. I recommend them.

They did a fabulous job. They were very neat and clean. They got them completed in the time frame they promised. The price was reasonable. It seemed to be the going rate.

My appointment was set for 1 to 2pm. I received a call at 1pm letting me know that they would arrive at about 2:15 instead. I was impressed that they called to let me know they would be late as I've dealt with a number of businesses lately that just leave you waiting and wondering. (I rated them as a B on punctuality only because my original appointment had been scheduled about a week before and they called that morning to cancel, however, they did follow-up to reschedule as promised.) At 2:10pm the truck arrived. I had been told there would be two men but there were actually three - Frank, Brandon and Patrick. As I was showing Frank where all of the shutters were located, Brandon and Patrick got right to work. They found ants in one of the overhead cases and removed two large wasp nests in another one. While waiting for the wasps to clear out, they just worked on another shutter. The problem with the portion of the large shutter that covered the lanai door turned out to be a couple of slats that had broken on the inside. There had also been a problem in the past with the shutter not fully retracting so it occasionally hung down an inch or so too low preventing the door from opening. They replaced the two slats and precisely adjusted the length to correct the door problem. The truck drove away at 4pm. They charged me for 1.5 hours work even though they could have charged 1.75 (they bill in 1/4 hour increments). I was impressed with their teamwork. All three men were very polite, hard-working and professional - no yelling, no loud music, no goofing off - just good work. I told Frank I would recommend Rollaguard to whomever buys the condo. I would definitely hire them again!

They were very professional and completed the job efficiently and quickly. I was surprised by the fee, but that is my fault for not asking beforehand what the charges would be, and making a comparison. They did give me an Angie's list discount.

The quote was competitive as first submitted and gave us confidence the contractor understood what he was doing and that his product was competitively priced.The installation was flawless and took place before the promised date. The two technicians who performed the job were very knowledgeable, courteous and worked continuously very hard in 95 degree weather.

The company was responsive to our need to have a quicker installation than originally scheduled, the work was accomplished efficiently and professionally. The installer, Patrick, was polite and knowledgeable, and took great care in his workmanship. Observations: The company charges 3% if you want to use a credit card for payment. A discount is offered to Angie's List subscribers, but only if the service costs over $2,000 (a disappointment). I recommend Roll-A-Guard huricane sceen door -- it looks great!.
